julius nThe staff here were rude and unfriendly. They didn't seem to have any interest in helping make our return experience painless. If anyone ever needs to rent from u-haul, I would warn them to stay away from this location and its staff. U-haul needs to be better about who they put as the first face for customers, because the staff here are not doing them a service.

La'Ron MThese people are goofballs. They had a car transporter but won't hook it to my U-Haul truck told to go to another location. I did and that location sent me back to the original location but with two U-Haul I Employees to help hook up the trailer to my U-Haul truck. This took two hours. I will never go there or recommend that place again.
ROBERT NI would like to bring to your attention that the person who helped me was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I will give her 10 stars. she truly be the reason I would go back to her for any assistance.
Samir DI returned rental back at 5,3 pm yesterday. The place was closed the returns app kept giving me errors. I ended up leaving keys in that box after frantic efforts to speak with someone.

Roderick BIt all went great from start to finish. The reservation was easy to place. They had the motorcycle trailer on hand as promised when I came to pick it up. With the reservation, check-in was easy. They hooked me up and checked the lights. The trailer was perfect. Easy to use and all in working order. Drop-off was seamless also. Easy peasy. Great service. Great price. Solid price. I will be back.

Nerissa DThe owner/operator was extremely helpful from the moment I drove in, to the moment I left. I made my pickup appointment online and he was waiting for me outside when I drove into the parking lot (note: it was 27 degrees outside at the time). He made an adjustment to my hitch so the trailer wouldn't ride too low, then he hooked up the trailer for me and even gave me his own bungee cord to keep the chains from scraping on the ground throughout the drive. When I offered to tip him, he politely declined. I've rented from Uhaul in 4 different states across multiple locations and can honestly say that this experience was the best of them all. I would HIGHLY recommend renting from this Uhaul location.
