I do feel that the check out process could be quicker. If the customer have to take the picture of their drivers license, you could send this information to the customer and have this process completed by the time they arrive to UHaul.

I had one issue with paying my bill ahead of time on the first instead of on the due date of the 19th. I would go in to pay in person and had a paper reciept. It had to put it as advanced payment. There was a error on their part that I had not paid. A letter was sent to me and their lock was placed on my storage unit. The person that updated their computer system and sick in the hospital with Covid.It was only one person that did the updating in their system. I brought in my proof that I paid on the 1st and they made a copy of it. I checked my unit. It was secured and I demanded it be removed and watched them remove their lock from my storage unit. I asked that the incident be removed off of my u-haul record. If I paid ahead of time on the first, there is no way I should be penalized for not paying on the 19th and my storage unit secured with their lock. I had to call multiple to make sure it was corrected. I did not trust online payment due to short staffed error in person and preferred to get a actual copy receipt. I had no more issues and the staff were friendly. I was transitioning from Virginia to Georgia and used your unit for 2 years. It was unloaded and swept clean. The unit was inspected and the security access card returned. Other than that one incident, it was a pleasant experience.

We rented a furniture dolly but when we got there no furniture dolly was available. They did substitute an appliance dolly but it didn't work for the furniture. The check in and online reservation was convenient and the lady who waited on us was very professional.

I returned my truck at nine a m it was raining. The three representatives were all sitting inside.They said they would get to the truck later, at 7pm ibget a call I have not returned truck. Another fee was charged to my card, I had to call and tell uhaul I returned truck at 9am. Employees apparently decides to not check it in when I returned it. This location has really declined since last the manager left.

The equipment was clean and well maintained on the outside. But on the inside, the seats were dirty and the floorboards of the van had water pooled on them. The oil light came on as well saying the oil needed changing. Other than that, everything else was good.

Mr. Bouie, processed my request for the dolly, aided me with taking pictures. He help me hook up to the dolly then check the lights for proper working order. Then when I returned the dolly Eric help me unhook it and check me out. Great service and very friendly workers.

12/22/23 was my 9th move in 2023 using the West Oglethorpe Boulevard location in Albany, Georgia. Each time all staff were knowledgeable, patient, helpful and kind.

Our unit was emptied before the due date because of poor communication and then was told to us that we needed to put the items back into another unit and our unit was already rented before the due date. Most of our personnel items were thrown into a uhaul truck on the lot.

They put me in for a unit go to put my this in now that not available....then they find me on only to say that I have to pay more money....they say my first month is free...but when I looked at my account they charged me never going back

I had movers there with me to help unload my truck. The staff kept leaving the building and just left me standing inside waiting for over 20 minutes and it took over 2 hours to get a job done that should've took less than 45 minutes. When we did get the rep her name was Rachel Humphrey she was being very disrespectful saying I was just standing there and didn't say anything to her so she walked off then she came in and said if we got a problem we got the right one today. She also was on the phone with her girlfriend while she was being rude and disrespectful when all I was trying to get was the unit and the key and drop off the truck. She then begin texting in her phone while I was standing there waiting to finish giving her the information saying she was responding to her boss and it didn't matter if Obama was standing in front of her she had to text back immediately. Then we had to search for the unit there was no one there to assist her. I would not recommend Uhaul in Albany,GA to anyone. She was very unprofessional and rude for no reason.

Customer service was exceptional worked well with the customers. Will use again if I need to. Very convenient. I was quoted one price during my reservation but when I went to pick up the truck the rice was doubled. I would still use this particular U-Hsul in the future.

I was overcharged when I brought the uhaul truck back. I was told that I went over the mileage in which I did not get a chance to see for myself. Then when I moved into the storage unit to store my belongings because the house I was moving into wasn't ready, I was overcharged again. I was quoted $80 per month for the storage unit but I was charged $97.00. it's very very exhausting to keep calling about my money.

There where roaches 🪳 and a big dead rat 🐀inside the storage unit hallway area the day I checked in and I came back a day later and the rat 🐀 was still there dead on the floor.

I tried calling this facility for 2 weeks and was placed in a "que". I waited up to 38 minutes with no service. This is ridiculous. When people have questions, someone needs to there to assist them.

I had absolutely no problem with the storage storage solutions, my problem was with scheduling. They changed my pick up location with no heads up. I had to drive 45 minutes out the way to get a truck I reserved more than 2 weeks ago. I'm left with the impression that reservations means little or nothing and I got tired of hearing fake apologies! I drove an hour and a half to find out the truck promised me was gone yesterday and I had to call to find this out, no courtesy call from uhaul customer courtesy. I'm disappointed in my experience on yesterday and overbooking appears to be common practice. MAYBE WE ARE IN A SEASON WHERE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS RAN ITS COURSE!!!

Customer service was AWFUL! Access times to storage was inaccurate, there were times I could not get in my storage because it was locked before displayed hours. I paid ober $1000 for storage during covid19 pandemic and was charged late fees within 2 days of being late(during a worldwide pandemic). Spoke with corporate and no results. Employees asking for drugs. Awful. Disgrace!

Move was a disaster and not delivered to final home address. Albany made truck reservation and did not have a truck at time for pick up. Had to go to Tifton and return in Adel. Never again!
