Most of the staff can be more livelier to customers and not so rude with nonchalant demeanor and smart aloky expressions.

jose mendezwhen I dropped off the 5 x 8 trailer I was told that a receipt of the rental amount would be rnaikwf to me in 10 minutes. That was at 1pm today. It's now 10:00pm and still no receipt of my drop off. This forgetfulness is unacceptable as there were 2 staff people who disconnected the trailer- both were courteous but where's the follow through?
David MorgansternWash the Van have the inside detailed. Fix the broken emergency brake release. You should build one with a car wash & mechanic shop, then have it all digital with your phone. Minimal employees. Just 2-3 in the front that work the front wash the trucks one always who is an expert hitch installer. And then 1 mechanic. Switch to Carhart uniforms.
Kenneth AdeeThe person at the counter when checking out did not make it clear that the time to return is enforced.. there is no text sms warning before reservation ending , no option to extend if you need to return late. I was charged one while extra day for returning an hour late.

When I was submitting pictures, it refreshed back to my account page, which showed no current or prior rentals. So I assumed it was returned properly, but felt like I wasn't able to confirm that it was.
Cris AndersonAlignment was way off and truck was disgusting. There was dirt and dust inside from the previous person and a few moving blankets sprawled out all over the back. I had to clean the truck before I could use it. I am very disappointed.

I do want to say I had a very bad experience with a different U Haul Neighborhood dealer - Address: 4730 University Way NE, Seattle, WA 98105. I looked up beforehand availability of pickup trucks and cargo vans, and they seemed to have them. But when I showed up they had nothing available.

SHAWN JOHNSONExplain the pick off/drop off time expectations. When picking up about an hour and a half after the stated pick up time, the clerk gave us a hard time about it saying it would mess up the order or distribution of things. We tried to inquire more or ask why this wasn't explained in advance and he didn't have a clear answer. We were late because moving is messy and we got busy. I also didn't think anything of being there after our stated time because I figured I was just paying for that unused time. If the timing is more strict, please explain this to customers - we would have gladly obliged had we known in advance or even understand truly what the problem was that we caused.
Julia KatzI think that UHaul should be clearer that the online quote does include mileage. Vehicle was clean but had damaged rear door. It didn't affect its operation however.

Sidney GreenslateNo gas in the u-haul to start. Employees who couldn't figure out the system (took 30 min to check in) snd were unprofessional about it. Key drop off was made next to a guy facilitating drug usage. The cabin light malfunctioned and would not turn off - so the battery almost died.
