There should be a comment about employees. This is the second time I used location in the past month-ish and the employee that I had today was amazing. I even made the comment to him when I saw him that you're the nice guy. Originally had done mobile pick up both times, but the first time had an issue that I needed to talk to customer service, this time I believe his name is Julian immediately came out and assist me once I came onto. Julian. was the first person to help me when I rented an appointment last month. When I return the equipment last month, I had two of the rudest employees work with me. Julian was amazing and if there's an employee award, then he should be Nominated for his kindness, his pleasantness, and not giving customers attitude for no reason.

I had an appointment for Monday the 18 of March, they didn't have the hitch or installer until the 20th. It was arranged so we can get it done early morning and it didn't get done until 1pm. We wasn't advice that the part wasn't there Monday or Tuesday so we lost morning work. Very unprofessional.

Let me start by saying that the general manager at this location was extremely helpful. When I made the one-way reservation from Austin to Bensalem, this was not the location I choose for drop off. Knowing very little about my final destination, I choose the fist location on the list of suggested locations. Once I arrived, I learned that the location I chose was about 20 minutes away from my new apartment and this location was much closer. I couldn't figure out how to update the location myself, so I decided to just show up and see if I could turn it in here. At first, the manager seemed a bit skeptical and I thought I might have to make the 20-minute drive. Then he gave me the best news ever and told me that I could drop it off there. The one comment I would make regarding how you can improve is that there should be more than one employee working at any given time. It would have made my experience just a little better if I had been helped quicker. That would have earned this location 5 stars from me.

the person at the first location at roosevelt bld was awful. she passed the buck to an excellant manager at strret road. he was helpful. we had a garentee i the 6 by 12 would be at the first location.... it was not! she did not even call the street road location like she said she would

Wish there was a survey for pick up and drop off. Morning employee was amazing. Friendly and helpful. Truck was clean except the steering wheel and dash my hands smelled like mechanics hands when I was touched the them. The 2 employees in the afternoon the one was rude and unprofessional. The other could have been more informative and acknowledge he couldn't help otherwise it looked like he was ignoring me.

Uhaul can go to hell. Charge me all these extra fees in this economy, can barley feed my family and cause I couldn't make it in time to the same UhAul I dropped it at one literally 15 minutes down the rd and they make it a one way price plus a wrong drop off fee making it a grand total of 800 friggin dollars for a cargo van. Fuck you U-Haul I'll never rent from you again. Jerks

The U-Haul Rep. was efficient and professional. The process was simple and quicker than expected. The vehicle I rented was clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends. Returning the vehicle was even easier.

Tell me BEFORE signing and paying for everything that there is a $20 fee to check in truck when store closed. When I wanted to wait to return the truck til the store opened to return it....I realized the truck was due in 10 min before opening, and I would be charged a fee either way for "being late".

There is a manager at the location that I use all the time. I am a regular there as far as renting goes. And I believe his name is Julian. Apologize if I have his name wrong. But he really does an awesome job. on Saturday. 12 30 23. It seemed as though he was by himself working and I was there early morning and I returned my rental at around 6 PM. And he was still there. And. He was still very courteous, very professional. And that was after being there all day I couldn't imagine. I think this young man needs to be recognized every time I am there. He handles my situation. With professionalism and courtesy.

Suggest U-Haul make center aware of reservations for putting on a hitch. Greeted rudely when I arrived as person was not aware of reservation and complained I made it yesterday. Further complained when I said I had noted I would be staying. Once finished was more pleasant but would have walked out if getting the hitch on that morning was not a necessity. Suggest some type of credit given treatment

When I arrived to site… the truck wasn't where it was suppose to be at on map shown on app… when I did locate the truck it was parked behind another truck I couldn't get it out. I had to call customer service for help and they switched me to another truck on site that had keys in the lock box… customer service saved the day!!!

The purpose of this rental was transport 12 foot long lumber. We could have rented a 10 foot truck for less money and left the boards hang out the back. However we decided to spend the extra money on the 15 foot truck which shows over 12 foot floor in the main body. Somehow, the 12 foot boards did not fit unless placed on an angle. There is some misrepresentation going on here. Maybe the dimension does not consider closing the door.

Pick up was smooth but we didn't return truck at the scheduled time was 8am. We got delayed in unloading, female uhaul agent at location called at 8:20am and reprimanded us for not calling ahead to report delay. She stated "how would you feel if you reserved a truck and it wasn't available upon pick up, be mindful"….poor choice of words and customer service. We paid over $550 for our reservation. I have rented before from this location and never had any problem. Manager always listened to any concerns and always good service. Another worker listened to our experience upon return of truck and agreed that his location had deteriorated.

When ordering parts needed for hitch installation, inventory should automatically get checked and parts ordered if they are not. The parts required were not at the store for my appointment and it had to be moved to the following week.

Low tire pressure indicator kept going on - on, on-off. Headlights did not work. Governor set at 74!! What a crock.

Always have used this site for the past 12 years and always have had great equipment and always found personal knew how to explain how and why when using or pulling trailers of different sizes, and ALWAYS have found the trailer I needed at this site, and it's easy to locate too.
