Denise SGot the key to the uhaul but they never told me anything about it. Just showed me where it was parked as if I driven a uhaul before. Windshield has a crack. Probably been like that forever. Charge me $68 for fuel because it was slightly below the 1/4. Last time I'm using uhaul.
Hung MI was charged to much money for gas not being filled to where you wanted it as returned. I was given the truck on E and the red light flashed up automatically after leaving the lot. I tried calling the uhaul multiple times to tell them about the gas but no one answered. I would like a refund of $75 back please. Its not fair.

MARK WThe trailer I rented did not fit the vehicle for which is was intended. The UHaul website indicated it would fit a Tesla M3, but the stopping plates were too high for the front bumper to pass over. Therefore, I had to return the trailer to a different location than intended and have requested a full refund for this inconvenience.

Jance BThe on-line order had incorrect (and increased) costs for the hitch, however the staff was happy to reassure me when I called them, that it would be correct when I dropped off the car. They were correct. I am not sure why the order was incorrect on-line prior to the appointment.

Annie HNeeds more signs pointing to where the equipment return is. I initially pulled into the parking lot on the opposite side of the building to where the dedicated equipment return was. From that angle, I couldn't see the dedicated equipment return spot and I didn't see any signs pointing to it so I wasn't sure where to leave my equipment. it was a tight parking lot otherwise so there was nowhere for me to leave a 15 foot truck with a trailer attached. my wife had to get out of the car and walk around to find the equipment return area.

We ended up having to choose things to get rid of and not pack last minute because what U-Haul lists for sizing was not good, and we have an average amount of furniture. The locations used were fine, and the vehicle functioned well, but size up, and I wish U-Haul would adjust the recommendations because it caused so much stress

John BWhen I initially went in to reserve the truck, the staff was very friendly and helped explain everything to me, which I appreciated. The truck was very damaged when I picked it up. I felt uncomfortable taking such a beat up truck, but had no other option. It was also pretty dirty, but that wasn't too bad. The truck stalled repeatedly while I had it for 48 hours. It probably stalled 15-20 times. It also lurched/jumped forward inexplicably, which caused the fragile contents to shift around inside the truck, unfortunately. There was also a pack of boxes left in the back of the truck, which got in my way; I was also afraid I'd be charged for the boxes. Lastly, upon dropping off the truck there wasn't much communication. The location seemed understaffed and the employee seemed overwhelmed. I handed him the keys and he said I was all set, without verifying mileage, condition, etc. I wasn't very comfortable but left anyway.

Richard GPatrick (manager) was great, opened at 7am right on time, hooked up and tested the trailer with me. Jordain installed the hitch ball for my wife when she stopped in a couple days before to buy the ball, which I did not expect him to do. A big help as otherwise I was going to have to buy a large socket to get the ball installed. Thanks team.

Douglas eIt was snowing and the truck I rented had low-tread summer tires! It was a nightmare to drive. I got stuck countless times but fortunately no crashes and no one hurt. It took me 3hrs to drive 20 miles. This is completely unacceptable and downright dangerous. All trucks should have all-season tires at a minimum.
Paul DTry to keep GOOD people like JOSE in place! The local uhaul folks are great.. CORPORATE not so great! Delays.. problems getting the order correct.. getting the credits assured by several people are not timely at all!.. ESPECIALLY from CORPORATE!

Edith DThe person who was working on the day I went to bring back my rental was completely incompetent... I had showed up prior and asked to change cards on file they said no problem and that it was done, but the day I go to return it this incompetent worker clearly disregarded the notes on file and charged the wrong card not long after they clocked in. When I showed up he tried telling me charged the replacement card but infact charged the old card on file causing financial duress for the parties. When I asked to have the charge refunded and then charged onto the new card he started cursing at me telling me he's unable to do that. Overall the worst customer service I've had ever. The guy needs to either be retrained or fired. The former is sufficient.

Stephen DSo the only reason I rated it poor was because I wasn't informed about 5 dollar safe ride/trip to cover towing. I was also not told my insurance and/or triple a does not touch U-Hauls. I knew there was a possibility I may get stuck as I had to pull up on grass to the back door to unload the pool table I bought. I got stuck and 415 dollars later I got a basic winch for two feet to get me back out. It was the guys first day on the job so mistakes happen. I spoke with Bryant and I really like him, he's on top of his stuff and a very good manager. He offered to go 50/50 with me on the price of the winch. I sincerely appreciate that, but I wish I would have known I needed to pay 5 bucks to cover towing and/or been told insurance and triple a won't touch U-Haul and I would have gladly paid it. I really don't think I should have to pay when I wasn't even given the option of taking safe trip/ride (or whatever it's called to cover roadside. Again not blaming someone who's was on the job for one day, but I don't think it's fair I wasn't informed of this stuff.
