I have rented a motorcycle trailer from Coralville U-Haul several times and have always received excellent customer service from start to finish.

Balwinder SChristian was very helpful with making sure the damage that was already on the driver's seat was marked before we drove off. He was professional and friendly. The van we rented had a lot of dog hair or something on the passenger seat but not sure that was anyone but the previous renter's fault. Also, Gabriel is an excellent manager.

Jim LI think you folks really miss out by not making your VERY competitive pricing more noteworthy/memorable to a huge, largely untapped (by yr co., at least) market share. You see, the last three times that my husband & I rented a uhaul, we weren't moving anything or anyone. We simply rented from uhaul because we were suddenly w/out a running car, & we had to have one. In our situation, most people would've gone to Hertz, or Budget, or similar, but that's because most people aren't very bright. Why would ANYBODY rent from one of those places where just the vehicle, nothing else, is gonna run you $40 or $50 per day, at the CHEAPEST, especially when- -right here in town- -you have uhaul, who'll rent you a van or pickup truck for an incredibly affordable $20/day. Heck, the mileage and insurance is even less expensive there. Heck, my husband & I have even talked about doing a vacation in a uhaul van or smaller box truck. You know; drive all day, then at night, toss acoupla' air mattresses in the cargo area....Anyway, advertise. Last year, when the cold snap killed so many batteries in our little neighborhood, our car wouldn't start, even when jumped, so we went to uhaul in Coralville. Within 36 hours, four other homes in a one-block radius ALSO had uhauls parked out front!!! Anyway, advertise this use. Especially with today's economy!
Elizabeth EI never worked with Uhaul. So this being my first time. I will admit the process of scheduling online was incredibly convenient. But when I arrived at the location for pick up the bearded male individual was incredibly unpleasant and rude. I am sorry but if you're unhappy with your job that is not my issue. The attitude was like OMG! Don't you know what your doing lady. Then when I went to drop off the vehicle it was still the same. But I will say the other worker was very kind and didn't make me feel like I was a moron. The location was excellent. The rental was kept up very well. I would recommend this place and I know I will be back again. Hopefully next time treated with better customer service and care.

David VThe people at the location were excellent, fast and friendly with the return process! The app and after hours process could use some improvements. -Location of the key lock box was unclear, I didn't know if the lock box was on the truck or the building. Spent way too much time search for this, it was very frustrating! -Lock box code isn't clear in the app, should be more visible. -There are several items that could have been done prior to arriving at the location (photo, ID upload, call verification, etc.). This should be clearly communicated that it can be done prior to arriving at the location for pick up and would greatly speed up the process. -The person that called my contact for verification was very unfriendly, said OK, then hung up. It was a very strange call/interaction.
Ryan LThe truck was a bit dirty but that's fine the main issue was the rude manager and the fact that a few days after I called to extend my rental the police showed up at my door and said the manager reported the truck stolen! It was humiliating and just unbelievable

Luc PI can't think of anything to improve. The customer service was excellent the employees who I encountered were very knowledgeable and answered my questions quickly and concisely. It made the experience very enjoyable.

Daron TCrew and staff are good. Extremely upset by the pricing. One way only having one way trailers is bs. There is no reason I should not able to pick up a car trailer and have to pay an extra 100 when I was able to bring it back to the same location. Then I got hit with its "Cooperates rates" not ours. At the end of the the it'd bs. Won't use uhaul any will strongly encourage others not to also.

James MLocation of pickup was an an hour and a half away from where I initially requested pickup. So, I was required to drive 3 hours out of my way just to pick up the trailer. And, was only notified a day before
