Laura Arias ChavezI was considering installing the hitch myself but glad I chose U-Haul Farragut to do it. I was quoted an hourly rate, but did have some concerns when I was told there was a flat rate. However, when the job was done they did convert that to the hourly rate as I was told at the time of reservation. It was done in about an hour, and am very pleased. I am also glad I didnt tackle it myself.

jimmy crissStaff was very nice. Service was good. Everything was great until I got home and notices UHAUL stickers all over my brand new hitch. It made it look awful. It looks like I have a rental hitch on my vehicle. That should not be done without my knowledge and consent. Very upsetting to find when I had already left the facility which is an hour away from me.

Stewart EllingtonOur truck did not have working lights for a trailer. We did not know until we hooked up our trailer with a full load. We were also not allowed to take a pick up transfer and had to drive out of our way to pick it up only to find out we couldn't take it because of the non working lights.

Danny VoYour records of the both the mileage and fuel tank were wrong so that you tried to overcharge us. My husband caught it b4 leaving the facility and both were updated to show the correct amount. Very disappointing and although we will need a truck again, we will not trust you and your charging. Wyndham Hotels had a similar process for hotel rates. Put a higher rate in the res and if the guest catches it, apologize and change it. They called it the wink-wink program. I was the auditor who caught it.

Kirstina StrohscheinI rented the trailer at 3/2/24 1:56 and I the trailer 23 hours after I rented it I have a photo of the trailer on their yard 3/3/24. 12:47pm. The young man that stood there and watched me unhook the trailer an push it in place said that he would check it back into the system. Well not only did he not help unhook the trailer but he failed to check it back into the system so I was charged for a cry's day because of his laziness. I had to drive back up to the location on Monday to have them take off the extra day due to the employees laziness

CAROL BUSHEveryone did an excellent job! I was told that it would take about 2 1/2 hours to have the hitch installed. It only took 1 3/4 hours! The only thing I think could be improved is that the waiting area was cold. A little higher temperature would have made waiting more comfortable.

Michael CostelloThis location beyond all other I've experienced is subpar. Between the young unwelcoming staff to the poorly maintained equipment, this location needs new management. The trailer we rented was not only ugly with the faded and healed paint/labels on the outside, but it was next to impossible to disconnect because the hitch knob was so rusted. This is truly the last time I will ever use this location.

Kelly ChaffinIt seems like this uhaul location do not like to do business. I rented a u haul 2 weeks in advance for an early pick up and drop off. when i arrived, the unit was not ready and was actually still covered in snow and stuck in the parking lot. It took more than 1 hour for me and the employees to remove the snow from the truck. In fact, one of the employees just headed inside to the warmth while me and the other guy chiseled at the windshield and tried to get the truck in working condition. Overall the truck was fine, but the experience with the people at this U-Haul has been lackluster. They do not engage with customers when they walk in the door and it appears do the bare minimum to get business. I will not be visiting this location again
Wes McNabJust make sure that the drop off location is valid. My original drop off location was at a closed business, and this did cause some issues when I called the scheduling center. First call was with an agent who was not at all helpful, but follow up calls were with agents who were fantastic.

william riemanUsed the app to keep from doing "everything at the counter," on arrival. When I checked in, the app had not worked properly and was a waste of time. I did everything again at the counter. However… it doesn't take but 5 or so minutes at the counter!!!

Joseph MeehanThis was a very bad experience. Not this locations fault but overall bad. I had an appointment at the Rutledge Pike location and they cancelled saying that the parts did not arrive on time. I had to cancel reservations and reschedule airline flights. Then when the part arrived, the installation was canceled because the installer was injured. Come to find out, the Kingston Pike location had the parts onsite all the time and I had to reschedule it there. Very costly to me and disappointing.
steve cleekPick-Up Employee was very courteous, offered to connect the trailer, and pointed out that we did not have a connection for the lights. He wasn't under any sort of obligation to do this from a legal standpoint but he sure as heck helped me prevent a ticket or getting pulled over. I am very pleased with UHAUL in this regard. I must also note that our trailer had perfect tire pressure, functioning lights, clean interior, and operated like a charm on the highway.
