Calder SollowayService there was good, only issue is it's a bit difficult to navigate the parking lot there. Not much they can do about that though. Maybe slightly better signage in the parking lot and repaint the asphalt with arrows and lane marking.

Tim SenftThe lights in the box didn't work. The truck needs a new ignition and it needs the front end rebuilt. It steers terrible. The interior light switch doesn't work. This truck is barely road worthy.

Sarah CumminsThe person on duty Saturday morning was partially checked out, or maybe hung over. The truck I ordered 4 days earlier was not ready. Halfway through finishing the paperwork so I could take the truck, he stopped helping me, and switched to helping a man drop off a trailer. When his relief showed up he took off so fast you could feel the air sucked out of the room. A truly terrible person to have representing you business.

RICHARD VARECKAWhen an appliance dolly is reserved for a move, there shouldn't be a problem. I picked up truck finding no appliance dolly available, rep said they are first come first serve. That's a load of crap, I scheduled my move weeks in advance, if availability is an issue then buy more appliance dolly so the folks who reserve them with the truck are not left high a dry. On a good note, I did appreciate the fact the the truck was warm and windows defrosted when I picked it up, that's great customer service.

Miguel DelgadoVan was filthy, covered with dirt. Took us 25 minutes to clean off the windows to drive safely. Also, the "change engine oil soon" alert was on during our entire trip. The oil level didn't move much but unnerving at the beginning of a long trip. Still, van ran well and served our purposes.
