Was charged for fuel after I was told that the fuel level was fine. I will never use U-Haul or recommend it to anyone ever again.
EDUARDO BI was charged more than I was told when I left the store. And I was not given a printout because they didn't have any paper.

Lynn PI arrived 5 minutes before my pickup time which was supposed to be 8:30 but, they didn't have any of the dolly's I paid for and the truck wasn't even ready by the time we were able to check out. I was there almost a hour after we were supposed to start moving out. The truck was very hard to drive, shook and made creeking sounds the whole trip.
Reilly MWhen I returned the rental truck, no one went to check my gas levels or mileage. I was told to just give him the keys, that I can leave. I just put gas in the truck and my mileage was good, I don't know how I was charged and extra 12 dollars. Is that the protocol, not going over the paperwork for checking the mileage and gas and just adding extra money to a custom bill?

JEFFREY JNo one was at front desk for over 10 mins when my uncle went to go see if someone was outside cleaning a truck or something he found them smoking a joint. And than they finally came in to help.
Gabby DFrancisco "Frank" was very informative and gave great customer service. I always refer people to his location. The other locations are not as clean and detailed oriented like Frank in Front St & Hunting Park Ave.

Harry PI would like to know why I'm getting accused of a damage windshield ,when the windshield was already cracked when i rented the uhaul.I would like a manager or anyone to give me a call at 267 339 5243 so this can be fixed or resolved.

JOHN CThe person at the counter was very rude and passive aggresive whenever we asked for help. Even though the location closed at 7pm, and we were there since 6:45, he was rushing us out and then told us he wasnt supposed to even service us but he was doing us a favor by servicing us. Vwry disappointed in how poorly we were treated at this location especially when the renter was handicapped.

RAYMOND RThis branch is a get over. Please take pictures of everything. This branch charge me an extra fee for gas when I filled it up before I return the truck back. I talked to the manager his name is frank. As I was told that they charge the customers for the gas and never put the gas in the truck. He asked me do I have proof of me putting the gas in the truck. I told him yes. Then he told me it's nothing he can do about it because my card was charged. Never used this branch.
WAKISHA HI wish I could remember the representatives name who helped me but it's been very busy and I can't at the moment. The representative was extremely helpful and polite. He resolved all of my rental needs and I left the store 100 % satisfied by the service I received. Honestly, U-Haul has been stellar with my moving needs and I will continue to use U-Haul. Thank you for a pleasant experience. Your competitors have a lot to learn from.
Shaun BHire different personnel, customer professionals interactive without arrogance and without attitude. I have bad experiences when I pick up the truck out of the parking lot and and when I returned the vehicle to the facility both incidents with different person but at the same location. It seems those people are not happy with their jobs.
carlos mThe gas tank was not full. It was only half a tank. I only traveled 17 miles, I put back the gas I used and was still charged 32 dollars for not filling it up. There is some scaming going on at this location.

Sultan AClean up the parking lot, not enough space for customers to park safely. The van had a sexual intercourse smell in the front seats. Sanitizing could possible be of help as well.
Rasheema BWhile I'd prefer not to complain, my recent experience was undeniably awful. On the day of my booking, I was assured that I could pick up the vehicle after hours. However, upon arriving at the location, the keys were nowhere to be found. This forced me to reschedule my reservation for the following morning, causing a significant disruption to my plans. The next morning, I had to pick up the vehicle at 7 am. After driving it for only a few minutes, the battery suddenly died (and no, I hadn't left any lights on). I believe I'm entitled to compensation for this rental ordeal and eagerly await management's response. P.s. a few other things transpired, but I rather keep it off record…
