Try and provide an accurate final receipt for your customer. Please make sure you didn't overcharge your customer for equipment they did not use. This is already my second time that I received an incorrect receipt after returning the equipment. Now, I have to go back to the store again and fix it.

Lacsina JCRAZY busy. There must have been like six or seven trucks lined up for return and they were blocking the entrance so I was left out in the street, and eventually and attendant noticed me sitting in my car, so they motioned for me to pull my truck around. There needs to be a better system for drop offs, like people can schedule a time slot for dropping off once they're done with their move so that a back up like this is prevented. Those attendants were way over their head with how many returns they had

Patrick SLady in the front had an attitude. We weren't greeted or even spoken to until I said something to her. Booked a truck plus two dolly's online. (Appliance and regular). She confirmed with me I had requested them. I assumed they were in the truck. Got to my destination to to load up the truck and there was nothing in the back. Tried to call the location 4 times with no answer and was forwarded to a 1800 number. Have used this location several times. Never had issues until this last rental.

isabel cAfter being renting U-Haul at multiple place, this place is the worst. Worst personal ever!!!! I am simply double check the returning of the location, can he went mad. Thought I would drop the U-Haul randomly and told me that is theft. I have never being judged like this ever in my life. Ilya KWe were never told/warned that we needed to refuel the gas after the use. We didn't and saw a surprising 24$ dollars gas fee on top of our "estimated fee". We only drove 30 miles and 4 gallon gas was charged, like 7,5 miles/gallon? Crazy.. We really need an explanation
