I appreciated the friendly and efficient service. It was great that the trailer was safely attached to my vehicle and then removed when I returned. Good experience overall.

Nishith AThe staff was outstanding and professional. The van ran fine and did the job. But first, the 'check engine' warning light came in during the day. Second, inside driver and passenger floor mats were dirty with dried mud and dirt. The back storage floor mat was also dirty and stained. None of this affected the job I had to do, but if cleanliness is an important customer satisfaction factor, then the inside flooring should be washed out. The engine warning should be investigated before renting the van again.
Thomas BSiobhan and Thomas did an excellent job with the hitch installation. First, Siobhan called right away to let me know that a Saturday appointment for hitch installation is not available and was very helpful rescheduling it to another date. When we arrived on the date of the appointment, it was raining very hard and they let us stay at the office and brought very comfortable chairs for my self and my son. The entire installation was super quick, 30 minutes instead of the promised 2 hours. They showed us the car with the hitch, were very friendly and professional. The entire experience was absolutely fabulous thanks to Siobhan and Thomas! I hope you can recognize them for the great job they are doing!

She said that it was full. before the return, I bought gas. the total is 7,8 gallon for 70 miles. and the pointer is under the F. so I bought extra gas because of her, because the tank was not full during the reception. and I tried to explain the situation, she was so rude and she ignored my request.

Geraldonese aI was told by your technician to take my car to the dealer to have the bumper put back on properly due to sensors. I called my dealer and they want touch your work (which btw they had originally recommended you over their service dept for this) . When I return from Florida I intend to bring this back to your Natick location and insist on your team to make this right - Dave Capobianco 508-254-3115.

Seth GThe installer, Siobhan, persisted and was able to complete the installation in spite of some initial concerns with the vehicle, as it was the first time doing this model car. After I told her that I had gotten assurance from corporate U-Haul that this hitch did in fact fit this car, she got assistance from other more experienced U-Haul employees and was able to complete the installation. I appreciated the team effort and attitude. Ideally there would be some kind of waiting area with chairs.

Boris Feverything was good. people were helpful. first truck was in much better shape than the second truck. they charged me $20 to return the truck at night, $10 to take out a coke can. and wraper that was left from the previous rental. then charged me $23,75 for gas when i drove 76 miles and i added 9,3 gallons of gas. i asked and they told me that the truck got 10 miles per gallon so i paid for 93 miles of driving and should not be charged for fuel at an additional $23.75. i called the store and got a cold too bad for me answer. michael, not sure of name, made the good experience a bad experience. i will wait for a credit to my account, otherwise i will be forced to dispute the charges with my credit card.

JAMES PKamil worked very hard to help w/our U-Box. Even w/online prepayment, checkout still took over 1 hr. At return, he could not locate our contract in the system. After providing, we still got charged.
