I hadn't rented a Uhaul in years until yesterday. The process was very pleasant and efficient. The staff at the Neptune Beach location were knowledgeable and very helpful.

tiffany TIt would be nice to have the correct vehicle key and vehicle matched up for pick ups outside of business hours. I was lucky to have the maintenance worker show up early for work to assist me with getting the correct vehicle. Otherwise I would have been stuck without a rental.

SEAN MAside from being sold a pair of absolutely useless tie-down devices (incompatible with the truck we had been rented!) the event from start to finish was super! The employees were great to work with and I really appreciated that! I'm 87 years old so I don't regularly need to do moving and it's easy to get frustrated when things don't go right! Everyone went out of their way to make sure there were no bumps in our road! Merci!
robert sWell the truck was stuck between truck s n a car tower n a truck so it was obviously not used often or at all. It was dirty n ran very rough .it wouldn't shit outa tow button was pressed to release it so it was in low even thought i released tow . So I wasted alots gas. N I saved to he best for last it was infested with bugs the looked like cockroaches I was drive at nite n they were crawling over my feet n in can back wall nbon the dash . Scared the crab out me while I was driving. Ewew. I was so mad it was the worst truck u ever rented to me . If my storege get the bugs from this truck I'm gonna really loose my mind. DiJaunte MTruck electrical was awful, could not turn off interior light. Transmission - could not get from N to D. After sitting for awhile it was able to go into D. Radio worked, then didn't work

The highlight was "G". he maintained his composure with frustrated people on the phone, frustrated people in line. When he got to you place in line, he was focused only on that customer. He took good care of me. He was a great representative.

It was picked up from my house with a wrecker because your own road side service mechanic deemed it unsafe to drive!!!!! And yet you have it right back in service for someone else to drive! Shame on you UhAul! I will never use you again!!!!

Teisha AI haven't used my hitch yet so I can't comment on its quality. However, the entire installation process only took about 50 minutes so I was pleasantly surprised with the quick install. Further, I believe that the price of the hitch was very reasonable. My only complaint: The wire plug was zip-tied to the opening where I will attach a safety chain when pulling a trailer. It looked sloppy in my opinion and I believe that this zip-tie would fail quickly once I attach the safety chain. I, therefore, moved the plug to a better location.

Mark RNo help with the delivery. No inspection done, allowing me to insure it was recorded I didn't cause any damage to the vehicle. No notes recorded about the numerous mechanical issues. The staff didn't care.

Daniel KI think the mileage allowance was chintzy and inadequate, and there was ten dollars' more gas in it when I dropped it off than when I picked it up -- which was totally disregarded. Instead I was charged $5 extra for 5 miles above my allowance, which occurred when I stopped at night to sleep. This is really a bullshit approach to business.

I went back in person and I felt that this guy wanted to fight me. Terrible experience with returning my trailer. You guys should do something about him. Just a horrible attitude with no cares about his customers.

lindsay yThey were easy as they wanted to take my keys and just sent me away with no receipt or proof in my hands I had dropped the truck. In such case, I took photos of the dash and the truck sitting at the location before leaving. I highly advise this in these days.
Terri SThere were screws and bolts in my trailer. I didn't realize it until one screw actually punctured my motorcycle tire and I received a flat tire. This totally ruined my plans when I got to my location and my tire was flat. I then found other screws in the trailer as well. This was very disappointing.
Allison FCheck the equipment better. This was the second place I had to go to get a rental and I was three hours behind schedule because of this. The truck I was given turned out to have a bad windshield wiper that almost fell off in the rain that I hit.

Patricia CThey rent trucks with metal coming through the tired and the general manager does not care or take responsibility. He blamed the worker -who was actually the only helpful person there. The truck started shaking at 45 mph or more. Very unsafe.
Lucas SI returned the truck over night photoing the gas amount making sure it matched what I left with and was charged around $14 for gas. Is this common practice for trucks turned in over night?
