Atif HAll the employees I dealt with were fine and helpful. But the rental process was frustrating. I booked for a pickup in Concord. The website said the trailer I needed was there and available. A day before my pickup date I was told I had to pick it up in Oakland. That meant traveling 30+ min each way in the opposite direction to where I was headed. Pretty inconvenient. I know Uhaul has a policy of paying the customer $50 if they don't have the equipment available after making the reservation. I wasn't trying to make money on the deal but asked if they would comp the $30 rental fee because of the mistake. They flat out refused and said my situation didn't qualify. Not sure what does then.

Elitber SI can never seem to get through, via phone, to any uhaul location. It only rings 4 times then switches to the national uhaul call center. This is the case, consistently. The national number can't tell me if the local office can rent me a dolly or if they found the keys I lost.
Rebecca JI was very disappointed with my u-haul experience. I was told that they would not honor a reservation made at the San Leandro location and then quoted a higher price which I accepted. My receipt the next day was higher than quoted. I called the company and they said they would refer this matter to proper person.

Charles SClean the inside of the vehicle. The van that I had, it has spiderweb inside the corners, no clean windows or windshield something was spilled inside the door. It was a good van, just needed some cleaning care.
Irene BBe clearer regarding the contract and how to indicate issues as low fuel and seats that were not adjustable. The manager had to move the driver's seat up. However, the back of the seat was too far away. I had no support. I was not aware that I needed to review the texted contract right away, before driving off. I disputed the gas, but as I had not indicated low fuel on the texted document which disappears after 20 minutes, I had to fill the tank.

Victor GAs is always the case at Uhaul of Oakland, the experience exemplifies what this customer has come to expect as the highest standards of customer service excellence; a Uhaul guarantee. UofO is ALWAYS a tight ship but my first trip to Uhaul of Yuba City for a drop-off was a nice surprise and hopefully my new go-to Yuba City Uhaul location.
Richard MMy only problem was the mileage I travel 20 blocks they computed 27 miles. That's hard to swallow that might be a problem soon. Other than that everything else was great

Latrece JInitially I went to the bigger location off of San Leandro Blvd and experience there was the worse . The young man helping me was bad mouthing other customers talking to his co worker , when I asked a question related to my rental he responded in a manner that in my opinion has no place in the customer service environment. This person needs to be properly trained or removed.

Edward BTrailer was mostly clean but some mud and debris. I ended up sweeping and mopping it out before loading. Biggest issue was I was supposed to pick up trailer at Walnut Creek location. Had a guarantee pickup at 4pm. Got there at 3:50 but location had closed at 3? Had to go to Oakland to get trailer. Was a 90 minute round trip. What good is the guarantee?

CORELLA TThe van was dirty outside snd inside. When we returned it as we found it we were charged a $25 cleaning fee. Guy was blasé and rude about it when we tried to explain this was the condition we found the van in. Didn't think we needed to take pictures of van before we used it. We only moved furniture no plants or messy things. Be warned take photos. Hope we get our cleaning fee back.

Renea WI received had a horrible experience at a U-Haul Dealer. I then booked another one and it let me to some abandoned dirty area. I had to pivot and found this location. I called before arrived and was met with the same professionalism over the phone. This location was accommodating, clean, and will definitely be returning here if I need to rent again.

Deante HStaff friendly, not helpful. First off I never rented this thing. This is the worst expirence I have ever had with any retailer. It took 2+ months to get this resolved. Won't use uhaul again
