CAROLYN MHorrible horrible horrible experience. They called 15 minutes before my reservation to tell me it would be an additional hour and a half till the truck was ready. Then they changed the location to Torrance, then on the way there called and changed it to Long Beach and then changed it once more to a DIFFERENT torrance location. Beyond disappointed. Will never be using Uhaul again and discouraging my friends from it as well.
fardis TTell the male employee that works there who owns the silver / grey car to stop parking in the handicap parking. It's illegal to do so, and it's an inconvenience to customers who actually have a handicap placard.

Rony CMake sure that there is a uhaul that people can use that has a ramp for people to easily get their items off the truck. Don't give them a uhaul if you don't have a ramp period

Jeremiah aWhen I returned the truck they wanted to charge me $40 for gas and I only went 37 miles. I understand charging a slight premium for gas price but for 37 miles I would see a max of 4 gallons.
Julian MI am disabled and TONY helped me out with my shopping list put the boxes bubble wrap ordered both a van and truck He was kind and I went to this location because I am not afraid to make a left turn off Western into badly positioned or color flags showing entrance. This was especially bad the Left turn right before Carson Street because driveway you have to cross heavy traffic intersection. My friend drove me both days 1st day Sunday she passed it and had to turn Left on Carson go through Market parking lot and tried to find another way to get into Carson Street "returns" Monday morning there was not enough parking for vehicles nor handicapped parking. We are both disabled. Speaking of disabilities I have Toni gave me a seat both days I rented and helped me get into both rentals truck and van I am still walking sometimes need a walker so he "TONY" let me use the rolling chair so I could walk around and figure out what boxes I needed and how many and 1st time going to this location for move out of state and I thank you for an excellent kind a personable young man he is.

Juan FI rented 6x12 trailer and have following concerns about overall safety of trailer: -Tires were worn and needed to be replaced -Latch for ramp was broken so only had 1 pin to keep it in place. Please address these safety concerns with UHaul Staff to prevent any future accidents or problems. Merci

Arlyn QThis time renting with UHaul was disappointing. I made a reservation more than 2 weeks in advance, was quoted a price, a pick up and drop off locations and given a confirmation. The day before I was to pick up the truck U-Haul switched up the truck size, pick up location, and upon drop off I was charged additional fees that were not previously disclosed or given any explanation why the additional fees were charged to my credit card before I could leave the key in the drop box. The bait and switch operation you employ is unprofessional given the many rental companies I have contacted for bids. Do Better!

Ricardo RI'm going back to the Hawthorne Blvd location. Check-in was very slow because computer system was down. Gas in van at start was not at full even though I was told to bring it back full. And the guy who did my final checkout paperwork was rude and hostile. Poor customer service.

Daniel MOriginal pickup location was S&G Towing on Prairie in Inglewood. They had given my reserved trailer to someone else. They were not helpful with how to resolve it other than to "Call U-Haul Boss." I had to speak with them by telephone since they either were not physically present at the location or were inside a locked warehouse. I would rate the S&G location as poor.

bastien mThe experience went a lot faster using the app. The only issue is that I did not know that I needed my passport to verify or any of the other requirements. It would be nice to be notified in advance of what is needed before heading to the location.

lydia sThis location helped me as I had to travel to 2 locations prior. There was a location change for my original reservation, I went at the scheduled time given to me and had to wait an hour for service. I noticed the tire was flat after I paid was redirected to another location. The 2nd place wouldn't dispatch me so I was redirected again to the Torrance. The staff were beyond nice and helpful, given the experience I had. My only complaint is with U-haul, not this specific location. I had to wait 3 hours and pay twice for a rental I reserved weeks ago.
Earnest JEverything was great. I can't think of anything that could be better. If I HAD to pick something, it would be the loiterers out side of the building approaching patrons asking for work. That wasn't appealing but I could see how it would benefit some people.
Reuben SThe Guy at the counter was great and Truck was ready to go. Since I was here last though, the area seems a bit 'sketchy'. There were homeless people on the sidewalk and a couple of guys just hanging and looking around going back and forth in parking lot. I'm glad my driver waited for me to check it and get in the truck. I wouldn't have felt comfortable otherwise.

Shafikul HI opted to do mobile pick up and it was an extremely simple process. The original vehicle was dirty and the gas tank was on empty so the service representative upgraded our reservation to a larger size cargo van. I thought was a very admirable action to take. I had to extend the rental an extra day which was simple and painless. All-in-all it was a pleasant experience.
Bernadette MWe had very bad experience with Uhaul Seattle where we got the ubox delivered. At Carson we scheduled access to the box two days prior and when we actually went there the box was not accessible.
