Very customer focused compared to my previous experiences with U-Haul pickup or drop-off locations. Employees hustled and were professional. highly recommend this location

I tried to use it to pick up my rental, but I couldn't get through the process because there was an error after I submitted my picture which prevented me from finalizing the rental in the app. I'm glad I decided not to pick up the rental prior to normal business hours, because I would have been stuck waiting until the location was actually open for the day.

MICHAEL MOverall was good location clean and easy to get in and out with trailer. Gentleman who helped me however seemed upset the entire time he was helping and extremely snappy with his answers. He did assist and did help but seemed mad or angry entire time. Work on customer service only thing needed.

Sergii PThe truck served my purpose and didn't break down, though it had over 170 000 miles on it. It rode and looked like it may not have been maintained well. Also, I returned the truck with a full tank of gas, even though it was around 3/4 full. A better policy would be that all vehicles are full so it is more equitable to the driver when refilling. This is how car rental places do it. The associate that helped me was nice. My last name in the ticket was misspelled. So, long story short, I don't think U-Haul cares much about details, whereas I do.

Bonnie MThe location was fine and I had no issues. The experience through the mobile reservation was nothing short of a nightmare however. I don't know where or how I can communicate the sheer uselessness of the "live" chat while running into snags with the reservation. Responses were minutes apart and did not answer the question presented. Simply restated there's an issue regardless of my lack of understanding on how to resolve the issue. The app itself was glitchy and unresponsive. Moving is already a stressful event and getting a half hour delay from the get go was certainly not the note I wanted to start on. Trying to return the truck after 11 hours of stressful moving, I was met with yet another app glitch resulting in me not knowing if my return was processed or not, no option for the live chat even if I wanted it, and no ability to speak with a representative when I called. I'm sure there was one, but after 5 minutes on hold I gave up. I will -never- use the mobile process again. I will caution any person asking for my opinion having used it to run as fast as they can from it and just find an open store if U-Haul is their only option. I simply cannot stress enough my dissatisfaction with this process. It in no way reflects the store I used, simply the behind the scenes inner workings.
