By far my best experience routine, any vehicle, not just a rental truck. Super quick and easy, and the clerk that held me was outstanding.

Rochelle GI rented a truck March 3 2924 on March 4 2024 i Night dropped it!! Charged me $20 to drop off over night!! That's there job to check in truck!! No consideration that my internet was not working for the night drop to work!!! Ask Manager you have consideration?? Didn't even have any understanding to that !!! I rent Uhaul's trucks a lot!! No consideration for a good customer?? At other Uhaul's I haven't had that kinda behavior……. That $20 is just a way to make money if your phone is dead or not working properly Also his pride was to much noticed to understand the situation that a customer was going thru Come on !!! Leo MI have a dispute ticket opened. The location overcharged my mileage by 180 miles. Unacceptable! I drove approximately 26 miles and got charged for 206. This better be corrected. Totally shocked and unsatisfied.

Thomas HImprove communication between morning staff and evening staff ,evening staff was very difficult, especially the woman working in the evening. I am a frequent customer every other week. I ran a motorcycle trailer and this is the first time I ever had difficulty returning it and paying cash I spoke with the Morning crew they were very courteous and helpful and they explained to me that I could return the trailer and pay cash but in the evening it was very frustrating the evening female staff was very negative and unprofessional

CONSTANTIN EWould have liked more explanation of vehicle operation, upon receiving vehicle. When vehicle was returned, clerk did not check mileage or gas reading. Mileage was less than expected, but not readjusted. Clerk just took key and said thank you.

Keven BNothing, the guy that helped us was extremely helpful and courtious, friendly, yet professional. He explained everything to us and highlighted phone numbers on my receipt and told me what to do if I had any questions or issues. When we brought the tow dolly back, he made it so easy for us. He checked everything, gave us our receipt and sent us on our way. We were there maybe 10 min at the very most. We definitely will be going back there, even though it's not the closest location to us, it was well worth the extra miles.

Sandra HI have used U-haul for years. In a world gone mad and corporations so greedy. U-Haul stands out. The customer service is great very personable. There's always the suppies I need. If I extend they have always acomadated this time was no exception. And as a bonus to you. I rented a cube. Good price can visit it just like a normal storage unit. But I have it shipped to Remy so all in all U-Hauk rocks

Jesse LOnly bad experience I had was that the gentleman that helped me at the Pico Rivera area didn't seem to knowledgeable about making this rental. Once Jennifer came on the scene she was great.
