The service was fantastic. The 2 people working were highly competent and were great with customers.. it was busy, but most people were in and out quickly.

James WThe truck that I was assigned either needed a wheel alignment or a tune up. The truck was horrible to drive. I was driving 35 mph on the freeway before loading it and after. Horrible experience. My anxiety wS through the roof!

Going forward, I will always think of this location before going anywhere else. Worth every penny and they minimize stress by being relaxed and accomodating. I believe the shift manager's name is Destiny. She is upbeat and engaging. Great experience, and I hope this gets back to them. Give them a raise. Great team.

Jose HDidn't have my truck that was scheduled almost a month ago ready at the location where I scheduled. Was moved last minute to a different location that wasn't open at the time of pick up. Was sent to another location 30min away that did not want to accommodate drop off to include the offer the customer service provided me with to compensate for various issues I experienced. Overall an absolute miserable experience to have while moving. The truck was fine and other ordered items were present.

Steve WEveryone was so friendly and helpful. I pulled up, they attached the trailer and I was off. When I returned, they unhooked the trailer, emailed me my receipt and I was out of there.
Crystal WThey opened at 7am. I thought I woke up to late to call, but I called anyway at 7:40. Had a truck reserved by 7::10 for a 9am pick up. Picked up my truck on time, check in, review.of the contract, paying for the truck, completed the transaction in the timeframe it should been. I wasn't in a rush. But most important the person helping me wasn't rushing or working from an unorangized or unprofessional manner. Each time I have used this Uhaul facility the staff continues to show their growth in professionalism.

Rigoberto RWhen I returned my truck the young man that helped me just check my truck in and made me wait for my receipt by going inside and waiting for another associate to help another customer before I could get my receipt. The guy should have finished helping me, but instead he start cleaning the truck when there was at least 10 other trucks to rent and three people working. Bad customer service. Thx
