Hi. The steering wheel need alignment. It goes on right side
Arlind KrajaI arrived on a Friday night about 7:30 P.M> to pick-up a trailer for the car. The attendant finally got it attached to the truck but because it was 8:00 P.M. on a Friday night he left me in the yard to put the car on the trailer. Men who were returning their truck had to help me and the attachment was not right. The site where we dropped it off took a picture of it and wondered why PA police did not stop us. Fortunately we arrived safely. I realize it was Friday night and the attendant probably had a date. Though it was the second time we rented a trailer I forgot everything about the former rental. That young man stayed with us past his quitting time to see to it we got off all right.

We didn't know if we were going to make it to our destination that's how bad the truck was. It sounded like the engine was ready to fall out of it. It had no real speed. It was dirty in the back for the kind of money that I spent on that truck it's shameful to pay that kind of money for that. I was even looking to see if I can give back the truck somewhere else and not come back to where I picked it up from because that's how bad the truck was that that truck should be put out of service. We didn't think we were going to make it back home.

Louise HuppeWonderful experience! The van I rented seemed virtually brand-new: It handled beautifully and still had the new-car smell! It was also spotlessly-clean inside and out :-) I ended up needing to extend my rental period twice, and both times the online process to do that was quick and perfectly seamless. I've rented from this location a few times in the past, and I'm delighted that the service continues to be excellent.

Was given the wrong truck and staff was unfamiliar with where my receipt was within the staff, as if my payment didn't go through and the rental wasn't processed. We resolved that and changed my van. He also charged me with insurance without asking if I wanted and didn't mark were the has meter was on the van on my paperwork. Lacked professional customer service, which talking a bit much about nothing. My 2nd rental was a dirty truck without realizing it wasn't clean. Sticky floor and dirt on the interior of the rear. 1st van was brand new and amazing.

Luis DiazThe experience is absolutely terrible via the Uhaul app. In my experience, it is one of the worst applications out there. It crashes and does not allow for the completion of any transitions. Terrible.
