The u-Haul overheated couldn't even get my move done and was still charged full price. I should've received a refund because I wasn't able to get all my move done

Greg HQuit pushing your customers to do your clerical work. I don't want your app. On my device. I was given miss information through your out of country call centers. If not for the great customer service that I got from the steerboro location I would have canceled my reservation and rented a vehicle from another company. I drop off on red Bank road in the ace hardware Two days early. The scruffy man was less than pleasant. This was my last time with this company.

I can't imagine anybody who gets taken in by the $29,99 for the day will likely rent again after that price balloons to $105. Stop nickel and diming people who are likely in a bad life situation that they're desperate to get out of. That's just not cool. I already paid for the gas I used, plus a little extra. So what exactly is the $.99/mile for? And what the heck is an "environmental fee?" Yeah, it's only $1 but still... It all just seems super sleazy and scammy.

Susan CNot sure if this is something that is only seen by the location or if corporate gets it too, but I really wish you would redesign the site a bit. I shouldn't have to click "I am not interested in this service" 10 times to get to the truck rental screen. I'm not moving anywhere, I'm just grabbing some lumber from Lowe's. There should be a streamlined option that does not take you through each and every additional service you can upcharge.

Daniel SDid find after picking up a trailer 2 of the tie down rails on left rear were broken and pulled off of the wall making tiring down my load difficult. I did inform and show attendant the problem and she was to take trailer off line and let her boss know of needed repair.

anthony sService and personnel at location were fine. However when I got loaded I noticed a very low tire. I called service,finally got through. They gave the call to a towing service on the west side of Cleveland,around 4:00 pm. For various reasons they couldn't make it, I called them,weren't very sure if or when they could make it,around 9:00 pm. Called your roadside people again told them I've got to leave early etc. Some guy looked,got back to me,found an actual tire service a lot closer by 10:00 pm. Guy was there by 11:30 and got the job done! Great! Point being why wasn't this done to begin with?
anthony sWhen I picked up my truck a male worker had horrible body odor and when I returned the truck later in the day one of the female workers reeked of marijuana. I would suggest counseling on personal hygiene in the workplace is needed. There was also issues with computer equipment which slowed down checking in and out that created longer wait times for other customers that the employees were aware of and commented had needed corrected for some period of time. I will only return to this location in the future if there is no other option.

Edward PWow - I'm impressed with the Streetsboro location! The customer service is outstanding, and the facility has everything you will need for your project. I highly recommend them, and even though it's not the closet location to my residents, it was definitely a pleasant surprise to me that I was switched to this location for the pickup. My next rental will be at Streetsboro because they won me over with there service. * Thank you staff, it was nice doing business with you:)

Kevin SI have used You Haul car hauler trailers a number of times. I wish I owned one however I have heard that You Haul does not sell their used trailers, only used trucks.
