Jorge HMake the app easier to use. The app was very confusing. "Pick up my truck" resulted in reloading the Dashboard. Had to click "View/Edit" first and then Pick Up for the process to start, only for the app to tell me I had to go inside for assistance. Luckily this office was staffed and the staff were very helpful and got me checked in quickly.

Omer WThe truck's passenger cabin was rather dirty upon pick up; thus I had to remove the floor mat which was highly stained and wreaked of odor from previous customers/rentals. The staff however was simply amazing and made certain that I had wipes to clean and wipe down the areas of concern prior to my departure. James assisted me with all of my add-on items and the cleaning while Kevin was helpful over the phone when I called to confirm my reservation details. He was even gracious enough to hold 3 of the 6 Furniture Dollies I reserved since this location had been running short. Love U-Haul as always and this will remain one of my most convenient and reliable locations!

Robert NDevon was very friendly and helpful. The only real issue was that after only driving it 2 miles the battery died and we had to wait for roadside assistance. Good news is they were there within 45 min. and put in a whole new battery on the spot. We had no issues after that.

We wound up getting 5 u-boxes and one trailer and still had to leave stuff behind. It made the moving experience much more stressful than it needed to be.
