HARDY HUDSONThe only problem I had was dropping off. I called the Lee Road location thinking it was where I picked up from since it was a crossroad. I had no idea there were other U-hauls within a few miles of each other. The gentleman was really nice, but he never once looked me up in the system to let me know I was calling the wrong location when I was going to be 30 minutes late. He insisted I bring the truck back the next day because he was at Bike Week. I've been calling to try and speak to the general manager at the Winter Park location on Orlando Ave.

Yolanda BobbyWe reserved a cargo van 3 weeks in advance at Altamonte Springs. They changed our pickup location the day before our move day to a location farther away, resulting in more road time and and mileage cost. Winter Springs provided an almost new cargo van - the equipment was great, but the location was not ideal.

Robert FerraroNot the fault of the location but the location was a complete mess when I showed up to pick up on my pick up day to pick up a 6 x12 trailer. Numerous recently returned box trucks were blocking the pick up area and had not be logged in and moved. I went inside to the counter and they checked me in. No problem. I then went out to pick up and have my trailer hooked up and my assigned trailer was apparently still blocked by the unchecked U-haul block trucks. So they asked that I pull my vehicle around to the other side of the lot and bottom line had me sitting in my vehicle in the middle of the side street blocking traffic while they hooked me up to a different trailer then what my paper work showed. The whole thing a personal injury attorney easy victory. When I received the text on my cell phone and was asked to verify the license plate it was a traile with a different license plate then what my paperwork showed. When I asked why they said "don't worry about it. we swapped the trailer for a different trailer. you are good to go." Thereafter the software also locked me out from uploading pictures. In summary, I have been a longtime longtime U-Haul customer without incident and this was the worst. Also could have been hit by traffic in the side street while they were hooking up the different trailer.
scott mchenryThere is no one to answer phone at the location. You are switched to U-Haul main office. They were missing a connection to finish the job and the plug in for electrical was strapped to under side of hitch. I will have to finish the job .

JOHNCARLOS UZCATEGUIMatthew at the front desk kept requesting numbers for friends of mine stating he needed that information in case I did not return the trailer I rented. He then called them asking if I was who I said I was. It was a very uncomfortable experience and the questions he asked were inappropriate. I felt violated and will never rent from this location again.

Patricia Pulliam-triliegiI just wanted to say the location was amazing. What I am NOT happy about is the fact that U-Haul as a corporation sent me an email tell me I had to check my truck back in or they would check it in for a fee of $20.00. I paid for the truck rental, I paid for the mileage, WHY should have I have to check in back in. WHY should have I have to take 5 mins of my time, running around the truck, taking pictures, and answering a bunch of questions. If this is the case then I shouldn't have to the pay the same amount. This is NOTHING more than trying to better your bottom line. Last time I will rent from U-Haul to many other place and options for about the same price. I didn't sign up for a self service option.

John Armstrong6 X 12 trailer was obviously aged, but everything worked. Only issue was not enough usable cargo securing points for use of rachet straps.
Stephen BroussardI was charged for 2 gallons of gas when I only traveled 4,5 miles.
GLENN KLAUSMANI made two rentals (one on 11/30) and one on (12/2). The first one with Quentin was fine (he was excellent). The second one, I drove 20 miles, put in 2,5 gallons of gas at the station across the street that put the gas level above 3/4. I had driven the same amount on the first rental so I knew how much gas was needed, plus I checked it after the fill. I returned the vehicle and asked the attendant (Dylan K), to process it but he said he couldn't do it then and would do it later. He added a charge of $13,5 for a gas charge (incorrectly) and now I've had to spend way more time than I needed to working the issue and the charge still isn't reversed. I called it in and my reference number is 4569582. Very disappointed in your service and Dylan.
