Truck has warning light that one of the tires had low tire pressure. I went back in to advise clerk and she brushed it off saying she knows & it's OK. I voiced my concern and wanted another truck. She said none was available… so I was stuck with this truck. It not only compromised my safety but also impacted my gas usage! They did not bother filling up the tire before the next rental… how is this right??? Also truck was dirty in cab & in loading area. VERY UNSATISFIED!!! I want compensation for. Inadequate, dirty truck that not only put my safety at risk, but also increased my gas usage!

Jagrup singhGiven truck with near to zero E fuel gas. Waited 25 minutes at closed store location. Online check in done still after 25 minutes took 15 more minutes. I booked dolly mover rolling dolly but it's not there and not given. Not happy
Chirag PatelThis location doesnot offer any dolly/furniture mats with the truck, so I was told that my transaction receipt would be rectified for charging the same. And despite that clarification, I have been charged for service that I didnot even used/the location dodnot have it to offer. It is totally unprofessional and illegal to be charging for services you didnot offered to the customer.

rajinder singh bhattiWe requested pickup at 8am for our Uhaul at a local nearby location. We were instead told to pickup in Brampton which is 45-1hour away from us. We got there at 8am only to find out that the Buisness that has our truck keys opens at 10am. We called Uhaul and nothing they can do. So we SAT in a parking lot for 2 hours on 4 hours of sleep because we woke up early after a night of packing to be there on time. This delay completely messed up our schedule for the day and made us drive the long drive from Toronto to Ottawa dangerously tired. Next, there was mud on the floor of the front seat. So NO it was not cleaned. We requested and PAID for 12 moving blankets and a mattress protector. These we're NOT in the van. Still have not received a refund. So, no, I do NOT recommend UHaul to anybody. And I will go out of my way to never use them again.
