Half of the drivers side door handle cover was broken so you could unlock the door with your fingers. The inside drivers side window handle was also broken and the biggest problem was the latch on the back of the truck to keep the loading door shut was broken, I had to use bungy cords to keep it closed. I don't think I should have been charged for this rental due to all the issues. I will not book with that location again. Misty Tait

Completely garbage service. Accidentally door got locked while key was inside with truck before we could've used it . 0 co operation from owner , no spare key they had . Never rent their truck .

Micheline GrondinesI couldn't find it. It wasn't at the address listed, but one block away, which is unacceptable since I have a broken foot. I had to ask at FOUR different stores where the UHaul store was because there is no visual sign indicating where it is. Representative meant well, and seems to be a nice person, but she is too slow and appears to not be knowledgeable about UHauls' computer system.

Habtom HailuI've rented U-Haul trucks several times over the past 2 years and this was by far the worst and least professional and vendor I have used. My reservation was made for 10 AM MST on December 30, 2022 and the vendor did not open the store until 10:30 AM MST. Fortunately, I was able to connect with a U-Haul service representative that was able to give me a slight discount. However, the vendor's unprofessionalism and uncaring attitude towards being late left a bad taste in my mouth. Also, it didn't appear as the truck was checked - it was mostly clean, but smelled like disgusting cigarette smoke. Seriously, how hard would it be to open a window for a couple of hours and let the cab breathe?
David AranasThis location is not recommended. The staff person available was not able to process anything and was not aware of the drop-off. The owner was not available and the phone number that was provided got me to a full voice mail. I had to call UHaul to get this sorted out after over 45 mins. I do not recommend using this location.
Casey VandenHeuvelThis was the third location in Calgary u-haul sent me to get the truck I reserved 5 days earlier to move furniture to Edmonton. The first was in SW. Then u-haul customer support sent me to a NW location, this truck had not been returned so they said a truck was available in NE Calgary. This location was advertised to be open at 9 am. It was 11 am when I arrived and the door was locked. After many calls and inquiries the owner arrived at noon to provide the truck keys. U-hauls compensation for 2 hours wasted time and gas going to these locations was 50 dollars.
Anthony GreenWhat was most inconvenient is when we came to drop the U-Haul off the next day at 9am the location was closed. The owner was 2 hours late past when they were supposed to be open. I was on time she was 2 hours late. Not only that when we were there to pick up U-Haul we patiently waited in line but she kept getting people who were purchasing items to go ahead of us. So we had to wait much longer. Very inconvenient.

Autumn BourassaThere was no indication anywhere that this convenience store was a U-Haul location. I had to ask multiple businesses in the area of it's location. As well, I was told at pick-up that I could return the U-Haul vehicle to any location, but when I arrived at this location, the operator of the convenience store did not want to accept the vehicle, as it wasn't in her system.

Darmyn ritchieVery disorganized. Didn't have the furnature pads or the dolly ready. They also didn't have they key for the truck I had reserved. Had to waste time changing the truck. My rental period ended after they closed and there was no drop box for the key. I had to make a special trip back the next day just to return it.
