I was overcharged, the truck was on a quarter tank of gas when I received it. I reserved the 20" and a dolly was told none of my items were available. She gave be a 17" foot truck said it didn't matter if I reserved on line, they didn't have the items I requested. Just received an invoice for 145 $I didn't travel far & they charged 90 $gas??? I will never use U-Haul again and neither recommend to anybody. 1. the entire proccess took 3 weeks, that is too long. 2. the money I spend is the same as a door-to-door service from other moving company. then why should I load everything by myself? 3. the staff in U-haul airline are very rude, especially a old lady and a young lady. they didn't follow the SOP and care nothing about the costumer. they never pick up the phone. you can see a lot of complain about them in google. U-haul should fire them. 4. the phone call seldom works, so it cause a lot of schedule trouble. 5. the only thing uhaul is responsive is charging the fee.Wen-Huai T.

Unfortunately, the young lady who assisted me was not friendly, courteous or professional from the onset. She seemed to be in a hurry and failed to listen, which resulted in her having to correct her error in my billing before paying. When she drove the truck around to the back, I was also outside. She jumped out and left the door open and passed by me without any further comment or instructions. I was outside at the time just waiting and had to ask her if everything was ready for me. She finally replied yes, as she was assisting another customer. I did not have a good experience with her and did not feel I was treated with respect. This needs to be corrected for a good Customer Service experience. However, the truck was clean and performed well.RAMONA M.

The one person checking in people on two computers did well multi tasking but 2 people would have gotten people through the line quicker. I got in my rental truck at 10 AM on Sunday and the return time in Monroe, Louisiana was Tuesday at 9 AM. I made it on time but the time should have been 48 hours. Also, my truck only had 5/8 a tank of gas - definitely not topped off.Eugene S.

Local people are great. The corporate assignment of a location to pick up the UHaul from Louisiana was a customer service nightmare. There was NO reason to send me an hour and a half away to Lafayette for a rental with 34 locations in the Baton Rouge and surrounding city area. Thank goodness for Lauren at the Oklahoma Reg. Office for putting sanity back in the process and updating my pick up location to the original location I had requested.DEBORAH F.

When I showed up for my rental reservation the young lady that checked me in refused to give me my truck. Although I called Friday and verified that my truck will be ready at 5:30pm she told me she had to send me to another location and call around for my truck. I told her that I had a reservation for this location and I am not going to another location. I asked for the manager she told me she is not calling the manager. The conversation got loud and everyone was looking at her. Then another worker made her give me my truck and reservation. He had to tell her 3 times give this man his reservation. I wish I have gotten her name but she makes me never want to rent from Uhaul again. She over charged my rental when I got back I had 100 $accident fee on my bill that I knew nothing about and the worker removed it and the hand truck she changed me twice for it. If I recommend anything be done is to get her some training.NATHAN B.

The guy who checked me in for the truck on Friday around 5pm was very nice and helpful even though he was extremely busy he still managed to be professional. Upon returning the truck on Friday evening the gentleman told me not to worry he have to clean the truck so that let me know the trucks are being cleaned before renting them to customers.LATOYA E.

The lady doesn't have good customer service skills she has a bad tone when speaking and she tried to charge me for 66 miles when I only did 17 I asked her to explain all she said was that's what's the computer telling me she never read the millage off the truck another worker had to go check the miles because I had a picture of the miles that was on the truck before I pulled off..i will never use that location againDOROTHY S.
