I rent equipment here from time to time and I understand the vehicles have a high rotatión among customers, and that cleaning might be at the very basic level, but the cargo van I got was very dusty in the back, and had a very strong cigarette and dirty gym sweat stinking smell in the cabin, I don't smoke, it was a very unpleasant experience. It was disgusting! Have a big signage of non smoking in the vehicle and charge more if users break the rule
Patricia CThe experience was good. Wasn't excellent because we have a problem with the the order that was made online. I had ordered the hitch (including installation) and a bike rack. I selected the correct place online and had payed for the rack. When we went to pay it wasn't in their system the bike rack. In fact was in other people's name and to be collected in another city! I understood that this was the system's problem that was very poorly designed. However, the people (Michelle and a young man that I didn't get his name) were very friendly and ready to solve the problem.

Richard fThe location and the equipment (6x12 cargo trailer) are good. U-Haul's Roadside Customer Service, however, is absolutely terrible! My daughter had trouble unhooking the trailer when dropping it off after closing hours and the service person we called as of no use whatsoever. She was not able to provide any advice or any suggestions as to why it wouldn't unhook and her sole suggestion was to send someone to help but ONLY IF WE WOULD ACCEPT A $300 CHARGE!! I had to drive down to help my daughter and it turned out that a person had to both pull and turn the release on top of the hitch (and pull it very hard!) to get the tab/catch on the bottom of the ball to release. It was not something that was easy for a single person to do but the solution itself was relatively straightforward -- why couldn't Customer (lack of) Service have told us this? If you rent from U-Haul, pray that you don't encounter any issues whatsoever, no matter how simple, because their Customer Service will only help you if you agree to a $300 call-out fee.

They are so amazing good at what they do and really know how to take care of there customers I really needed to get a truck and showed up in person and was able to get a truck that was available I walked out with a big smile and y'all don't even know how really good the staffs are there they treat there customers with respect and always makes sure they meet my standards i highly recommend y'all go to this location and see for your selves manager is amazing this location is managed really well just all around amazing staffs check out this location for sure you will be satisfied
jeff bI think it's outrageous that I was given a vehicle that did not have a full fuel tank. It was declared as 3/8 full but in actuality was slightly less than that. Furthermore, the policy U-Haul has of penalizing you for bringing back the truck fuelled to the level declared on the agreement is unacceptable, and not just because U-Haul declared my vehicle to have more fuel than it actually did. How can anyone refuel accurately without having fuelling the vehicle extra and eating the loss of funds to do so where U-Haul happily accepts the free gasoline without comping the customer? Dogsh*t policy and for that I'm glad I don't have to use them often.
Sean SIt took 3 attempts to get the hitch installed... Twice I was "contacted" to cancel/reschedule the appointment I had booked online as the time I had booked did not coincide with times the facility I booked at actually had staff on hand to do the install. The second time I actually showed up at the scheduled time to be told "your appointment is tomorrow - we tried to call you to change the appointment" (I was out of country w/ no cell coverage). The staff at Blackfoot were good, but the overall experience was an actual gongshow... If you can't accommodate the booking, don't make the location/time available on the website online booking system.

Adrian BExtreme pathetic service. Highly disappointed. I booked the truck from NE and my vehicle wasn't available and asked me to go SE which was 25kms aways. $0,99 per kms they charge for their fault. I paid extra 50 dollars and 2 hours travel time.

Elaine AMy experience at the Blackfoot location was outstanding. The truck was ready on time and immaculately clean inside and out. The outdoor staff worked in harmony and they were extremely helpful in helping the dollies and blankets from my vehicle into the truck. The staff inside was as well outstanding. The woman who helped me was thorough and even acknowledged and thanked me for uploading my information. She was quick to finish the paperwork and then walk me outside. She assured my vehicle was safe where I parked it and then walked me to the truck. She assisted me - physically lifted me into the truck! She made sure I was comfortable in the seat and helped me made the adjustments! She definitely understands how to exceed great customer care. She has a real zest for life; someone who is positive, enthusiastic, passionate, curious and engaged. She has spread this enthusiasm to her team and they highly respect her as their MANAGER! The return experience was just as thorough as when I picked the truck up! I give U Haul Blackfoot my highest recommendation, without reservation. Je

Calli Otruck had bald summer tires, and I was overcharged $150 on gas even when I returned it exactly as it was given to me (only half full tank). After talking to a few uhaul representatives i have been repeatedly been told the Manager from this location would be following up but that they needed more time to investigate this, and yet I have NOT heard back from them.

randy wThe only problem with this location is absence of any parking.
Tom MCab had content from previous driver and broken glass in the passenger seat. The windows did not show any breakage, so the glass had likely been there for some time. It drove like the parking brake was engaged, but I was assured everything was okay.

Cameron Mmain issue was with the trailer I reserved ...or thought I reserved. I wanted trailer with ramp and motorcycle wheel chock built in to front of trailer. U-haul pics on the web and at store show the trailer I reserved(5x9) as being the only open trailer with both these features; however, when i arrived to pick up trailer the trailer did not have the built in wheel chock and i was told that trailer was very rare to have one and most/all the trailers only had the ramp . I had to build a wheel chock to use in trailer which I did not plan for. If the wheel chock is not standard for that one trailer size then U-haul needs to change their advertisements and descriptions for this trailer! Very disappointed trailer was not as advertised and that I had to build something to use trailer that I did not plan for.

Royal Mdo not power wash trailers as the sliding door was frozen shut and cause concern that it could be opened or closed. needed help to open thought the sliding door was broken.

Alex WThey put non-standard tires on the truck in a super snowy day with icy roads! And guess what if you stuck in snow, they gonna charge you $415! Can you believe it?! The customer satisfaction is like a joke for them! I am so sorry that I had to rent from these guys that don't care!
