I didn't drop the truck off. it was picked up from my house as soon as Uhal had time to pick it up a day later. the truck was towed. i didn't drop it off anywhere. it was too unstable for me to drive. over 3 hours for a 2 hours drive. that's just not right. and i have to put a drop off location that i didn't go to. what is wrong with you guys. i want my money back.

I will never use or recommend UHAUL to anybody ever again. UHAUL canceled my reservation on the day of my move without informing me only to find out when I showed up to pick up. Did not have the equipment that I needed and had reserved a week in advance. Called the 1-800-UHAUL and they then apologized and sent me to a 2nd location. Only to arrive and have the person at the counter look at me and say “I have no idea why they sent you here? We don't have the equipment you are looking for”. Called the 1-800-UHAUL again (2nd time) and now I was sent to a third location. However the women was gracious enough to inform that it was only 5 miles away. What she didn't take into account that the 1st location was 5miles from my home, the second location was 5miles away from the first location and 3rd location was 5miles away from the 2nd location. So I had to drive a total of 30miles round trip (twice...once for the pick up and then for the return) for no other reason than people not taking pride in doing their jobs correctly!!! But for all my trouble she was nice enough to email me a 15 $credit certificate to use so that it would help with rental. But of course when the person checking me out took my payment the certificate number that was emailed to me did not work. Overall UHAUL lost my business. As well as everyone that I know will here of my experience. Heck I may just stop strangers as they walk and tell how shitty my experience with UHAUL was. Thank you UHAUL for making an already stressful moving just that much more stressful. Never again...... Former customer...

They gave us a truck with the brake light out, and car dolly that was taped up with with duct tape and electrical tape with the turn signal out. Then we ordered blankets and a 2 wheel dolly got it to our place to open the truck there not there, call up and were told we weren't charged for it to drop it off in Oklahoma that we were charged for it. I'm not pleased at all with your service I honestly feel like we should get some money back for the move!

I returned my U-Haul at 8pm. It was very dark out. Not very much lighting in the parking lot. Did not feel safe. I also stepped on a nail that was sticking up from the ground and it cut into my foot. It was very painful and bled a lot. The employees at this location should sweep the parking lot for nails.

Have vehicle that was reserved.reserved a 15 ft vehicle had to take what they had. 26 ft. Way to big had to drive it from Orlando Yo Florida. Don't think it was this sites fault in particular but U-Haul in general.

We reserved a 10' truck at Orange Ave location. You gave us a 26' truck from Citrus Bowl location. They sent us to another location for a trailer. That location was “too busy” to connect the lights for the trailer. Went back to Citrus Bowl to get 26' truck which was far too big for our move. Returned to the location in S Pasadena we were told on reservation to return. They could not accept a 26' truck. This rental was a tremendous disappointment and a horrible inconvenience.

This was by far the best U-Haul store I've ever been to. The general manager Andrew went above and beyond to make sure me and the other customers in the store at the time, felt welcomed and safe to be there. He was genuine and kind when he spoke with us. I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge and the way he simplified/explained the entire rental process. The truck I received was extremely clean and you could tell that they're taking the covid threat seriously. Moving is a stressful time and Andrew was able to ease my mind with his help and kind heartedness. I would recommend this location 1 000 % thanks to Andrew.

There was a terrible smell in the truck upon receiving the keys. It made most of my furniture smell as well. I also suggest you get better management at the Orange Blossom Location. One guy running around with a line of 25 people isn't ideal to a consumer. I would never recommend this location to anyone unless it was an emergency.

Staff very unorganized, there was a problem with the brakes in my truck and the check engine light came on, I reported it upon return. I was informed that they would check the fluids and take 5 $off my bill, really. Also there was another charge of 3,41 $ added to my bill I don't know why.

The guy who took care of us dropping the truck off was very helpful and communicative but when I was charged a random fee after dropping it off I called the building and it said it was going to be a 5-10 minute wait so I was on hold for 23 minutes just to be connected to a woman who's connection was below average and was getting frustrated when I asked her to repeat what she said.

I used the mobile check-in and return, which was very easy and clear. In the return, the process told me to put the key in a dropbox but it wasn't visible; I was able to give the key to a staff member so everything worked out, I just mention it for adjusting the mobile prompts. The staff on check-in and check-out were great.

I have now rented from this location twice. Both times I was not given the equipment (furniture pads and dolly) that I requested when placing the online order. I realize I should have checked to make sure they are in the truck before I leave, but that is also the responsibility of the attendant providing the truck and equipment. Moving is a stressful time for the customer, and U-Haul attendants should help make sure the customer receives what they paid for.

Tell the kids to not wear crocs and if they're gonna help hook up the trailer to not put them in a dangerous situation. I was clear that I needed a rising hitch, he hooked it up in a drop and told me to go... horrible experience.

I was originally supposed to pick up my truck at the Baldwin Park uhaul on Colonial, but I went to the store the night before I was supposed to receive the truck and the manager told me that the truck had not arrived because the previous renter was late on returning it. Thank goodness that I went because if I had not I would have gone in the morning and not have been able to pick up the truck and have the movers I hired not be able to complete their job. The manager at the Baldwin Park uhaul was not even going to call me if the truck did not arrive. I was very upset with this customer service. It should not have been my responsibility to call and arrange a different pick up location since the truck I requested never arrived. It was so stressful and I hope that you find this feedback useful and never do this to anyone else.

Though this location was in a pretty bad part of Orland and there was minimal space to maneuver in this parking area, I was very impressed with the staff here. I was provided high quality, courteous, and respectful service by the employee I returned my UHaul too. This location's employees were following safe COVID19 practices, unlike the employees at the initial UHaul location, as discussed above.

Chris was very helpful. A cool young dude. I will specifically bring my services back to this location simply because of Chris. Soon as I arrived he helped me find my truck, bring it around and answered every question I had. When I brought the truck back he was there again to make sure everything went well. I don't think the employees there knew it but once I got the truck on the road it had some major mechanical issues shaking really bad steering wheel out of alignment front end pulling severely and the mirrors were siliconed in place

This is not a complaint about the location I picked up from, but more of a complaint about U-Haul as a company. I visited the store on 840 S Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando Florida on 9/9/2020 to inquire about some prices for a move. The employee working there (Andrew) was professional, knowledgeable, kind and extremely hard working. He was all alone and had to deal with multiple customers while I waited. He helped about 6 customers inside and also a customer was waiting outside for propane for about 30 min (about as long as i was waiting) he got to everyone still with a positive attitude and seemingly not overwhelmed. Finally when he was able to assist me I asked him if he had help or another worker and he said unfortunately not until 12 p.m. Their location opens at 7 a.m. and he was working alone until 12 p.m. in the roughest neighborhood of all the u hauls. There was a homeless woman who tried to come into their garage and steal items while I was there also and he had to stop helping me and chase her off. I told him that a company of this magnitude shouldn't have him working alone especially at this location. He seemed to brush it off like it was normal but I told him it is not. Any other billion dollar company would not have their employees working in these conditions. From my observation that day he was not only a manager but a security guard dealing with drug addicts and homeless people trying to sleep in trucks or steal things. Now today on 9/14/2020 I came in to get the truck I spoke with him about on the 9th and again he was all alone with multiple customers in the store as I arrived. Andrew was courteous and welcoming to everyone in the store. You could see how hard he was working to help everyone in a timely fashion. Like the last time I was there, I asked him if he was alone and he told me until 12...again. That's when I decided to write this review. He didn't seem too stressed out like this is a normal thing but I can assure you and whoever in corporate will read this that THIS IS NOT NORMAL. No employee of any company should be working alone for 5 hours, especially not at this location. From my 2 experiences here I can conclude that Andrew is one of the friendliest, most professional and hardest workers I've come across in a long time. Any other job would be lucky to have an employee like Andrew. I will continue to rent from this location as long as he is there but something needs to be done asap to help him out because it's clearly not fair. Andrew if you're able to read this I want you to know that I appreciate you and your hard work...but at the same time I feel sorry for you. This company is taking advantage of you and you deserve better.
