Other than a long line it went smoothly, oh I did have to go back in to get the rope I had purchased online and wasn't given at the time we signed our paperwork. But that was quickly taken care of (thank goodness I remembered). The person who handled the order was courteous and helpful. If I need to rent again I most likely will choose this location.MARLENE M.

Waited at stop sign for staff to come to vehicle like the sign says. No one came. Asked somebody outside when I got out of my vehicle and they told me to go inside. That trailer up and was told they will email receipt. It was actually a pretty easy drop off but for someone that's used to some customer service interaction it was a little strange. Checked for receipt before leaving lot. In my email. And it was there just like they said. Although I have no idea how they checked the trailer in.ROBERT B.

Overall the experience was positive. Staff was super helpful. The truck, however, is, well, crap. In order to drive straight, I needed to turn the steering wheel about 45 degrees. The ride of the truck was like riding on a dune buggy. It was not the "Gentle Ride" that is painted on the truck. Just the exact opposite of this. But, it served my purpose for a short move. I would never rent a UHaul truck for a long distance move.CHRISTOPHER M.

The experience was disappointing, but not related to the location. I tried to make a reservation online and it was difficult to find a trailer available. I should have booked it earlier, but my understanding is that you can't guarantee availability even with a reservation due to other customers keeping equipment longer than their rental contract. I understand, this is a tough situation, trying to keep costs down and everyone happy. The worst thing about the experience was trying to get the location on the phone and not a central scheduling call center. I had questions and wanted to talk to the store directly. I eventually figured it out, but it feels customer-hostile.AARON B.

Very convenient the truck share 24/7, I was able to pick up my rental at 6:30am on a Sunday morning, it took about 10 minutes through my cellphone, same procedure to drop truck off after business hours.Rodrigo P.

The uhaul truck reeked of weed!! We noticed the smell once we left and opened the back. We didn't even want to put our stuff in the truck but was in a time crunch and didn't want to return.. My son found weed scissors under the sit and when returning after hours we saw an employee and he removed them... I feel like this could of been avoided.. We also rented a dolly and cover protextors and know the person who put the dolly in had to of smelt the pot in the truck becuse it was a very very strong smell!MARY S.

Very poor customer service. Wrong information given by phone. I was supposed to have the truck for 24 hours, When I picked it up I was told I had to bring it back by 5:30 pm, this is NOT what I was told on the phone. Also truck was given with a quarter tank of gas. I filled it up and returned it with more than half tank, no credit applied. Truck big enough for my needs, just customers need better information. Equipment is great and fine from this location which is 2 stars added. But I'm knocking off 3 stars for customer service related to waiting time. Extremely understaffed and slow during checking in and dropping off. Keep in mind I rent about once an year and over the last 3 years this same location is slow slow slow every time nothing has changed. I purposely try to go to â€œthe alamedaâ€ or other locations because check in /check out process is within 10min and fast. When I rent the time is ticking, I need to get stuff done. Waiting 30+ minutes to get in and out of this place is ridiculous. I also do online reservations/per check/payment options which should help the process. I recommend developing a self check system for experienced people.Andrew E.
