There is only one 75 % gas tank mark, I returned the truck with gas filled to marked place above the 3 quarter mark but the little representative that looks like a child still charged 18 $. Made me felt like a fool.DANIEL L G.

The return after hours on the app that just doesn't work is very frustrating. I rent a lot of trucks and last night tried to return through the app again and it just would not let me. It kept kicking me off so I just locked up the truck and put the key in the drop box. I resent being charged an additional 20 $because I could not use the app. I have been using Uhauls for over 22 years and it seems more difficult to return the trucks now more than ever. I suggest to get a more user friendly app that works or go back to having your people that work in the stores to do it like they used to.Carletta P.

Julia is who helped us but she was the rudest a d no personality and who care that I was quoted an amount for equipment you did not have. Was the worst treatment I have ever had from any company ever in my life. I mean there was 4 people in the very small store and not one person said good morning or even a simple HELLO not one person and I think Julia was upset because she could not eat her chips and salsa. But no personality she had at all and bringing truck back was just as bad as getting the truck. I will deff go with budget truck or even Home Depot on getting a truck I will never go with uhaul ever again even if it's the cheapest. Nope no wayLiz C.

When i picked up the truck had to pay 78 dollars for the 29 for rental truck and 14 for safe move and estimate on miles which was 25 at 99 cents a mile so when i brought back they charged me the 29 for the truck again and 14 for safe move and they charged the 62 mile that i used the truck but didn't subtract the 25 miles i paid for already so i paid for 85 miles which was really 62 paid 28 for safe move witch should be 14 and paid 58 for truck rental which should of been 29 so check you bill when you bring truck back or they will double charge you to not good people at allallen S.

When I rented the uhaul. I was never informed that I had to put gas back into the vehicle before I returned it. I, maybe used only 10 miles and they said the gas was lower then what I started at. I will never use this location on Dunlap and I-17 ever again.Felisa A.

We came to this location and were met with extremely helpful guys both when renting and returning the truck. They actually went over and above asking if everything was okay did we have any problems with the truck. I told the young man that was helping us thank you so much for your kindness since we had the keys taken away from us at the original location we booked this morning. I told him we had originally booked at 51st & Glendale, he then told me that they get many people coming from that location saying similar things. If you look at Yelp these young ladies Coty & Jennifer are nasty to their customers. They are rude & lazy. I would personally like a phone call from Coty's boss since I truly believe they both need to be demoted or fired for the way they treated us and previous customer's. We own a staging business and rent a Uhaul once or twice a week for the past 3 years, we have never been disrespected like we were this morning. AGAIN BOTH OF THESE GIRLS NEED TO BE FIRED or at the very least demoted. When renting a truck we always make sure the mileage and gas are correct. When we (my wife and myself) looked at the mileage it was actually 30 000 mile off, I knew when I returned the truck this would be a problem. I went in and told Jennifer, she very rudely said EVERYTHING NEEDS TO BE DONE THROUGH THE APP SIR.. so I went to the link and took a photo of the real mileage but I received an Error message talk to Representative. I went back in and showed her the message and she said YOU HAVE TO DO IT THROUGH THE APP. I said but I received an error message - she said I'm sorry but you have to do it through the app. I said you are not listening to me, she again said do it through the app. I asked for a different truck & she said NO I'll send you the app again and you need to go through the app. I went back out to the truck and went through the link but received the same message. I went back inside and showed her and she then yelled you aren't listening to me you have to do it through the app. I tried to show her the error message which at that time Coty came up and said I want the keys to the truck, I asked if we could get a different one since the mileage is incorrect and she said NO you have to wait for the app to come through. I asked if they could just correct it in the system Again No you have to go through the app in fact we won't rent to you. Please leave. I then went outside and called the Uhaul we usually go through and he told me they could have just went in and updated it for me. I want to see these girls FIRED for the way they treated us. All they needed to do was help us out, or at least Coty could have handled it better since Jennifer wasn't handling it well at all. Coty being the manager needed to just calmly help us out with the issue at hand instead of just coming over and taking the keys away from us and telling us to leave. I really want a phone call from Coty's boss. This is not right to have the two of them A. working together and treating people like that B. having the attitude as you walk in the door C. they should be problem solving instead of talking the keys and telling us to leave. We use Uhaul listed mover's and we had the mover's waiting for us. We had to go find a store that opened at 8:00 that had a truck available. Thankfully the Dunlap location knew how to do their jobs. Please see to it that these girls are removed from each other, fired or demoted they work horrible together.LOREN K.
Well you don't need to change a thing. The general manager at this location is awesome. Bruce did a amazing job any time I need a truck This is the location I use. Never have I had any issues at this location. The place is clean the trucks and equipment are clean and well maintained. I just don't have anything bad to say about this location or personal. The vehicle, although clean by appearance, had a nasty smell. I did notice the employees didn't take long to clean the next u haul that came in, so i would say, they need to take more time in cleaning.GLORIA M.
I arrived at the location at about 6:58 a.m. and the door was open. No one was at the counter so I went in search of someone. When I found her she immediately gave me attitude and then accused me of being rude after she said "we don't open up until 7:00" in a very snippy tone. She then said "I'm going to get my manager because I can't deal with you." This woman - Stephanie, according to her name tag - should NOT be working in a job where she has to provide customer service because she is a very rude young woman. If you do not want customers entering the business prior to opening time - don't LEAVE THE DOOR OPEN (and again, it was 2 minutes). I am a good customer and how this woman treated me is unacceptable!JANICE F.

I did not like the fact that you charged me 10,00 $, and only gave me 30 miles to complete the move. It would be better if you gave people 100 miles to compete their moves. While 10,00 $ is not a huge amount, The 30 miles a joke. Not very happy about that.Victor R.
