The lady was rude to a hearing impaired customer and would not accept a 50 dollar bill to by a 20 dollar item but will take a 50 or a hundred for a deposit that makes no sense to me she was again just making my experience more unpleasant. The truck the strating was horrible made this awefull noise the entire time And was hard to drive we returned it and received no compensation so I am very disappointed that I you for letting me bring it to someone's attention maybe you can reach out to me 916-904-4518 rental with my dad Vern May 916-370-3364 we are still disappointed

I didn't open the cargo area before I left the rental location. When I got to my first location to pick up my belongings, I found the cargo area very wet. It was either left open in the rain or has a leak.

The back was muddy and had been mopped inadequately. I had to mop it again. Other than that I was completely satisfied

When checking in van the employee didn't wear mask entire time she was outside. She also didn't mention I was being charged for second day with additional day insurance. She didn't let me see bill but read off that I had driven 100 miles and that was why it was so expensive. After reviewing bill it was wrong. Contacted location and was transferred to customer service for correction. It was corrected but this is second time I've used this location where they over charged me. And the lack of mask shows no concern for the Covid situation we are all apart of.

Right now with COVID-19 going around. Before the customer picks up the vehicle. It would be nice if you could de-sanitize the steering well the seats just to help stop spreading any germs. Overall everything was great. Thank you!!

The trailer we picked up had severed wires so the lights wouldn't work. We had to wait one hour just because the equipment wasn't maintained. But, your guy went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed so we could get on our way.

The automated pickup process wasn't the easiest. I had previously uploaded the driver license but was asked again at the location (by the automated system).

There was a lady I think she was from Mexico 🇲🇽 She was the most and mother fucker employe i have ever seen in my life they charged me 21 dollars 💵 more And that lady treated me like prisoner After all it was not bad

My experience with your company was awesome from the young lady that took the time to make reservation her name was Gracie excellent service even when i got to the location was awesome the young lady that took care of my contract was very kind, helpful and very friendly as well as the gentle man that took care of the paper when i brought it back it was just a nice transition even during this pandemic i was very pleased and would refer this location to anyone it was a get in, get out and get ahead type of deal thank you employees and the El Camino location.

Fix your 24/7 sites and your phone lines I was hung up on your customer service could have been better. And switched from one person to another. My experience this past Sunday was horrible.

The service at the counter was less than pleasant, but the guy receiving the truck later was very personable, courteous.

The staff was pleasant during both pick up and return, fast and efficient.

Reserving and the way U-Haul makes arrangements on obtaining a rentals is so easy it reminds going to McDonald's drive though.

Please check the headlights as the unit i was driving, it's low beam was pointed down and was making it difficult to drive at night. Thank you.

They charge me $25 extra for cleaning and did not even tell me. I clean the truck before I returned it. Stay away from these location el camino. Rent u haul somewhere else.

the truck was extremely clean. Better than any car rental as windshield and mirrors were separately cleaned and not water spotted. Very nice staff and very clean property.

Availability of truck is never a problem. Staff is friendly & courteous, very professional. The ease of making reservations is excellent, whether it be in person or online. The website is user friendly. I live in W. Sacramento but I always use the El Camino Ave location for the above stated reasons. For hassle free moving I highly recommend UHaul @ 1650 El Camino Ave, Sacramento!

My comments are for uboxes, I did not see the facility. I was so impressed by the customer service, great communication and reliability of uhaul uboxes. Would recommend & would absolutely use again.

The GM was outstanding, Melissa. She alone is the reason this location operates well. My complaint is that corporate wouldn't deliver my containers because I live 10 miles outside service area. ??

Karina was incredible when she dropped off the boxes. She was professional and friendly. She was efficient. She responded to our desires very promptly. We were very impressed!!

Excellent and timely, did translation online so I didn't see facility

Getting my U-Box took about 10 days AFTER arrival at this facility. Poor communication at all facilities across U.S.; Young inexperiened staff, not trying to be helpful. Box put on backwards in MI.

The facility staff was fantastic, but delivery was a nightmare.The delivery was more than 8 hours late without notice.The boxes were too low so the doors didn’t clear the ramp.Pickup was 3 days late.

After spending $2000 to ship a box across America, the last thing I need is uncooperative people who don't listen or take responsibility for inconveniencing their customer.

I would have rated facility excellent but they have not been able to resolve an overcharge on my account of approximately $180.00.

We didn't use the actual facility, we rented two U-Boxes. Ratified with them is mild, their size is deceiving and welcomed at the same time. Your driver was extremely helpful, I encourage U keep her.
