Reah V.The back up camera on the rearview was great. I'm not used to a driving a van that big and it was helpful. Everything was simple and easy. The only thing that sucked was the rain. It rain the entire time and stopped as soon as I returned the van. Oh well. Y'all can do anything about that... Unless you can??? No, that's fine.

Jim B.Absolutely great customer The General Manager, Danyle Powell of Falls (820020) Road is one of the reasons I continue doing business with UHaul. Danyle was professional and courteous. She was definitely able to satisfy all my moving needs. Moving is stressful enough. But Danyle made the whole process stress free. She actually made me smile. I highly recommend doing business with the Falls Road location. Also shout out to Tracy Diven in the 820 Traffic Department. UHaul is extremely fortunate to have a woman with so such character on it's payroll. She made the impossible, possible. Thank you Danyle and Tracy. You two women are the definition of touch notch customer service.
Donnell J.This U-Haul location operates differently than those I've used outside of Maryland. I had reserved a 26' truck and the website said it was available for the Hampden location. Two days before my pick up, I received an email that my reservation was changed to a location 23+ mins away. The representative claimed they had tried to contact me but I was never called. Upon picking up the truck, I learned that I had to return the truck to its original location (33 miles ~ 1 hour during rush hour) despite indicating in my online reservation that I was to drop it off closer to my new residence. This of course ended up increasing the cost significantly. I was given vague/inaccurate guidance as to where the truck was parked and had to look at every single truck to identify which one was mine. In other locations, they have the truck pulled up ready for you so this was really disappointing. Instead of someone doing a walk through with you of existing damage, they have you do everything through an app which is a headache and has a singular picture of the truck on each side that does not capture existing damage. Secondly, it was not cleaned thoroughly. There was some change and other trash in the truck. Upon return, one of the workers was very rude about not parking the truck in a designated return lane. He wanted me to park it around the back, rather than doing it himself. This was the worst experience I have had with U-Haul.
Araceli F.My total mileage was 15-16 miles, but I was charged for 4 gallons of gas. The check-in person should compare the mileage figures, which are quite accurate, when assessing if gas should be charged. With just 15 miles driven, the gas charge should be at most for two gallons.

Whitney T.Didn't understand all the fees and mileage. Now we know it isn't just $19.95. I will tell folks that I send there that it will be around $75. The staff at front desk was amazing and took the time to share with me that the mileage I'd $1 per mile. We already understood the insurance. Because he was calm and respect I gave them a 5 star.
Nadia A.I rent from this location several times a year and the service has always been fine. The issue I had with my most recent visit is that I was given a truck with less than a quarter tank of gas. I wasn't sure how much fuel I would need for the day so I filled it to three quarters which cost me $80. I ended up using less than a quarter tank so I returned the truck with over a half tank. I was not given any credit for this and fuel is very expensive. If this is in fact your policy, it's a very bad one. I will definitely be seeking out another truck rental option.

Yvetta L.Self pickup process is terrible. It requires me to re-enter all of the information I already gave when making the reservation. It takes too long and I might as well have just done it with one of the employees. Also my pickup location kept changing in the weeks leading up to the pickup. Your app and website are not in sync with that information and I never received e-mails notifications when the location kept changing. Would highly recommend you do a time study on how long the app pickup process takes on average. Betting your NPS is in the toilet.

Asim A.There was a charge for 4 gallons of gas but we only drove about 6 miles total. I called and it was dropped; but why did this error occur in the first place? Unsure if the error was local or if the bill was made somewhere else.
STAN B.Original reserved location was 4111 Northern Park way waited for that location to open for a hour only to discover it wasn't going to open at 9a as original reservations stated . I called falls road explained the situation had to switch my pick up location by then I was set bk a hour behind original appointment. I wouldn't recommend Northern Parkway to any one nor will I use that location ,however falls road was ok .
