ANTHONY S.Vehicle was filthy. Spent two hours for them to fix brake lights connection to the towing device. Air conditioning was broken for out drive to Texas in the middle of summer. The truck was already loaded by that point so we couldn't get another truck.
Steven C.We had a reservation for 9 am for a 17 foot truck. After arriving at the location 5283 Kings Hwy, there was a massive line of people waiting. They were incredibly slow getting people checked in, 20+ minutes per person, and trying to upsell packing supplies. It was 12:00 pm when we finally got our truck. We had two sets of movers scheduled for that day and had to reschedule both due to U-Haul. The earliest next time to repeat this will be over a week away. This was an awful U-Haul experience that cost a lot of time and money. U-Haul can do much better for a customer experience.
Robert P.I waited for 2 hours for my truck reservation. One of the desk clerks informed everyone it's a first come, first serve basis regardless if you have a reservation. I had a 9:30 am reservation, I didn't reach the front desk until 11:30 am. It's unfortunate.

WILLIAMJ M.Our thanks to Curtis and Marcy for getting us a truck . Uhaul overbooked and allowed customer to keep a reserved truck for an extra day , domino effect our reservation meant nothing. Curtis was awesome and got a truck released for a one way out of state rental for us , we made our moving deadline thanks to his professionalism .

Garneth F.I returned the Uhual, forgot my ezzy pass in the dashboard. By the time I remembered they closed. Called the location all morning because I had to travel the next very day. They never picked the phone. It was the uhual customer service that was responding to me saying the manager will get back to me and the truck is still there no one rent it yet.. Next call the manager told customer service that nothing was there. I never got to speak to manager psychically.. Now am forced to call ezzy pass , they told me someone already used it @ the triboro bridge. That means they don't do a good job in checking van and contact customers who may have forgotten their valuables what a shame. Called them so many times never got anyone at this location.

Rondel A.There was a long pick up line. Your attendants were slow. There is not clear policy about people who opted to reserve and just pick up their key. The vehicle overstated the amount of gas in the vehicle on pick-up leaving it to the renter to correct stuff. Damages/dents on the vehicle were not represented in the App, the renter had to picture known dents. It took over an hour to pick up the vehicle.
Trevor H.I choose the contactless pick up option but still have to join line after finding the vehicle to get the keys. This is not contactless or easy. The line was long. Improve that

vera M.There was a mileage issue with our truck. There is no way we drove 14 miles in that truck. It's 1,5 miles from the uhaul location to my house and 1,5 miles from my house to where we moved some equipment. We made 1 trip each way. In total we drove 8 miles max. And that's giving leeway. I hate to think that the mileage is being rigged but that speedometer made no sense. And the whole experience was dissatisfying. I paid just to avoid an issue but I will be avoiding that location in the future.
