They Didn't Have Any Equipment Like Hand Carts And Dollys
ONLY YESTERDAY was great service due to curtis and me , and me and Curtis ( Mgr) was the only ones there @the time as it was more than a pleasure and professional service , thank God 👌ðŸ™

Give extra gas . Uhaul did not give gas Credit
If you don't have the equipment. Let it be known before making people pay for them.
Lady at the front was really disrespectful and has a attitude problem
Keys to the truck did not start the vehicle when l turned it. I had to giggled it get the truck to start.
UHAUL can make sure that ALL reservations has vehicles to rent to their customers and guess and make sure over booking is limited. Their customers service at that location is excellence and work hard to make sure that their customers are satisfied. Thank you UHAUL
My appointment time was for 10am. The truck was not ready until 12pm. When it arrived, there was no equipment available. This cost me extra money in moving cost as a result. I will never book there again
More training and communication is needed between locations and the 1800 number, over booking rentals and not checking to ensure availability, my rental was for 10am, arrived around 9:45am only to be met with others eith reservations and no vehicles available, I waited about 3 hrs until one was returned. Website gave problems to return after hours. The staff at the location did their best so I don't hold them at fault.
Equipment that I reserved and was told that I would be guaranteed at pick up was not available. Reservation time was 10AM. Didn't actually receive van until 11AM.
Let us kno what to when drop and store is closed for example let us knl we got to take pictures before we lock up truck n drop keys

I had a reservation, I cane on time but was told the truck did not come back. They said they will call me to tell me when to come in. They didnt. So after two hours I came back expecting my truck. But no it hadnt come yet. I then had to settle for a smaller truck 2 hours later than I wanted to start moving. This required 2 trips instead if the planned one trip. I was severely disappointed and the staff was dismissive and indifferent. If the truck wasnt going to be available they should have told me sooner and compensate me in some way. After all you give a reservation Guarantee. What was the point if booking online.
The associate that helped me out was very professional and friendly.
Terrible , lazy , obnoxious and neglecting staff 🤷â€â™‚ï¸ðŸ‘Ž When Curtis is there they work " SLIGHTLY " better but they should be replaced immediately for better prompt service w/customers as well as multi - task and be able to be anti - lazy 🤷â€â™‚ï¸
Very poor service,I reserved 8 ft truck 3 days in advance but when I went to pick the vehicle they said they don't have it right now,I had a very bad experience with u haul,definitely don't recommend anyone

Stop charging guess for equipment they did not rent. I was charge for a dolly I never was able to rent.

Woman at the counter was very rude! Racist at times . Equipment was old and damaged and dirty.
The dolly I reserved was not available when I went to pick up my trailer. The person at the desk did not offer any help, only told me I could buy one. I'm upset that when my original pick-up location was changed nothing was prepared at the new location and the employee was so dismissive and rude.
Tessa was really nice. But my overall experience with uhaul was horrible. I will never use this business again

This is the experience that I did go through, paid for excessive miles, the manager was not helping me out on my claim instead he trying to give civil service dialogue. I did not expect to get ripped off by a company like this. Money is money. Just those new tactics to steal money.
Equipment must be cleaned. As a consumer I am not asking that the vehicles be washed every time the customer returns it. But the company must clean the vehicles especially in these COVID times.
The vehicle had no heat. The day was cold, it was uncomfortable. The truck needed to be mopped.
Horrible customer service, young lady on the counter was rude and using explicit words. Very slow and did not take my business serious. She shouldn't be working in customer service.
Trailer was clean,i noticed low tire air and had employee air tire...they never noticed it,later i saw a nail and had to call for repair

The salesperson at the counter was extremely slow checking people in and out. She did not seem to want to help or answer questions when asked. I would recommend this location to anyone.
front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. company “policy†says that they need to see your phone ring in front of them, signal is bad in the building. I had to figure out check out while being ignored by the rest of staff. piss poor location, people, and service.
The key won't turn in the ignition, signaled uhaul staff prior to take the vehicle, but the money matters the most to them, not customer satisfaction. I lost my ezpass and my credit card inside the truck prior to retun it due to that incident. I was told a manager was gonna call me, that was a lied, they just wanted to get rid of me. No customer service at all, the staff don't take care of customers, it's like they just here to get paid, not to do a job.
My only complaint is....when I tried pulling in to the return section a working was standing soeak to someone and totally ignored we blowi g them to get out the way....I found that very disrespectful.
Waiting time is to long the worst. The break of to noisy. Need improvement all around. Little courtesy.

Exceptional equipment and customer service...professional employees, fast and reliable overall service. No complaints at all.
I wish i could upload pictures. If it wasn't for the fact that that this location was a few blocks from my house. I would never go there. I strongly suggest that you do the same. Penske..enterprise..Ryder and so many more will Get my business before i deal with this headache ever again. By the way. That VIP OFFER is a joke. Never got it. Mr.Curtis Jenkins is a pro. But his staff needs a reboot.
The Customer Service Person at the Front Desk was Professional, Knowledgeable, and very Polite. I Recommend this Location wholeheartedly.

The locking system for wheel straps cheep rusted junk ... One keep losing...trailer was very well made and employees at both locations VERY HELPFUL employee that first hooked up trailer made extra sure i was informed of trailer features
Continue providing great and exceptional employees who all possess exceptional customer service skills. No problems with pricing, equipment, pickup/return, etc.
SCAM..SCAM..SCAM. People please read the whole thing. It Will help you save money. You(Uhaul) can start off by stopping the SCAM. Why provide an online rental/pick-up method that does not work. Glitch Central. Thank God i went there during business hours and not at night like i was going too. I would have been locked out and stuck. SCAM! You(Uhaul) can start off by letting the customer know it is a 1 hour hold and not a reservation. SCAM! Once your hour is up call us..text us..email us. (You know like when you(Uhaul) want your truck back) Which thankfully would not have forced me to downgrade to from a 17ft to 10ft box. SCAM! Which ment more trips..more millage ...more gas and more payout for the hours if you have helpers. SCAM! You(Uhaul) can hire employees that rather work then flirt with each other and be a bit more on the professional and attentive side. You(Uhaul) can also Let the customer know that you will be charged for the drop off date also. SCAM! I requested an extra day during the time they were closed over the phone and was charged for the drop off day the next day. You(Uhaul) should also accommodate the customer who's online service was not working. Due to a glitch in your(Uhaul) system that Couldn't let me log in. SCAM! Even with the Uhaul customer care trying to help. Accommodate us the customer with a price reduction or free millage for things like this. Not a future next rental VIP service. In other word..yeah we did them dirty to service. Due to the fact that he or she had/has to now settle for a smaller truck. SCAM! All this during a pandemic..people losing jobs and apartments and you guys do this. Woooooow..Shame on Uhaul. SCAM..scam..SCAM!
I wanted the 10' truck. I was told it won't be available till 12:30 but the 15' is available for self pick up at 7:00am. I reserved it for 7am. When I got there nothing. After an hour an employee came and said, I don't know why they told you to do that because we don't do that anymore. I asked for her help and she said we don't open until 9, this was not 8am. I understand you don't open till 9 but the company you represent just made a mistake why don't you try and make it right. After another 20 minutes she told me to come in and I received the 7am pick up minutes to 9. Oh I also reserved a furniture dolly... no that wasn't available either. I WAS LATE for my meeting after and everything was just late. This is my first time renting with Uhaul and it doesn't make me ever want to return.
