They are get overs, they are charging these extra charges for gas when I was giving the truck on a half & put it back on a half. During the self check in they added 75 $fuel charge & 30 $fuelâ€¦which I do t understand but I'm definitely fighting that bill!!Shanique B.

There is nothing for me to change. I made my reservation online so when I cam to pickup the vehicle everything was ready. I might have spent 2 minutes in the store and I was out the door with my keys. The staff were friendly and efficient. The return was just as easy Overall A+ very satisfied customer!!aaron J.

Great experience. The lady working was fantastic. She did a great job. I really felt bad for her because she had to deal with a rude customer that was there when we got there. I didnt have a choice. My reservation was moved from a location closer to this. It added 90 minutes to my day. Also, the poor person checking people in on a sunday morning needed some help. She had a line of people and she needed to take photos of the connection. The entire check in process wasted another 30 minutes of my day. I was very disappointed with this rental.Derrick G.
I had a terrible experience with the cargo van that I had rented in that when I got out of the cargo van the key was in it was hot so I left the air on but I got locked out of the van I was less than a mile from the dealership or the location that I rented it from only to know he did not have a spare key so he went online to order the U-Haul service only to find out it was an hour behind and he said call the local police they would be faster and I would wait it another 45 minutes for them to get there I want to refundRonald U.

I really enjoyed my experience at this uhaul location. The guy that helped me was very nice and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that my car was damaged in the process of using the auto transport. I read in the auto transport information online that the security chains can cause damaged to break lines, fuel lines and other items on your car if not put on properly. The uhaul worker is the one who put on the chains to secure my car. I arrived to drop it off after I moved in to my house and the uhaul worker there removed the chains. Afterwards he told me it was okay to remove the car. After I removed the car from the trailer and I tried to break, nothing happened for quite a while until I completely slammed on the breaks because it felt like I was flying off the trailer. Thank goodness nothing happened, but that was extremely dangerous. Come to find out, my car was leaking fluid and the uhaul worker told me he thinks it's my brake fluid. It is extremely dangerous to drive with no brake fluid and a damaged brake line. I had to drive 15 minutes home with two of my friends, the whole time I was scared for our safety. My car was looked at prior to me moving and putting it on the uhaul transport, so I know this damage was done due to the security chains being either put on wrong or taken off wrong. There was nothing wrong with my brakes beforehand, otherwise my mechanic would've told me. Now they completely do not work and I am out of a vehicle at my new home. I am a very understandable person and I know things happen sometimes, but I would really like someone to contact me so we can resolve this issue. This is not ideal being in a new city and not being able to use a car because damage was done by Uhaul.Evahanna C.

Truck had issues. Key was finicky to start it and anti theft kicked on and truck wouldn't turn over thought I was stranded for a bit.Ryan P.
So WOW is all I have to say. Not only did I book it literally last second to give UHaul my business because last time the guys in Akron helped me out a ton. But this lady that was helping is nuts and not helpful at all. I was actually scared to bring this truck back and get billed for stuff I don't do. So here's how it started. I pulled in at 2:32 so a few mins late but I literally booked it 5 mins ago so they should be happy we are giving them quick easy business. She says â€œoh my god, can I please just smoke a cigarette I haven't gotten to smoke for the last 2 hoursâ€¦.â€ I'm sorry? Is that my problem as a UHaul customer? Then I had to wait 16 mins for her To finish her cigaretteâ€¦. Asked her if they've been busyâ€¦. She said not really. She's busy with other stuff and her day has been so hard and tough. And I'm just mind blown that I'm waiting for her to finish a cigâ€¦ I get inside, she's still complaining about all the work she has to do, then tells me how she got a raise? And how and why the fuck would I need to know about your personal income? I'm literally waiting for you to get me my UHaulâ€¦. I live 30 mins from the location, I get alllllll the way checked out after trying to hurry because this lady took roughly 30 mins of my UHaul time and then after she made me wait for her cigarette didn't give me any extra time with the truck for waiting for herâ€¦ says â€œyou can still have it back here by 6:30 right???!â€ Yeah bitchâ€¦ after nearly 20 mins of waiting for you to smoke, complain, and reveal personal info about your income? And then you're going to penalize me? Bad businessâ€¦. Then after she got my money, THEN tell me I can't park on their lot and I needed a ride because they don't have parking. WHY WAS THIS NOT ON MY PREBOOK ON MY PHONE FOR UHAUL, why did she not tell me before I paid??? Why did I have to wait for this lady to do her personal non business related stuff to Blyer my UHaul. Idk of I'll be back ever againâ€¦. I want this rectifiedâ€¦.. and the truck was dirtyâ€¦ I was scared I would be billed for the condition I picked the truck up in. I know it matches the report.. but still just rinse the Fucking truck offâ€¦.Tyler M.
The lady told me they have not had furniture dollys in a long time and because of that trying to move my furniture with a box dolly messed up scratched up and tore up a lot of my stuff I'm not happy y'all need to make sure you're locations al well stocked if you're gonna put you're name on the business.Michael C.

I've recommended many people to this location. The young lady's are truly excellent/professional in all aspects of truck rental. I've rented box trucks from this location for years. I use primarily U Haul because the company,U haul, treats their employees /associates extreme well. Great job!Brian S.

The trailer was damaged when i picked it up, it was not the unit that was shown on the APP. The trailer was taped for repair of a hole in the exterior. The repair did not last and the hole in the trailer opened up during my use and put my cargo at risk to damage.Blake S.

26ft truck. It had terrible breaks, shook Iike a 787 taking off the entire time, which was a 12 hr drive, and the air conditioning only work when it wanted to, which was about 40 % of the time. I was honestly scared for my life driving it through the mountains from Ohio to South Carolina. I'll never do it again.Hazel N.

I have now visited this location 4 times in the past several weeks. Each time, there was only one person working and they were not up front causing a huge line at the door. Calling this location would result in being on hold for over 20 minutes. When I was there I observed them not answer the phone.Charles M.

We returned our truck after the location had closed. We were explained the procedure for after hours. The online return app did not work or we were not sure if it worked, it did not confirm or close out our transaction. We called the number provided and the 800 number, after waiting for 26 minutes on hold. We did get a hold of someone on the Chat who told us they could not help close out our reservation and we had to go back to the location in order for them to help us. This was not possible as we left the location to get to another appointment. I do not recommend using the online reservation/drop off until there are great improvements.Andrea F.

Fix your self return. Everything I rent I always have trouble finding my reservation. I think it's ridiculous your forcing people to return their own equipment or get charged a additional fee. If your going to have customers doing your jobs you should lower some of your prices or don't charge people extra if they can't return on their phone.Benjamin G.

When I returned the truck it had my credit card info to pay for it on file well for some reason it wouldn't take it kept saying error so used another card and it took out 118 for a 43 dollar rental need to improve your returning processJoseph W.
