I have used this location a few times before and they are generally good. However the drop off yesterday was not done to standards. The employee was clearly on a personal call on his cell. He asked for my keys and said “ok that’s it, I’ll get a receipt in my email”. He didn’t even inspect the truck (Until I requested he do so) nor have I gotten any receipt.

Holes in roof of truck water pouring in. Headlight out. Inside of cab was filthy. Walked in the building 3 guys standing outside was not greeted for 5+ minutes. Will not use this location again!

When returning the truck, I attempted to call the 800 number which of course was out of service that evening. I was overcharged for returning the vehicle so I reached out to management via email and contacted the customer service line. The CSR was not helpful whatsoever, she simply started I would receive a callback from the branch manager about my refund. I did not receive a callback or an email response from the branch manager (and the CSR had an attitude that of a fast food drive thru employee). Disappointed with the lack of assistance I received from this location. Although it is in a very centralized location in town and they always seem to have vehicles available for rent, I cannot say as though I will return to this location.

Quick, easy and efficient return. When I had items remaining inside the truck, one of the gentlemen helped me up into the truck and then helped me gather my items. He was very nice. The actual guy who checked in the truck didn't say a word to me....just went about his business.

(1) Wish that there was parking. (2) I signed up for a rental and paid online with a credit card. Apparently that didn't work and I had to pay a second time at the register. Not a huge deal but left room for miscommunication. Otherwise had a really great experience there. Fast in and out, courteous staff, no issues.

the employees were great but the issue was their computer printer was not working. they have two computer terminals but i had to wait for one employee helping a customer and the other employee behind the other computer terminal couldnt do anything but also wait. you need to fix this problem the store is in the hub of downtown nashville.

The truck wasn’t available when I arrived. I had to wait an hour and had to pay the movers while we waited. Worst customer service ever - I tried calling multiple times and was transferred to a machine.

Well, to retrieve my truck upon first being offered the keys I was asked to drive my truck by the service associate over a concrete stop. Unusual and risky, so I said no. Rip in driver's side seat and overall cleanliness of the interior cab was a 6 out of 10. My truck had a problem downshifting into a lower gear. Sounded like it could use some engine TLC. My truck didn't come with the pads and the dolly that I ordered already in the truck, but were found on the property. The two employees on premises were cordial enough but seemed swamped with work, and initially when I got there to pick my truck up they told me to sit in the chair. Then they forgot about me for about 5 minutes. No customer parking was a bummer, but I guess I get it. Get these guys some help! Two employees made for a very, very slow moving operation.

The manager was rude and told me he didn’t have time for me, after over charging my card $375.... i would never recommenced this location to anyone. I am reconsidering if I will ever use U-Haul again.

Worst customer service experience in my life. It was dangerous. First of all, never ever have Marvin the GM or anyone at this location talk to me again. I will file harassment charges. The staff was INATTENTIVE and untrained. Marvin, the GM, called me to "not apologize" and was rude from the beginning. Without even acknowledging that his staff had me unload your trailer by myself in the street he did tell me that he "watched the videos" and they were attentive. No, Marvin. Also it was dangerous and too busy at this location. I waited 25 minutes to be addressed by a young man who was dealing with two other customers. He said it would be another 25 minutes before they could help me. I said well can we leave it by your other truck next door in the lot at the hotel? They said no. I asked can we take it elsewhere and got no response, then I suggested well I can pull up in front and yall can pull it off real fast to put where you like it since we don't to be able to go elsewhere. The young man and his older leader discussed and the young man seemed to be following me outside to unhook your equipment in the street. I got 4 steps out the door and he had turned around and not come out with me. So we pulled up our vehicle and unloaded your trailer in the street. Marvin did not mention seeing that on the cameras, but he was too rude to speak clearly to me. The several cars that nearly rear ended us as NO ONE from your location directed traffic or did their actual job for me (I waited in line, don't ask me what I need until you are ready to help me ALL THE WAY. McDonalds dont be taking two orders on one register for a reason, yall!!) really upset myself and my father as we sat in traffic with hazards lights on. Your staff said to that was the solution to our plan! I could not have just gone elsewhere??! Truly?? Once I put your equipment into your lot for you, I came back in to get my receipt as I have in the past with Uhaul. (I will not be coming back ever, to any Uhaul, thank you Marvin and Congratulations!!!) I said, "young man, I unhooked your trailer please come inspect it and give me my receipt." He came out after 5-6 minutes and glanced at the trailer from 15 feet away and said "you good." and went back in, saying I did not get a receipt or need anymore paperwork. So I checked the trailer back in myself with your website because I have zero trust for the employees at this location. Thanks Marvin, and Uhaul, for letting me take this equipment back to your overcrowded store instead of sending me somewhere that is ready and prepared to do their job. Warm regards, enjoy your percentage and congratulations on also literally not apologizing. Truly innovative customer service. I never would have thought to be rude and send my customers out in the street to do my job, but yall really came through with the creativity last Sunday. Do NOT contact me from this location.

Worst. Experience. Ever. We will never use U-Haul again. We had to drive to this location (terrible area of town) to pick up equipment that should have already been on our moving truck. We had ZERO gas in the tank when we picked it up, which has never happened to me in all of the times that I’ve moved. We were double charged for the moving equipment and waited almost a month for a refund. The only positive experience I had was speaking with a supervisor in Customer Service (Stanley) who helped us in getting our refund after almost a month. The girl I spoke with before him was very rude. And the one before that didn’t process our refund as promised. Seriously. Worst ever.

we got the truck with no problems, we noticed the door was damaged when we got the keys. Once we arrived at our location and loaded the truck the door wouldnt close. We had to hold the door all the way back to the UHaul store. We asked for a manger but we was greeted with a card to call. We pay, we expect great product. No pleased at all.

This is a very small location, and was congested by just a handful of customers. Virtually no parking spaces. It was very difficult to get my full-size pickup truck into the location to return a trailer that I had rented in another state. Very awkward location.

I had a 8 o'clock pick up wben i arrived someone changed it to 7am that made i lost time on my move then they tried to give me a truck without a ramp and a dolley everything that i had requested upon my reservation I've been with uhaul for years and the service today was awful

Location was pretty congested . May have been some because several (3) was trying to return trucks at the same time and that it’s located on a busy traffic light intersection. Need a little larger lot for the amount of business they are doing. In and out time time was speedy on pickup and return.

Uhaul all around is a joke first off you can rent a motorcycle trailer but it dosnt come with traps or anything for the motorcycle on the trucks it says 39.99 for rentals but you don’t tell people you have to pay per mile and you have to put gas in it we can honestly pay a moving company maybe a little more that what we paid you guys today and they’ll do it for us !! I don’t not recommend Uhaul to anyone there are way better ways to move . We move into are new house in a week in a half and we will definitely find a different way to move are stuff. Uhaul is a waste of money and will never ya again you charged me way more then I should have been charged because I had to bring the motorcycle trailer back to the same location I got it from 50 miles away from where we dropped are furniture at that’s an extra $50 for Uhaul just because you made me do that !! Ridiculous me and wife will be going else where

First of all, it Looked like there was only one worker. he seemed stress and over worked.I asked him about my refund and he mummer to me while in a rush and said it will be on debit card then walked away. I was told by the pick up dealer that i would be refunded cash. Didn't happen!
