Maurice Evans went above and beyond to assist me with backing and unhooking the trailer. I explained I signed up for self checkin but he said it was too hot for me to have to do everything myself so he ensured all was taken care of. Great experience.Reginald D.

The attendant was a nice guy, very helpful. However, the truck itself was in bad shape - every time I started it up, I got a "low oil pressure" warning and it took several minutes before the warning "ding" shut off and the truck reported the correct oil pressure. Also, I didn't appreciate having to change my pickup location at the last minute. It was 30 additional miles away from where I needed to pick up, and I was charged for the extra mileage incurred.LANE D.

Terrible service and apprehensive to help or answer my questions. When they secured my vehicle to the vehicle transport they secured it on my exhaust ( muffler) instead of the rear chasis... It was a very unpleasant experience and no one seemed to know what they were doing.BOLIVAR R.

Move to a better location with more space or don't send so many customers there to drop off. Took 45 minutes just to drop off a trailer, and that was after being sent there by the location that I was told to drop off to because they were full.Billy M.

This was not the drop-off on my contract. When I arrived at the Wedgewood address, the attendant told me they were full and I had to change...also indicated that I should have received an email notice of the change (which did not happen). The N first Street address is not as easy to get to...and appeared to be run by only one person. The check-in process is not clear and the place looked disorganized.Paul C.

Please properly inspect the equipment. I was given a truck with a gash in the tire that would have blown on the interstate for a one way trip 4 hours away. I was also given a tow dolly that did not have a working light. I was fortunate enough for both of these to be resolved before I hit the road, but my leaving Nashville was delayed almost 3 hours, and I missed my hired movers as a result. I also was the one who noticed the tire, so if I had not noticed, then I very likely would have had a blown tire while driving the truck loaded with all of my possessions and while towing my car. The people were super friendly and pleasant, but the experience was very frustrating because I missed my movers and I could have gotten seriously if the tired had blown while I was driving on the interstate.Myron S.
We were asked to haul a trailor from Nashville to Indianapolis for a discount. When we picked up the truck, the hitch for the trailer was damaged. Thankfully, Uhaul honored our discount even though we could not deliver the trailer.Andrea R.
Well, I returned my rental at 4:30 on the 3rd and my receipt says I returned it on 4th at 10:44. Seems dishonest. The lot was very trashy and the office was a work trialer and no one ever came out of said trailer. We gave him the key and left. Was "schetchy"Tanya H.

Very long wait, only 1 person working. Trailers all over the parking lot - saw two drivers hit them. My van's gas was at quarter tank when I got it but had to return it at half tank? No furniture pads available even though the website said they had some when I made my reservation. Overall poor experience and will consider other companies going forward.LUKE H.

I received the truck on 1/2 tank and I returned it on a 1/2 tank and was charged a service fee. I told the employee when I returned the truck it was on a 1/2 and she said ok, then charged my bank card. UNACCEPTABLELeon A.
Nothing! Hawk and his assistant (I forgot her name, but it was her third day working there) were GREAT! Super efficient and the check in/out procedure was painless. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location and I will DEFINITELY be coming back the next time I need a rental. THANKS GUYS & GAL!!!ARTHUR F.

This drop off/return location seemed nomadic, again situated on a corner in a downtown location making it unnerving to enter/exit with a truck and trailer. There was no actual office, only a construction site type trailer with no signage. This was after I had attempted to return my rentals to the original location specified, whereby the staff there told me they were too busy and full to accept my drop off and told me to take the equipment to another location situated deeper into a busy downtown district. At that point I was ready to park the truck/trailer anywhere and just leave it.Derron S.
Picking up my Uhaul was the worst experience ever. I was suppose to do a self pick up but there was no key. I went into the small building and the manager said ah we must have lost them. So he calls over to a different Uhaul to get a spare. He sends his worker.... it took over 1,5 hours to get a key that was 13 minutes down the road. Absolute waste of my time. Hours of my day where I needed to be packing up were gone.ARIANA F.

I paid for a 10 foot truck, told to go to a different location and waited there for an hour without getting a truck because they were booked out. Then had to go to this location for a 10 foot truck and waited two hours and got a van. Then I had to pay more to get the truck today to finish moving. Very unorganized. I could not use the return-vehicle portion of the app because it got stuck on vehicle location screen, not permitting me to move forward without GPS confirmation even though I was standing at the store. That is a bad design flaw. You should permit renter to confirm another way.Alan A.
App allowed me to select quick pickup for a location that was not set up for quick pickup. We arrived at 6am to find that we could not pick up the van until the location opened. We went again at 8am but the location didn't open until 9am. We waited until then. The person who arrived to open the store forgot the key and had to go home to get it. We couldn't wait any longer and had to come back later. Then, I found out that because the app considered me a no show for the van I had not been able to pick up earlier which consequently canceled my order. The location was out of the van that I rented. They found me a smaller van 10 miles away and I incurred additional costs due to the additional trips I had to take and the extra mileage to get that van. I was not offered any compensation for this extreme inconvenience. A horrible experience from start to finish. Please consider paying your employees more, hiring extra hands and extending your fleet. The employees at this location are great, but it seems like they are run ragged.LINDSEY S.

Perhaps you could call and let the renter know that you changed the rental location and time without prior notice. By doing this you added undue mileage. This change added 80 miles to my rental which is absolutely unacceptable. You charged me for those miles which I feel should be removed from my bill.Ronald L.

I rented a truck less than 1 mile from my move and destination locations. The UHaul scheduler notified me the day before my move to travel over 10 miles to get the truck from another location and then return back there. They charged me for these miles. When I went to pick up the truck they tried to change again by asking me to take a bigger truck than I needed. Horrible experience.DAVID R.

The location was scheduled to open at 9 and we got there to pick up our truck a little after 9. By the time we had arrived, 3 other people were waiting there as well and no employees were to be found. Also it was raining so that definitely didn't make for a good start to the day. I started to try to do the self pick up through my phone, but then we couldn't get the key box open. When employees finally arrived together around 9:15 (It looks like they may have had car trouble, but I'm not sure) they were able to get the key box open. However, the furniture pads and dolley we had rented were not in the truck we had rented, so we had to wait for them to get those for us as well. The location just seemed unprepared and it wasn't the best start to the moving day. Also the passenger mirror was completely cracked when we got to it, but the truck served it's purpose and all the moving went well!Makenzie M.
