The people working at this location work hard and deserve praise. My experience with UHAUL was negative - sent to new location after an hour in line at a severely understaffed location to end up at another understaffed location. I was double billed for auto transport by accident while team navigated lots of issues with equipment and reservation transfer- waiting for resolve.

I called that location when I picked up my vehicle and asked if we could move the drop off date back a day or even a few hours. She said no problem just come in the next day by 2 pm. I did and then they charged me for a day late charge!

I ordered a dolly & moving pads with my truck rental. Neither was available, and I was still charged for the dolly despite being assured twice by the on site staff it would be removed from my contract.

Hire a more professional manager. She was gossiping to her coworker about a rude customer. The customer was rude, but it was not something that was appropriate to talk about in front of the other customers. Also, I have tried to contact them multiple times about an incorrect charge and have yet to hear back.

I used the vehicle and traveled about 12 miles on it. I did not take a photo or notice the milage of the vehicle when I picked it up. When I returned it they charged me for 100 miles. I stated that I did not have pictures and did not travel that far. I was informed to not complain because the manager (who I was speaking to) said it will come to her and she will deny it. When I stated that I will give a negative review and dispute the charges with my credit card company she stated she will put me on a list and I will never be able to rent from U-Haul again. I've waited about a month so I wouldn't come into this review hot but I am still not happy with this experience. Did I not take a photo? No but they could have compromised a little, I wouldn't have been so upset if they just split the difference on the mileage. So I am writing this review knowing that I might never be able to use U-Haul again but I really don't think I will regardless if that lady bans me from doing so or not.

Not really a major concern, but the area is landlocked, right on a busy highway which if you're not used to hauling something it's a bit scary. Just my perspective. But would not keep me from renting there again.

The loading ramp hook jammed and was nearly impossible to use easily. We drove through some rain and the water came streaming through the seatbelt attachment soaking our shirts.

Very poor service with terrible attitude. Would never recommend U-HAUL based on this location. Employees were rude with no attempt to help.

First location where I ordered my trailer was so rude. Apparently the text I had gotten that h gave me an error message was to let me know my reservation was moved to a location 30 minutes away from where I live. Staff at that location was not friendly either. When returning the trailer I was told by a lady that was standing by the door that since he is here he can help you. Well he did and was super friendly. He unhitched us and marked us off as returned. He definitely needs a raise and needs to manage the location on Lamar. If you are going to move locations of reservations call someone and make the reservation close to where they originally had made it. This was 30 minutes away and south and I was going north. Added awhile extra 1 hour onto my trip I was not planning for. Definitely will not be renting anytime soon.

Vehicle was clean. Did not run well. Could only drive up to 50mph anything above 50mph there was a strong vibration and loud roar. This was reported at drop off. Tire pressure gage kept turning on. Had to stop and put air in front passenger tire twice.

The tire was wobbly which is a safety hazard. The inside was dirty and the mirror on the driver side was cracked. The manager acted like she wasn't concerned then I wasn't told I didn't have to fill up the gas tank before returning the truck so I spent forty dollars for nothing because they gave me a truck with no gas in it. Terrible customer service and unsafe truck. I should be refunded something for that

I placed a reservation for a truck, auto trailer, dolly, and 24 furniture pads two weeks in advance. On the day of the reservation, there was no auto trailer or dolly available. In addition, we were only given 18 furniture pads. To get an auto trailer, we were instructed to drive 30 minutes away! We were already in a big rush because we had movers scheduled to come 4 hours after the reservation time and getting the truck took 3 hours. No apologies were offered for the inconvenience. Very, very frustrating experience...

I was charged for 2 days after renting a van for only 5 hours, just because I returned the can 90 minutes after et the estimated time. Fortunately Customer care reimbursed for the extra day and extra gas as well!

Very poor experience overall during this move. I dealt with broken trailers, incorrectly set up U-boxes, and worst of all the location had loaned out its forklift when I was due to pick them up so I had to wait multiple days. Definitely will not be using Uhaulfor my storage and moving needs going forward

Stopped by and dropped it off without any problem at all, took me about 10 minutes. Simple process, asked to park the vehicle at a designated location within the parking lot and dropped off the keys to the attendant without delay.

Trailer license plate was not installed properly. Was pulled over by police on suspicion of stolen trailer. Could not complete my move. Uhaul store manager refused to refund cost or any part thereof. Blamed other uhaul locations for the poorly installed plate.

The site was busy and not enough staff to handle questions. Most frustrating was after doing the pre-check-in days in advance, the pickup still requires a phone call to a 3rd party for verification which left me in the hot sun waiting for 10 mins to complete.

I reserved an appliance dolly with my trailer. I had to move washer/dryer and refrigerator. When I arrived and waited in line to get trailer the lady told me they did not have any dollies and said I needed to call 1800 go uhaul. I should have been sent an email or called by uhaul and told there would be an issue. The trailer was no use without dolly. I ended up getting the trailer and driving across town and rent dolly at 183 Uhaul. This was timing consuming and expensive with extra gas. I am very disappointed and would like to be compensated somehow for this.

I came to get my rental using the mobile check in. Neither of the two people I spoke too seemed to have an idea of how this process works. I requested an appliance dolly and was given a utility dolly. I also requested 2-3 moving boxes I never received.

Upon picking up I was told none of the equipment I had reserved was available, including dollys which makes moving considerably harder and it is unacceptable to spring that on people the day of. The truck also shook violently at any speed over 45 mph.

I got to the drop-off just as they closed. Phil was kind enough to come out and help me unhook and drop the trailer. It saved me from having to haul the trailer around until they reopened the next day. He went above and beyond in a day and time when most people avoid helping others. I will definitely recommend this location to others!
