It was such a pleasant experience to rent from U-haul! The personal was FANTASTIC!!! I will Definitely use U-haul and This Location again!!! Thank You so much for making it go so smoothly!!!

james smithMy truck smelled like it had been hot boxed with wet cigarettes, the utility dolly I ordered was not with the truck and the location had no spare on hand despite being charged for it, and the last customer had trail mix left over on the seats.

Margaret WhiteThe lack of communication between the customer service reps and the in-store employees has been incomprehensible. Trying to resolve a simple issue (that apparently only one employee in the whole company has control over) has been nearly impossible. I would not recommend renting from this location, simply due to the fact that it's been impossible to contact anyone at the store location even when I've begun calling at opening hours. Still have not resolved this issue and we have rented two trucks from U haul during this already stressful move.

Brian DickmanTruck keys were not in the key box, when I got into the truck everything was sticky and dirty, the gas light was on. I did go into the store and the lady swapped out the truck for me. I have never had such an unpleasant experience with uhual. Will Not be renting from there ever again!

Michael GraziadeGreat customer services, the employee was very helpful. Yes it was clean. My problems is with the truck the truck cut off twice, while driving and the brakes were faulty. It was dangerous to release that truck you litterly had to push the brake to the floor in order to stop the truck.

Ed penkalskiI made a reservation more than a week in advance. When I arrived there was not a piece of equipment (a vehicle) linked to my reservation. When I spoke to customer service, they linked a different vehicle to my reservation, that of which I was not able to get the keys for. I did not take nor have possession of the truck but U-Haul still charged my card as if I used it.

CATHERINE SANDOVALWhen we returned the truck after driving 9 miles, they charged me $29 more than the $10 I had already paid for gas. He said I used more than a 1/4 of a tank of gas to drive 9 miles. When I disputed the amount of gas used, he asked if I took picture of the gas reading (which I did not). If not, he couldn't do a thing to help me. I then said, Well, I'll take the truck to a station and fill it myself, since I still had 2 hours with the truck" and the gentlemen said, "Too late, I already checked you in." He didn't even give me a receipt. I only knew how much they charged me for gas because I checked my email when I heard the notification on my phone. This is definitely some kind of scam. We contacted U-Haul directly and they were extremely helpful and agreed you couldn't use that much gas driving 9 miles. Thank you MiMi! They refunded the extra gas money immediately. If you use this store for a truck, be sure you ask to see a final receipt before they take your key and check you in.

Michael DraykonRented a brand new Dodge ram cargo van. Drove it 30 miles. Got billed for a 17 gallon fill up for $85 and a fuel surcharge of $30.00. Blatant highway robbery considering this vehicle averages 14-17 miles per gallon, yielding a maximum possible usage of about 2 gallons. Claimed I returned it 1/9 full which is also impossible as this model has a 24 gallon capacity. 1/9th of 24 gallons is ~2,67 gallons, so had I actually returned it 1/9 full it would have needed a 21,33 gallon fill up, not 17. Replied to their automated transaction receipt email 3 separate times asking for this to be credited back to my account. No one has replied in nearly a week later. Egregiously poor customer service by Uhaul, and a blatant attempt to rob me of my money. Taking the issue up with my credit card company at this point as I expect no assistance from Uhaul. Long story short, avoid this location like the plague. They will rob you of your hard earned money if you do not pay attention like I did.
