Worse business experience I've ever had in general these employees don't know or weren't trained properly and do not give you any information then want to hold you liable, very rude and unprofessional and negligent towards all of their customers not just me I noticed when I was in line. Allen F.I booked online. Declined all additional services, entered credit card and checked in online. At counterI had to decline insurance AGAIN and when price came up it was DOUBLE. When asked it was because it was 19 MINUTES before the reservation time I requested and I was being charged for additional 24 hours. I pointed out I didn't have the equipment yet but would gladly return it within 24 hours. Return time had to be manually adjusted 15 minutes. Nuts.
Walter D.I was not informed by the employees at this location on how to return a rental after hours. I was to rerun the truck by 10pm but actually returned to around 7:45pm. There were several other people returning their equipment as well and none of us had a clue on how to return or where to put the keys. We helped each other basically the blind leading the blind. That mean no one at the location took time to explain to at least 3 customers on how to return the rental after hours. With being said I was doubled charged for the rental. I called 3 times today 06/27/22 was placed on hold for long period of time only to promised that a manager would call me back. She never did so I called back around 6:30 pm. Once I was finally able to get the Mgr on the phone she talked over me wouldn't let me speak and then hung up in my face. I called back and was talking to a very nice gentleman explaining to him how I was just treated by that time I am in tears. She then snatched the phone from the professional person I was speaking with and proceeded to yell and accused me of being irate and ranting. When she is the person that was irate. The person Uhaul has managing that store should not be in a leadership role. She escalated a complaint when she should've been trying to offer a solution and a refund. I would like someone from corporate to give me a call to help resolved the overcharge. And I would like to be treated like a human being. I am going to make so much noise regarding my experience until Uhaul removed that Mgr. She came to the phone ready to fight and argue with someone that was giving Uhaul business and their hard earned money. Please listen to the call and u will know that what I am saying is the truth. The automated message on Uhaul line states all calls are recorded. And Inwould like a copy of that call. Again I will not quit until there is a satisfactory resolution and a apology from that manager. Her unprofessionalism is deplorable and unwarranted. I don't understand how someone can treat a customer not just but another human being that way. I have never cried as hard as w did today after that phone call with the person you have in charge of leading your store. Where is the accountability. I look forward to hearing from someone soon

I called the location and asked if the address contained a NE in it and she associate told me no, however it does. When I dropped off my UHAUL 40 minutes early I was told I was "good to go", then at 4:20 I get a phone call asking when I will be returning the UHAUL because I was 20 minutes past due time even though I had already returned the truck an hour ago.

My reservation was moved last minute after I ordered it online a week in advance. Only to have it set to a location by the Scheduling manager for my region to a location that was CLOSED the day I needed it to move. Ridiculous, get your act together. Also, communicating between phone services, they send you off and you have to explain your situation 4 times to different people.

Eric P.I pulled up to the marked drop off point and after several minutes of waiting for someone to come out, I began the lengthy process of checking in the truck via my phone. I went through the multiple steps, took all my pictures, and was then asked where I wanted to park my truck. I found a spot to put it, locked it up, and per mobile instruction, was looking for the key drop. It was at this point that someone came out from inside and asked if I was returning a truck. I said I had just completed the return on my phone. She said "You're not supposed to park it. You are supposed to wait at the check-in point for help." I told her no one came out, so I returned it via mobile. She said OK - and I left. If mobile return isn't an option, U-Haul shouldn't have sent me a mobile link to do it that way.

I stayed because of the one month free rent which I found was not a true offer and the unit I got has a building column in it reducing the square footage. This has all been put online as well. This lady was rude, condescending, unhelpful, unprofessional, and had the nerve to run up on us with two other employees. The other two employees were no help. The storage unit I was given was roach infested and I was accused of bringing them with me which is not the case otherwise I wouldn't have complained about them. I was then initially told I had to move my stuff out of the unit after I paid a company to move it in. After complaining about the situation, the manager there worked with me and reassured me she would take care of it. I appreciate everything that she did to make the experience less stressful and she was very helpful in getting my things moved to another unit while I was out of the country. However, the moving company that they hired destroyed my TV stand in the process. The staff worked with me after I expressed how upset I was; however, it was a horrible experience for me.
