Simple drop off! The only negative: we don't have a smart phone and if we were after hours for dropoff, we would have needed to wait til the next day or haul the trailer to a different spot closer to our home as we were doing this move for our granddaughter and this was an hour away from our house.

I felt like I was being ignored for the first 10 minutes, even though there were employees who did not look busy. Finally I got the attention of one of the girls who told me to leave the keys in the car and walked away. They were not very friendly or helpful with the checkout process.

Customer service is very bad. Myeisha the manager and another young lady. Neither me or my son like the way they talk. They tried to overcharge me, wouldn't listen to reason. I am very displeased..Someone should talk to them. Lucky I'm Saved. Cheech 3135229223

The attendants seemed indifferent and ill prepared. They stated they would call me when the installation was complete; I had to call. The installation created a short in the electrical system causing my battery to drain while the car is not in use. I have to jump it now to start the car. Very dissapointed

Get rid of the customer service person that assisted me. Been to this location on numerous rentals in the past. First time dealing with this person (says manager is a relative) and what a terrible disposition. She needs to work in the back room, not customer service.

During checkout, a picture of my photo id was taken. However, this appeared to be taken with an employee personal cell phone. This method appears to be one that could become litigious. A customers personal information is being compromised on an employee's personal communication device. In addition, an employee could have apps on their cell phone that could expose a customers personal information (i.e. photo id) to those foreign apps, if such practices of taking picture of customer's photo id on a employees personal cell phone continues. Again, I found this process quite troubling and concerning. This policy needs to be overhauled and addressed. Also, the location was very junky. When returning vehicle, I had to enter facility through side door to get a receipt of transaction. There were displays and other obstacles preventing clear path to counter. This is really hazardous and would certainly get violations if a city building inspector were to inspect facility. Finally, staff requires significant customer service training. I was not greeted when entering business. Several employees watched as I entered facility. The minimum customer assistance would be to ask a customer - Can I help you? Customer service was sufficiently inadequate and substandard. But, I am almost certain that you received these complaints in the past from customers and clearly nothing has been done. What I witnessed seems to be a culture of normalcy at that location, lacking true resolution.
