I'm going to said everything wast great with the trailer I rent, but it will be more great if they have a dump trailer with more capacity of load.

Initial Meter reading was wrongly put on file. As a result had to pay extra for 15 miles which I dint drive.

Good location and lots of room, but there was no lighting in the lot for returns after hours. Someone may have just forgotten to flip the switch.

The truck is advertised in huge letters with 19,95 $. At the end I had to pay for six hours some 150 $.-. The advertising is misleading.

This place came to my rescue. We were set to have movers take our stuff from Hollister to Santa Rosa but they bailed literally last minute where it was really late to call anyone in my area for a rental truck. Tully Uhaul saved my ass and my families as they had a truck available. Thank you so much for being our 5 star service provider.

Long wait to check-in and get my vehicle. Only one person was servicing everyone and of course, everyone shows up in the morning. Was a bit stressed because I got my truck about 45 minutes after I expected and the movers were kept waiting and they were on the clock

I like the Chevy van's more than the Fords. Very nice vehicle. There was a T shirt left in the back but it was hard to see since it was black. Other than that good to go. It'd be nice to have the key walked out to the vehicle for online check out because I would have like to avoid going inside...

As always, I had a great experience. Staff and equipment get gold stars. One thing odd was the photo links on the damage verification had photos of a different trailer. The paint on the photos had a different image than the one I rented and the license plates did not match. It did not impact my very positive experience. Merci.

In my opinion there's nothing you can do to improve for the next customer experience because you have provided the most excellent service. Amy was very informative and helpful. She's a employee located on Senter road in San Jose. I would like to commend my customer loyalty due to her passion on meeting each customer needs without recognition or rewards. She's very genuine in every way.

WE made a reservation but when we got there we were told that there was no truck, and we were not the only one who had a reservation at the same time. The gentleman who was working with us had the worst communication I have ever heard or seen. Not only could I not understand him either could his co worker...what a horrific experience. Some management changes need to happen there to improve the communication and the business. We were the lucky one, a truck appeared for us but the other family was left out and had a moving crew back at home waiting for the truck. More training and customer focus is needed at this location.

I rented a truck for a few hours and I know I left my Prada sunglasses in the cup holder, So I returned to the location like two hours after dropping off the truck and the lady at the desk walked me to the truck I rented and they were gone, whoever cleaned the truck had to had stolen them.
