Aaron LGreet a customer when pulling up in the bay. I had one gentleman that was in the middle of filling up tanks of propane, listening to AirPods on the job which is fine in my opinion but he saw I pulled up and directed me to the drop off location. He didn't greet or say I'll be with you in a short bit, which I would completely understand but left me confused on what to do and wait there clueless. After he was done he helped me unhitch my vehicle and was very understand after the AirPods were out of his ear and could give the customer his full attention.

Jacob VMy experience at this location was great. I rented a 10' truck and auto transport one-way for Austin to Philadelphia. I had never towed a car prior to this, so when I when the employee was attaching the auto-transport to the truck I asked him to show me how to secure my car to it. He very patiently and thoroughly walked me through step-by-step. Then he answered all of my follow up questions and gave me some helpful tips. I think that he went above and beyond. I'm happy to report that I made it to Philly!

John RExcellent service à la clientèle. The motorcycle trailer gate is a little too short. If it was maybe a foot or 2 longer it would be great. Loading my motorcycle i hit the oil pan and made a hole. It's to steep to load a motorcycle. Other then that it was good.
Joshua CNothing could be improved. It was a great experience. Although my vehicle had the setup needed to haul a trailer, I personally was tentative about the process. The lady that helped me was very experienced and put all my concerns to rest. It was a very easy process.
James rI was provided with blankets that contained urine and feces. Additionally, I was charged for cleaning for not folding the blankets… I am so disgusted with this store. I will be sharing this review on Google and Facebook if something isn't done about this.

Irby FI would not recommend this location to the next customer because they did not have my supplies available when I arrived. I reserved a truck, dolly, and furniture pads online. When I arrived for my scheduled pickup, I was informed that they did not have any dollies or furniture pads on hand. The employee called the next closest location and was able to reserve them for me, which I really appreciated. However, it was a huge inconvenience for me to then have to return these items to a different location, instead of just being able to leave them in the truck at the first location.
Alejandra CWILL ASK FOR THIS DROPOFF LOCATION AGAIN = WAS GIVEN A SUBSTANDARD AIRPORT DRIVE LOCATION AND THE ONE PERSON THERE WAS NICE AND TOLD ME THEY HAD NO ROOM AND HE RECOMMENDED ME TO THE NEARBY UHAUL CENTER ON I-35 FEEDER ROAD. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANYONE TO THE AIRPORT ROAD LOCATION - NOT GOOD.
Wilton BI would never personally recommend this Moving method to anyone. Their customer service representatives are outstanding, I can honestly say that if it wasn't for them, this whole thing would've been a living nightmare. Even though they all tried to correct all the issues that were going on only a few of them in the end got corrected. We contacted them on several occasions to get the address changed. Each time they said it was correct but it really wasn't. They ran my credit card so many times and it declined because they had the wrong address, that it eventually lead to the fraud department contacting me. The reservation was wrong, it was supposed to be for three U boxes because I had to add one and they only had the reservation for two. The mailing and billing address was wrong that led to the majority of these problems. I did not get the insurance that I asked for, the insurance that I thought that I had wasn't even there and I didn't find out until I needed it because my refrigerator was broken and then I found out that even if they had added it, I wouldn't have been covered. because there is two different insurances, that they offer one for the U box and mileage to where your destination is going. And then another one that covers damages to your property. In the end, they don't specify how the insurance really works. They leave a big chuck out which makes the renter in a pickle. I was finally able to close out the account four weeks longer than it should've taken and they still had the mailing and billing address wrong on my closeout receipt now mind you no joke. This is about 90 phone calls later. This just a few major issues that I am speaking of. There are many more. Think twice before considering using U Boxes for your next move.

Libni HThe appliance dolly was not present in the vehicle which took more time to go back inside, ask, and have them wheel it inside. The van had not been inspected prior to my use because the back left tire was only at 8 PSI and was visibly deflated. This took even more time having to go back inside, get a new van, and inspect this second van, totaling to more than thirty minutes of my 2 hour time period. This resulted in me having to call and extend my rental because of the time lost for lack of preparation. Uhaul did not offer a time extension for their lack of preparation, I had to call and pay for it. Additionally, I still have not been refunded the money for the additional mileage not used.
Hanah SOh my gosh, let me tell you about the nightmare experience we had at this place. We rented a U-Haul from there and thought we were getting a great deal because of how close it was to our old place. Little did we know that they were going to try and scam us by charging us for more miles than we actually used. When we returned the U-Haul, we explained to the guy that we had been overcharged by like 30 miles, and he acted like he understood and said we would get refunded for the mistake. But then, a few days later, we received a statement saying that we owed U-Haul an additional $58! We couldn't believe it! We talked to two different people to try and get it resolved, and finally, the guy said we would get refunded. But guess what? We're still waiting for that refund. Can you believe it?

Daniel BSymone was so helpful! She noticed that my reservation was for another location and went the extra mile by switching it over to this location, rather than sending us on our way to the other one. My friend and I are both trans and there was a little pronoun mixup which she handled with grace and humility. Symone rocks and deserves all the praise.
