That location needs more employees there were only two employees that day even though they were very busy ,they remained very polite and professional.. Ken was doing the job of three employees, cleaning the trucks ,assisting with rentals and checking return trucks all at once.That guy deserves Employee of the Month at least

when I rented the vehicle the manager typed on the paperwork 3/4 full of gasoline I took a picture of it being on 1/2 full when I returned it was on 1/2 full and yet was charged the next day on my card a 53 dollars for gasoline when getting gas does cost that much so I should have not been charged that fee

when we rented the vehicle the Gas tank was on 1/2 tank full when we returned the vehicle it was also on 1/2 full however because the paper said 3/4 full we was charged a 53 dollar fee for gas that was not in the vehicle I even took a picture of the tank that showed 1|full so I should not have to pay for 3/4 when it was on a half my name is

The guys checking me back in accused me of not putting gas back in the truck. The line on the check out paper and the line of the actual gas was exactly the same. He didn't charge me but lectured me even after I told him I would put more gas to go over what it originally had with rented.

Above and beyond service. Staff friendly, attentive and professional. One employee managing the queue with 2 computers which reduced the wait time despite not reserving a truck. Trucks clean and gassed up ready to get you where you need to go! Speedy return having your truck clean and gassed up. Thanks again guys!

Customer service over the phone was helpful although one of them didn't put any of my information in regarding extending my rental. The truck they gave me was on E. The people at 4167 S Western Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90062 never answer their phone. But will call you with some BS! Never again. When hiring people make sure they are following protocol, not doing what they want

The problem wasn't the location, it was the checkout process - some steps (like asking for a reference and then actually calling them at 7 in the morning on a Saturday - seemed like they added next to no security, were just there to create more problems for the customer. The process of returning the truck, on the other hand, was just fine - though the trucks were backed up and blocking the lot when we arrived because one of the trucks stopped in the middle of the driveway instead of slotting into a spot. Might be good to have something like designated spaces for the first, second, third, etc truck to arrive.

The front desk was very rude and unprofessional despite the fact that I was overcharged and the gas tank was a quarter filled for my mile distance. Meaning I was charged for gas out of pocket for a high amount of miles I was already charged for.

i want my 150 $back that was extorted from me. there was a smudge on the truck fender that appeared to be caused by something coming in contact with it without much impact. i believe that someone may have bumped a shopping cart into it while i was visiting Home Depot. i purchased the collision damage waiver to avoid having to pay for things like this. especially when i was being responsible. so i would very much like to have my money back. in addition this clause of the contract should have been stipulated by U-Haul staff at the time of the rental and it was not. i have been a customer with U-Haul for decades now and i have never had this issue with a rental until now. something as important as a policy you have established that impacts the consumers of your product so profoundly should be enunciated at the time of rental. when it is not culpability belongs to U-Haul.

My pick up was 5 pm and drop off next day the same time I extended it for two more days .in second a 8 a.m. I received the message from U-Haul company if I don't bring the truck back in one hour they will report it stolen . I dont recommend that location .not good at all bad experience

The line to pick up the van in the morning took forever, and then Uhaul's computer system went down nationally so I had to pay in cash. It was a very clumsy process. Drop off was much better and the staff were helpful

My experience with this particular U-Haul had a pretty sour start. Two weeks prior to my hitch install appointment we paid and scheduled the service online. Upon arrival, I was livid when the customer service rep dismissed my frustration when he told me there were no techs on-site to install my hitch & that the hitch itself was not shipped to the location. I was moving in 72 hours and had no backup plan but to have this install done asap. I understand COVID has delayed shipping and product availability across the world. However, to arrive for a service I had already paid good money for and taking time off of work to attend; only to show up and be told I was "over scheduled" and the parts we're not available is absolutely unacceptable. Why was I not informed the day prior? The location or corporate should have given me notice over email, call or text. Luckily, the gentlemen managing the facility, Ernie, is solution-oriented and went above and beyond to fix this problem. After leaving the facility empty-handed Ernie kept me up to date with his conversations with the warehouse and was able to track down the hitch we needed from another location and install it the next day. Thank you Ernie for saving my sanity.
