I have done business at this location a couple times, and the same man I have dealt with every time checking in has poor customer service, is snarky and always seems to have an attitude. And lastly, I filled up the uhaul 10 mins before returning, and was charged for two gallons of gas. Deeply dissatisfied and disappointed by that.Samantha M.

Businesses fill our email boxes with emails as though this is going to improve customer service. I hate it. In reality, I'm dealing with one person in real life, one truck, and I dont need ai or a person miles away in an office pumping a keyboard. While the truck did the job, it's my personal opinion to come back anytime soon unless absolutely necessary. I think the way you handle a customer today does not bid well for that person to come back in the future. Slow down, provide a bit of person to person communication.David K.

It went well with the truck and did not need it for the full day, only a few hours and still paid 80 $+ dollars. Too high for in town. We were quoted something the first day and ended up paying something totally different on the day we came to pick it up. It worked out.ted J.

Attempted to charge me a total of almost 500 $because they can't pay attention to what their system says. The manager was not helpful he was very rude. it being my first time with uhaul I had troubles dropping it off because he was charging me for damage I was unaware of. due to damage that was not noticed when I picked the rental up he was quick to accuse me and he barely gave me instructions on how I can fix it.Ciahna C.

The manager was extremely rude to my spouse at the point of return because she asked about a 14 $dollar charge to use a hand truck. I was charged 171 $for in town and I will never use uhaul again.Kristopher M.

Colton Randolph was very disrespectful & tried to charge me an additional 80 $to only be paid in cash. Then after putting 30 $in the gas tank he insisted saying it wasnt full. Plus he kept calling me retarded & that he would call the cops if I didnt leave. I will never ever rent from this location again. This place is disgusting inside & out with the people that works there & along with the trash there. Plus state law says face masks are required but upon renting the truck 2 out of 3 workers didnt have a mask on. Then on returning the truck 3 out of 3 wasnt wearing a mask at all.Jeffrey C.

When I told the check in person I had checked in on line he proceeded to ask me everything again and then would go" O Here it is" this was not the location I was sent to pick up at originally and my husband who has dementia had a meltdown because of all the time in the car waiting. It took over an hour to check in. Computer problems and same staff members called 3 times and never helped this situation. Please do updates in early hours of the day before any items are check out or in. Very disappointed to hear that vendors are not paid well. Home office needs to be more aware of customers needs. troubleshooting employees need more training.Barbra C.

The first trailer that was hooked to my vehicle had a horrible smell and some unknown dried powder near the rear of the trailer as well as a dried pool of substance near it. The staff insisted I provide two additional contacts for a 5'x8' trailer rental and implied that I was going to allow the table to be stolen. This frustrated me since I've rented three trailers in the prior two months and did not have to provide anything other than my mobile number. As for customer safety, the staff at the Wichita facility did not wear masks (though the one I was working with had it laying on the counter), and the had placed the sneeze guard down below the counter. I will NEVER rent from this Wichita location and will gladly rent a trailer from a location in Owasso, OK that knows something about customer service and pull it to a destination instead of renting one local and taking the risk of being disappointed again.Matt C.

Add a drop box. I didn't feel all that comfortable leaving the keys in the truck, which is what the associate told me to do. They were busy, which is fine, but I did everything electronically so that I could drop and go. Kinda defeats the purpose if there is no drop box.RUSTY U.
