When I returned the truck I had filled the gas right back to the line that was highlighted on my paperwork. When I got to the drop off location, I was told I was going to be charged 19.00 because I didn't fill the tank back to the line. I've rented at least 4 u hauls this years from a different location and have never had an issue with the flags level when I returned. I left this location, went back to the gas station added more gas—by this point it was way over the line— returned to drop It off and had to wait 30 minutes to get help. I've never had such an awful experience with u haul in my 20 years of using your trucks.

I was told to pick up the truck and auto transport at different locations, which was fine. However, when going to pick up the auto transport, we were sent to the wrong location at first, and when we got to the second location we connected the truck to the auto transport, only to be told that we have to disconnect it because we were given one with a different serial number. I had to extend my stay at a hotel for an extra day as a result of this. However, everyone at each location was super nice, they just made many mistakes

Vehicle did not run well. Shifted very hard. Check engine light was on. Clerks at location, one was not wearing mask, the other one was wearing mask below their nose. Reservations were miss handled by first location. Most of the mileage charged on the vehicle was due to having to pick up at a further location due to an error from U-Haul. Overall very poor service.

When and if I ever rent another trailer, I will go back to this location. I was pleased with the excellent service by the woman who created my rental contract. I was so grateful that the other woman who helped me hook-up the trailer, was so knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Best customer service ever!

Not a thing. Although, I went to the nearest center to where I live for I failed to read the conformation email; though not a problem. A customer was venting to C-19's protocols, the staff @ the 3000block on Florin Road handled each issue very well. As for the center I did obtain a trailer were cordial & professional. Very pleased. Trailer lights were inoperable. Returned after hours and website would not allow to take required photos. Had to re-hook trailer and return next morning. Will not rent from uhaul again because of return problems. Would have been better to just return trailer in morning without extra trip at end of long day.

Well , i think you should make the mileage , Bigger on the form. Very small #. Making sure if individual is in need of daelee , or special moving blackets, Or even have some rope elastic bands. Some people get in a rush and forget. U all can charge for usual cotton blankes, but the others should be a given. Pluse rope insures heavy objecs don't get thrown around in the truck and damage inside with big dents.

Initial reservation was for the Gerber location. For 1pm.I arrived at the location at 12:30 and the sign at the door said come back at 2pm we are at lunch...what....I had to go to another location on west Stockton Blvd and luckily someone had just drop of a truck. My appointment to pick up my sofa was at 130 would not have been able to pick up my sofa if I was not able to rent my equipment as planned if I was not able to rent a truck at a new location...Also my reciept was not emailed to me as George said it would be I had contact U-Haul to get my reciept.

Betty and George were so helpful and efficient. I called rental car agencies and truck rental companies,however, they were either sold out of trucks , closed , or way too expensive. UHaul was a life saver for me. I needed to move my personal belongings out of my storage unit and donate all of it to Goodwill , which was stressful and upsetting for me to do. UHaul made the process easy with absolutely no stress. Thank you!!!

Uhaul needs to inform the customer verbally the rate per day which is 24 hours, if there is a difference between hiring for 24hours to few hours, and and other mechanisms only known to UHaul. An excellent customer care service is transparency and accountability whereby the customer is informed accordingly.

There were computer problems when I was there. No credit cards could be used at that time. I had to leave and get cash from a ATM machine. A little inconvenient, but the store people couldn't really do anything about it.

This location charged me a $60 cash deposit for a reservation I had secured with my credit card, on my u-haul account, Online. They then stated when I returned early with the equipment, that their system was back up and running, but had charged each and every customer a cash deposit for any equipment that went out today. After hearing a worker at the register say that her till was going to be short $100 and oh well, the man helping me laughed and said his would be short too. He then charged me, out of the cash deposit I had to give them earlier as a deposit and short changed me. My online reservation was deleted, and they created an entirely new reservation in the store that I did not sign or agree to, as well as up charging me for things I didn't require or authorize. He then changed something when I questioned him, and he handed me an extra few dollars. Very questionable. I will not ever be doing business with u-haul again. Complete and utter disregard for customers and trustworthy business manners.

I want to first say that having a storage here for 1 year time now has been great. I've had nothing but a great experience. From the staff to the hours to the convenience of the location. Here is what I would like to see improved. The sign in method (card swipe) does not turn off the alarm system if the alarm goes off. I would want a better system that allows a card swipe to turn off the alarm when staff is not around to turn it off. Other than that the experience I've had at Uhaul whether that is the transportation aspect or the storage unit has been nothing short than a quality experience. 5 stars in my book!

Other then a women named Betty, I found this location to be the most uninformative and seemingly disconnected from the rest of the company then I've dealt with being a long time renter from Uhaul.
