I feel very sad about the abuse I received from two representatives they are at U-Haul first of all I made reservations in person with Jennifer then the next day I went to pick up the vehicle which should have been a pick up I distinctly asked for I am not able to jump up on a box truck I just had surgery and still going to therapy but when I went There to pick up the manager there said no you have no reservations here and I pleaded with her for I had already paid two men to help me move for that morning she was very rude Stayed it no no reservations. So I was forced to take a box truck then I came back brought truck back Jennifer said I should have turned the truck in by one therefore I lost my 100 $deposit and I said no big mistake I took the truck around 10 expected to bring truck back by six she said no so we will have to charge you for three days bring the truck back on Wednesday when manager is here I stayed it are you kidding me I don't Need truck anymore please can I return it now Jennifer stated know you will be charged until Wednesday evening. I went home part box truck and thought about it called my daughter explained and she said no mom how do you take the truck back now. I need corporate to give me a call as soon as possible these people you have working in your office on 51st Ave. and Glendale are liars very rude don't know what's going on I feel they took my money more than I had I am a senior and was very devastated

Nothing terrible happened it was just not a great experience. Nobody was smiling, I was not greeted, I was not thanked, and I was not asked if everything went smoothly. It was like going to Home Depot asking where a product is and the store employee points to the department and turns around to walk away. Then the register person is quiet and asked for payment then I am handed the bag and leave. So yeah, I got what I needed. I know rentals are in demand so good service is not required due to the demand but, I am still in control of my money. There was another issue with milage but since it was only around a 4 $overcharge, I let it go knowing this will not happen again since I will not visit this location again. If you need a rental and you're a non-social person, you will be satisfied. If you are a social person and appreciate good old customer service, then call before you reserve to see if everyone is happy that day. I am not picking on them, I just have been in customer service for 37 years and this visit needed some fine tuning.

Gas was not where service rep said it was and truck didn't come with dolly that was paid for and nothing was said about grabbing it from the office and bringing it to the truck. Other then that, it wasn't a bad experience.

Excellent place to rent from! Never recieving calls from uhaul and sitting on hold almost hours and being transferred like 7 times to talk to corporate with no customer service skills, Coty made it all worthwhile to wait!

Would never recommend Uhaul to anyone and i'm letting everyone i know to avoid it. Picked up my truck here that was for a move from AZ to NC first issue i had the lady hands me keys tells me to grab a dolly on the way out and that my truck is parked somewhere on the left after searching i found it wedged between two other uhauls after a few maneuvers was able to get it out then noticed all the scratches and dings on the uhaul it was enough for me to let one of the guys that was outside know he advised to take pictures of the damage so i would not be charged then drove off and noticed the steering and breaks were awful but the truck is big figured it was due to that. Fastfoward to being at the boarder of AZ to New mexico and the check engine light comes on great try to get uhaul on the phone get customer service who then transfers me to roadside but there is a 20+ hold time unfortunately being in the middle of no where the call drops figured ok new mexico is not that long a drive will call when we hit texas Check engine light shuts off then we hit texas stopped for some food and the truck just turns off try to turn it back on it won't turn on call roadside they let us know since its a sunday and late no one will be able to come for 5hrs kept trying and the truck turns back on let roadside now dallas is a 5 hr ride and thats our next stop would rather get there and then have roadside come out he said thats fine just to call as when we get there, we are about 30mins out call and let them know the location and they say they are on the way to assist within 2hrs ok no big deal then he says someone has to stay with the truck i let him know i would much rather get rest so im ready to drive the next part of the trip he said sorry someone has to stay with the truck then we get there about an hour and a half later a teach gets there he is super friendly and ready to help he said its a crankshaft position sensor that needs to be replaced it will be a quick fix and in the morning at 8am he can get the part be back and have us back on the road by 10am as long as uhaul approves sweet!, so i wait and wait and i haven't heard anything from uhaul or the teach so i reach out to the teach around 11am and he said his boss and uhaul are on a call trying to figure out what to do so he suggests calling uhaul call uhaul im advised that i need to wait and they will call back soon well at 4pm i reciece a message that the vehicle has been repaired and im ready to go but no one has been here call uhaul and they say its safe to drive no repairs are needed. then i call the teach back he said its drivable but not safe as it can break down and stall at any minute due to it miss firing. Call uhaul back let them know that they say give them a bit and they will call back recive a call at around 7pm saying that i am going to be given a new uhaul to which point I'm furious its late its raining and we are in the middle of a tornado watch in Texas and now i have to unload and re-load this uhaul because they can't get mover because its too late. They do give me a set amount of money since they normally would hire movers and they offer to buy me and the 5 other people re-loading the truck dinner. We have to keep starting and stopping due to bad thunder and lightning finally finish at 4am we are exhausted but unfortunately since we were unable to unload the whole truck and reload the truck the way it was due to rain, thunder and lightning not everything fit after speaking with 3 uhaul reps i get them to give me a small trailer for the rest of the trip and to fit the remaining items. Because of all these delays we ran super late in getting to our location i almost lost my new job because we were days behind schedule, lost my initial apartment but was able to get moved to a different one and it was just an awful experience will never rent with uhaul and hope no one else does just an awful company they don't care about there customers and don't want to do what's right by them if they had just repaired my truck it would not have been as awful but they put me through all of this for no reason and it makes no sense since every rep said we are trying to get you back on the road as fast as possible yeah right you took your sweet time and because of reloading the truck and it raining, lightning we were unable to load it the way it was my stuff got damaged but uhaul doesn't care about anything.

Do not set up a drop off location storage location when the storage location does not have compatible storage is that was requested and cannot house the truck or trailer that the customer rents then the customer has to drive all over town to multiple locations to finish their move

When we came to return the equipment we had rented one of the employees, a lady with blonde hair yelled at us that wasn't where the equipment went and when we asked her where it goes, she yelled at us again that she was busy with another customer. Overall the customer service was terrible, and just for that reason I would recommend not coming here at unless you like getting harrased.

The ONLY reason I would even think of going back would be because of Anthony. He is what Customer Service should be and he is the only employee I was in contact with that represents U-HAUL in a highly professional light. I tried to give him a tip because I was so impressed and he declined and said "it was part of the job"...WOW!!! On the other hand, Coty and Jen did not even want to be there. They were not friendly at all! First, I had asked a question and they told me "no" before they had a chance to look into what my reservation was. And I would think your liability insurance would be concerned with vehicle "lights" on in my truck regarding tire pressure. Coty told me it didn't matter as if I was overreacting. I'm placing my precious goods in your vehicle (not to mention my items), which will be a heavy load, and she tells me the tire pressure light doesn't matter?? I wonder if your insurance company would think the same way? I have used this UHAUL before and really liked everyone; this was totally the opposite.

Have equipment clean and ready ... truck was very dirty i had to wait over 30 minutes. Have a better attitude when customers have questions. Be more personable. I was told by the manager "the keys are in the truck outside". Wow... I told them I noticed some damage on the truck and was told just upload the pictures on the survey... they didn't want to inspect the truck with me. Wow. Just glad there's other companies I can use for future business.

By far the worst U-Haul location I've ever worked with. Staff is rude and not welcoming, nobody addresses you when you walk in, they talk to you without looking away from the computer. One guy raised his voice at me when I was outside. The service ultimately made me decide to not rent a storage unit because I didn't want to continue doing business here.

No bait and switch on the location. The one you allowed me to pick, near my house, said they didn't do out of state rentals, so why was I allowed to choose it when I asked for an out of state rental. Truck performed well but was very dirty.

When picking up uhaul and trailer the young lady helping us was very unfriendly and rude. She didn't want to do wallk around and confirm condition or amount of fuel. Truck was not full even took picture before left parking lot, it was not full. She didn't seem to care. She just handed us keys and walked away, telling us it's fine.

I would recommend the location cuz the staff is top notch but forewarn everyone about how you don't allow a photo to be taken of the actual fuel level and then gouge when you charge for fuel! Went 40 miles, put 10 $in the tank myself and still was charged 31,50 $ for 7 gallons of fuel! I personally will not use uhaul for my moving needs again! Merci.

Truck was in bad condition. I used a 15' truck this time and it Drove worse than when I drove the 25' truck. Was told it had more gas and 3k less miles than it actually had. CSR was nice and understanding about the situation. Good service, bad truck.

I know there's gonna be no improvement although i give a feedback. The lady at the office was very rude. It was my first time to rent a truck in America because back in my country, we do not have truck rental system. I was confused between pickup truck and big size pickup so I asked her which truck I should find. She extremely looked at me and pulled down her mask and say, hey you want the truck, it's right there. It seemed like she was lecturing me an English because im Asian. After finishing my moving, i came back to the office to return the truck. She told me wait outside for someone to check me out. I was waiting for 15mins outside but nobody showed up. So i did self check out by mobile. Then she came out and said that oh.. nobody showed up? And i said i did it. She said u can go. I said thanks to her three times but she ignored me while she greeted other white people. I know this feedback is not gonna be taken care of at all.. UHaul may give the branch warning ir nothing. however, Uhaul is not a just local small company, it's national wide big company. I had really bad feeling especially racism today. Im not gonna visit uhaul again.

The guy that rented me the van was thorough explaining the rental (I for the life of me can't remember names but never forget a face he has a beard light brownish in color and yes he wore a mask but I could still see the beard) and the guys that accepted my return was very quick and friendly too when inspecting the van. I loved this location and will definitely use them again should I ever need to rent a u-haul again in the future.

I went there earlier today to rent a storage unit and was helped by a new employee. He was very friendly, but he missed quite a few important details. After completing the transaction, I went to check out my unit. I was not offered to be shown where it was by the office staff, and when I tried to get in through the doors, they didn't open. The janitor informed me I needed to use my card. I was not given a card. I had to go back inside and ask for my card. Not a big deal at this point. I was given my card and was able to get in. When I went to the basement to view my unit, it was locked. I was informed by the personnel in there that I needed approval for them to remove the lock. I spoke with the "manager" Coty, and she said it was approved. So I went to get back in, and the door would not open. After standing there for a few minutes, I went back inside and spoke with Coty again (who was too busy to make sure I had everything I needed to complete my transaction). She then informed me it would take 24 hours for my card to open the doors even though it was checking me in and out. She then pointed out a door that I could use that was in the office (would have been helpful to mention during the rental transaction). I then went and found the janitor and let him know that Coty authorized the removal of the lock. He removed it and asked me where my lock was. I told him that I was told they weren't provided and would have to buy my own (and was not told they sold them there), and he told me that it should have been. I returned to the office again, and asked Coty if I could ask her a quick question, (about the lock), and she told me I'd have to wait until she finished helping the customer she was with. I then told her that I had not been fully helped, and she ignored. I only wanted to question about the lock. At this point, I was thoroughly frustrated with this entire ordeal. When it was my "turn", I inquired about the lock in which she told me "how am I supposed to know you weren't offered a lock?" in a rude tone. I then told her that I would like a refund since if it's this difficult now, why would I want to continue this agreement. She then told me, and in a very rude tone with angry facial features that "Don't take this out on him, he's new!" I said I wanted a refund again, and it was processed. The issue here is that they had a new employee with no training, the "manager" didn't care, and the rudeness when trying to get everything straightened out. I don't work there, so how am I supposed to know the procedure? Coty is a terrible manager, and if you, the owner, check this, please re-think your employee decisions.

I had a good experience except the time the manager (I don't remember his name), had a problem with me being in my unit longer than an hour. He made it to where I couldn't get back in that night. I was trying to organize my stuff and clean up and grab some things on the way out. He made that very difficult for me! I never had a problem before that, but I thought that was very rude to do that behind my back.

I was not unware of your storage facilities, and move in specials when I first went there for a truck rental. I was exceptionally impressed with the way the head manager (Damien) was able to expedite, organize, and resolve business matters effectively. Dallas the customer service representative who helped me get a storage was very professional and very helpful , delightful to see such a nice person so willing to answer all of my questions and showed me around explained there requirements clearly and I definitely would recommend to others this place is great.

Horrible customer service locked out numerous times days later still after paying bill could not get in contact with any one in office or management anytime I tried they did not return my phone calls just overall worst experience with uhaul I've ever had

Manager told me back in Nov he had taken care of an issue for me. Here we are 4 months later and it still.is outstanding. Then when you try to talk to him he has major attitude. Its ashame, but this is one facility I won't be using again. Thanks Damien for not having a sense of urgency.

This is one of the best facilities of U-Haul which was much appreciated. Staff very helpful and not pressuring you to purchase something you do not want or need. Service was great!

I had the best experience with your uhaul family. Victoria offered me a free rental for my bedroom furniture. Then Damien and Jiose helped me move it into the storage. J

Uhaul place was great. The uubox I rented was not. We spent 4 hours loading it only to realize that the door was broken in mulitiple places and would not move past a certain point to latch.

On August 26th 2019 I believe is a Monday me and my brother arrived at that location at 7 a.m. in the morning and thank God they were on time. Michelle in the morning crew treated us very nicely.
