The location is only good if you live in Little Rock, Arkansas. It would be great if we had available pick up trucks in the town of Hot Springs, Ar. As we once did.

The staff at this location were very pleasant to deal with, friendly and helpful. However, the staff was unaware of my appointment for the hitch installation until I arrived at the u-haul facility. The appointment was made with the main u-haul 800 number approximately one month beforehand. I was quoted $220 for installation of the hitch and wiring harness. I specifically ask, “this price includes the hitch AND wiring harness”, the lady helping me said “yes”. So I made the appointment for the installation. Upon My arrival at the u-haul facility. The staff informed me that the price only included the hitch , the wiring harness would be approximately $100 extra. In summary, the staff was not informed of my appointment until I arrived at my appointment time. The price I was quoted was not for the complete Installation (wiring harness and hitch).

I am disappointed that I was charged a price different than what was supposed to have been charged on the trailer and uhaul truck. The supply and demand of each item should be the same regardless of location, however it appears the prices are subjective. The staff was very professional and very helpful!! The gas tank was only 3/4 of the way full when I got the truck. The interior of the truck was falling apart. I still filled it up all the way when I brought it back. Its my fault because I was too lazy to go back inside and say something about it.

My van tire was nearly flat, didn't notice it until I had loaded my product, luckily my delivery was in town and was able to get air in tire, had I been going out of town it would have been a major problem for me, because my product is time sensitive, that could have been avoided had the van been properly check before it was rented

I had made a reservation for a 0700 pick up for a 17 ft truck. I did not get the truck until 10:00 and I had to have it back by 3:00. I was shorted a hours. The dolly I was charged $10,(appliance) did not work properly.

Both the salesman on the phone and the lady when I returned the truck were the rudest ever. This was my first time renting a U-Haul so I had some basic questions (like would you also rent hand carts) and that is what had the salesman getting grumpy. When I dropped it off the lady just snatched the keys did a quick inspection and told me how much I owe. Over all it was the worst customer service I’ve dealt with.

I would not recommend U-Haul based on the poor and ineffective U-Haul app that we we had to use to actually rent the truck. Not only was the initial rental process time consuming (over 1 hour) but the return portion of the process was flawed and took 30 minutes. Even though we had a reservation we still had to use the app. Apps work well for products and services that have multiple repeat transactions; however, renting a truck for many people is something done infrequently, in my case 2 times in the last 6 years. The person at the U-Haul counter was very polite and professional. I would much rather do business with her than the smart phone app. I found that the use of he app detracted from and lessened the value of the product. If U-Hauls prices are competitive with their competitors I would choose a competitor with a greater perceived value.

PROBLEM LIST Wrong Size Truck (ordered 20 Ft truck got 26 truck) — this costs more in gas to travel and is harder to pack as far as making sure things are secure. No Seat Belt fastener for passenger seat No window washer fluid Wipers not effective to clear windshield (worn) Brakes loud/hissing sound Emergency blinkers not working Loose alignment/steering—truck shifted in the lane very easily. Excessive vibration in the truck when above 65MPH. Fine between 55-60MPH. THIS TRUCK WAS NOT READY FOR THE ROAD!I FELT MY DAUGHTER and MY LIFE WERE IN DANGER! The employee that helped us was very polite and helped with the issues we noticed before departure (gas tank was not at the level reported on initial checkout). I would strongly recommend that there is a documented pre-safety inspection performed on the truck as well as regular maintenance. Some of these things even a careful customer would not find until the truck was already packed and they were dealing with driving to their destination (hazard lights, wipers).

I didn’t know about closing at 7. I was standing outside and this lady drove by to tell me what to do. I believe if the person who waited on me should have told me what to do, not a stranger. To improve is to let a customer know what to do when you are close Thanks

I entered your baseline location and gave the employee my driver's license and told him specifically that my name was wrong in the system and needed to be changed. I thought it was changed until I later got back to the location and seen that it never was changed. I'm a business owner and my receipt was for tax purposes. I can't file my work due to poor customer service.
