I was given a truck with 1/4th a tank of gas and asked to return it with the same amount of gas, therefore I did. Then I get a bill for 2 times what the rental should've been and two of the charges were for gas!!

The customer service was sub par. I expressed that I needed help picking out a hitch connector for my truck and the representative who was helping me rolled his eyes. He was rude for the first 5 - 10 minutes of our interaction. Then seemed to soften as we continued to talk and I would not become rude back. Overall not satisfied with the service. He also forgot to put the chains on the trailer attaching it to my truck, which I now understand was extremely unsafe.

Returns guy took about 45 minutes to return my truck. It's cold so I kept the engine running. Lost a good chunk of gas and got charged for it which I think is completely ridiculous. Won't be using Uhaul again.

It enough help! Had scheduled a pick up at 10:00am and did the online check in and had to wait about 20 minutes. Had to employees and I was the second person in the store and spent more time with the first customer. Taking her boxes to the car when I was there waiting to pick up my truck.

I have been renting every Thursday for months and I returned the truck unfortunately I left behind my paycheck which had fallen off the seat I called and nothing was found supposedly the next day I called again and they said yes we saw it with your address on it and we mailed it however the check had been cashed the day I left it in the truck I am really really disappointed and will not go back there

Broken glass in driver seat, when I showed the manager his respond was "Sorry". I asked was that acceptable and nothing towards cleaning out. As I asked his name as he was walking away. Normally that is my go to uhaul spot but completely unprofessional. The young girl that was there was also unprofessional. I am sure I am not the only one unsatisfied with service at that location.

Better staff. Worse Uhaul location ever. I rent a lot from Uhaul and this was hands down the worst experience I've had with a Uhaul location. The staff was not helpful, they act as though they were doing me a favor to even look up at me when I came to the counter. The truck was struggling to perform.

Getting the vehicle was easy and efficient. Returning the vehicle was confusing. The sign posted said wait in the vehicle till someone assists you. I sat waiting in the vehicle for five minutes. I finally walked into the building and gave them the keys. That is the only reason I rated the people as not useful.

With COVID-19 here you've got to limit the number of people you let come in. It was 3 customers in the building when me and my daughter got there and before we were done it was 10.

The trucks seats were falling apart. The covers came off every time you got out. Checking in took forever and I had reserved an appliance dolly along with my truck. The attendant told me they don't even keep those at that store. I was also charged for a tv kit I already purchased. Finally when returning the truck the check in process claimed there had been an accident reported. I know I was not in an accident. I had someone watching the truck the whole time I had it and only drove it a few blocks. There was no police report or any damage to the truck so after 20 minutes the attendant "zero'd it out and let it go." I have used uhual for every move I've ever had and this time has made me think twice about using them again.

I made all of out of state move around my reservation. Not only was my original reservation not honored, so another reservation created different locations further away from me. Adjust my load in travel times and alerted my movers of such changes. In route to the location 20mins from time quoted and confirmed I received yet another call stating my reservation was changed to another location and time change. I was forced to rearrange my entire out of state move which created expensive cost that wasn't in my budget because U-Haul‘s not honoring reservation made. $50 credit was appreciate but does come close to the amount money I paid out directly due to uhaul failure to provide the service reserved twice

I guess you can't thoroughly clean after each rental but sure would help with comfort during pandemic. It was descent. I just came prepared and sprayed and wiped down with Lysol.

There a leaf or two in the back of the truck and the guy was like “the truck was dirty and it could cost you $20 to clean it out”. Grabbed the broom and it took all of five seconds to sweep it out. I felt as if he was extorting me. Then he did the same thing with the gas gauge. It really felt he was trying to get over on me. Everything else was awesome.

Staff went above and beyond in conflict resolution and made sure my experience was less stressful as humanly possible. Even with mix ups from corporate the 7 mile staff stepped in with accountability and not only fixed the issues but also assured me as a consumer. Quality customer care is hard to come by which is why I only deal with this particular location. The staff are welcoming and upbeat , the facility is always spotless and theres never a problem that isn’t fairly Negotiated !

During peak hours, the waiting time for assistance can be extraordinarily long, and all team members may not be trained or empowered to handle all transactions. This was actually my 2nd trip. I had come in the day before to pay my storage bill and reserve an additional storage unit, waited in line for 30 minutes, only to be told I'd have to return the following day because the team member was not able to service self-storage account matters.

The facility has roaches!! I saw them coming out of units as I moved my things out. I have never had roaches in any of my homes over the last 20 years if they show up in the next few weeks
