Jennifer Hudson, as well as all the Employees, were professional, courteous and a pleasure to be around.
The store office was clean, but my storage rental was dirty. The wire mash that went over the storage was half on and about a quarter of it was missing. The manager was extremely rude. I am military and will not recommend this to any of my fellow Soldiers. This is the first uhaul I’ve had to pay $10 a month for 24 hour access as well as not having a month prorated. Overall a less than satisfactory experience.
Staff was lovely but I had reserved online the night before and nothing was smooth when I got there. It took over an hour and a half before I could even pack my unit. Card machine didn't work even
Homeless people living in units. They were told nothing done. The lady I called at the 1800 number about it basically told me don’t worry about it because we got our stuff out. The keypad to lock the door didn’t work the whole time it was always open . The night we went to get our stuff our code wouldn’t work for us. Another person couldn’t get the sliding glass door to open to get their stuff but the homeless person was able to show them how to get side door open smh !! I let the lady know we got our stuff out and she said just go by there and tell them. I explained why I couldn’t at the present. She said she would message the local office and let them know yet we still got a email telling us our storage was late. Not to mention our u haul trailer leaked and nothing is done.
I am just disappointed in the monthly billing cycle when we are talking about a physical location! If im not using the physical location than you shouldn't be paid for services that weren't rendered! To be able to rake in the money for an entire month of services that were never used but than Harris me about keeping the unit secure is ridiculous especially when auto pay is present this seems to be a money making scheme other companies do utilize monthly billing but make exceptions apparently uhaul does not
Some of my stuff was stolen when I moved into my storage room and when I really needed some help the 45 year old manager with pink hair watched me and just laughed. Wouldnt help in a intense situation, just used me as if I was entertainment. I would never go back
U-Haul Employee Daniel Quirk was attentive, helpful and polite. I hope that U-Haul gives him the "att-a-boy" that he deserves.
There was no lock at move in. I had to go buy the lock.A week later I got a very rude phone call telling me I put the wrong lock on.
Ultimately found a better deal locally that allowed me to store my belonging AND extra vehicle for %60 cheaper then what UHAUL has available with comparable security.

The office can get pretty busy and they often don't have enough people working...
Daniel was very efficient and helpful as they all were. He was very polite in dealing with several customers at once and handled everyone with kindness and in a very timely manner we were very impressed he was also very Thorough and made us feel very satisfied with our rental/storage
I was very disappointed yesterday when arriving to unload my UBox! I had received a reminder call making sure I would be there on Sunday and the UBox would be outside. It wasn’t and then they couldn’t find it. The people at the desk acted like it was the most difficult thing they had ever done! Finally after over 45 min. they found it and we were able to get things taken care of. I tried calling but of course no answer.

I have stored with this Uhaul center before and it went very well. This time around it was not very good. First off my husband made the reservation under the trailer reservation we had made. The people at the center did not allow him to go to the unit the day he wanted to move things in after they allowed him to make the reservation. I had to call from out of state and put his name on everything before they let him store our items. When I called they fixed the issue for my husband but for some reason out the reservation on a different account I had made from my previous storing experience that I had forgot about. Because it was on a different account then it was supposed to be on we did not get any notifications about when the rent was due and ended up having a late payment that I had to go to the unit to pay. For the second month we had to pay we ended up with another late payment then they automatically withdrew the rent from my husbands bank account. I am at a complete loss how they were able to automatically withdrawal money the second time after I had to physically go to the unit to pay the first time and did not give them any information for the account they withdrew from. I am also confused as to how we had a late fee if rent was auto withdrawn.

I drove from out of state 10 hours, and I have my wife check out the unit early so I can access it after hours. Big, clean property. Both returned a rental truck and rented a storage unit during my visit on a very busy Sunday morning). Both people who assisted me were great.
I WAITED WAS NOT TOLD THERE WOULD BE A LOCK THAT I DID NOT HAVE THE KEY TO PLACED ON MY STORAGE UNIT SO HAD TO WAIT TILL THE NEXT MORNING THEN WHEN I WENT AT 9 AM THERE WAS A LINE TO THE PARKING LOT. I SEEN A UHAUL EMPLOYEE WALKING SO I DECIDED TO ASK HIM WHAT I SHOULD DO BECAUSE SOMEONE IS WAITING FOR THE TRUCK I HAVE HE SAID TO GO WAIT IN LINE BECAUSE HE CAN'T GIVE ME SPECIAL TREATMENT. ITS NOT SPEEDBOAT TREATMENT YOU GUYS MESSED UP. THE MAN THAT WAS TOWARD THE MIDDLE OF THE LINE SAID HE HAD BEEN WAITING FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF. I WAS SO UPSET I GOT ANOTHER STORAGE UNIT ELSE WHERE. I NEVER USED YOUR FACILITY AND I WANT MY RESERVATION CANCELED AND REFUNDED. AND I BETTER NOT BE CHARGED A LATE FEE BECAUSE YOUR STAFF WOULDNT HELP ME PROPERLY IM SO STESSED AND DISAPPOINTED IN THIS EXPERIENCE
The staff were really friendly, and professional. I was moving, so I was quite flustered, and they were kind and patient. The facility was immaculate, even the bathrooms!

The facility was nice. The doorways could use a smoother entrance. Wheeling things in on the dolly is difficult because there is a large bump going from outside to inside in building B. The staff was extremely nice and very professional.

I was use the facility for about 2yrs on this rental. I paid on my unit monthly so I would expect more professionalism. I went to my unit in Dec. 2019 and discovered my lock was changed and the keys I had did not fit the lock. When I asked for assistance an employee did help me and agreed the keys were not for that lock. I was told I could not cut the lock nor could the staff and I would need to call a locksmith. I called back on Monday of that week and told more of the same they could not cut lock not could I and because the last time I went into my unit was back in Spring of 2019 they would not check the cameras because footage did not record that far back when I was making a complaint in Dec. By the time I was able to afford paying for a locksmith and paying for the storage unit it was March 2020. After the locksmith cut off the lock I discovered that my 2 new car tires and a ten speed bike were stolen. I had 70 DVDs that taken as well as some boxes with personal mementos to include a Christmas ornament collection I went there to get back in Dec. When I went to to the counter to tell the desk attended my items were stolen all he could say to me is he did not verify a locksmith was there and I could have cut the lock myself. If I was going to cut the lock myself it would not have taken months to do so. Instead of causing a scene because the were several customers waiting I went outside and called the police about the matter. The officer looked at the location, the unit and where the cameras were located. He did give me a call number for the call and stated that it may be difficult to located the items as the cameras do not show storage units but the doors and elevators. Later that week myself, son and daughter in law returned to the location and removed the remainder of my items. I put a lock on the unit until I could return to the location to talk with the store manager but received the run around for several weeks with her. I would call and be told she was not at the location that day or at that time. When I asked for a returned call that would never happen until they saw a lock that was not a U-Haul approved lock. When I called to discuss why can not get a returned call about my items being stolen and next steps but someone calls quickly about a different lock. The call I received was "Ms Stevens we were checking the units today and noticed you have an unauthorized lock on your unit, you have 24hrs to change the lock or we will cut it off and charge you for the cost to do that and replace the lock". I called the location and again asked about my stolen belongings and was told file an insurance claim and remove the lock. I said they can remove the lock I have moved what was left of my property out of the unit since March 16, 2020 . Close the account I would not be using them any longer. I was told fine that would be done I would be sent an follow up email which was never done until now. The only emails or regular mail that has been sent to me since were bills of mounting cost to pay for a storage unit that the letter say U-Haul will go in and recoup what ever property and close the account. I have said several times close the account I will not continue to pay U-Haul when they allowed my property to be stolen and could care less about my situation. Yes I have called Customer Service several times about this matter as well as 5 times to the actual location.

They cost me money, I had reservations for 2 units, when a crew that I paid for Arrived to download my 26ft truck, there were locks on the unit, it took them maybe an hour and 20 mins to get over and take the locks off, I only had the crew for 2 hrs and cost me $239 plus an additional 100 for another hour because of their lack of urgency.... I’m very disappointed in the service at this location. I can not make a recommendation at this time because of my money that was lost in the process and until I-haul makes it right. Thank you

Didn't get refund for unused portion of month, understaffed, waited long times to pay or ask wuestions.
For being 57 & 55 we have moved ourselves for years, and when needed a helping hand for the heavy stuff we found it. Thou due to this COVID-19 the only thing we couldn't move ourselves was the couch & couldn't get help due to people staying quarintine to their homes. So when asked if an employee cud just help to put in dumpster or in our car, was repeatedly told they can not help & wud charge us a $100 fee to remove it. So we told them well then we will leave it cuz we can't move it. They were gonna have the manager call us when she got in at 1pm, but never heard from anyone.
Unit was burglarized. Received a phone call saying that the maintenance team needed to fix the door. No indication of burglary. I went to check on unit and found that things were damaged and stolen from the unit. They fixed the door and painted. They took before and after pictures which clearly shows that someone broke in. Now there is a police investigation as a gun was one of the items stolen. Cameras are only on the entrance of the building and not throughout which makes it difficult to look at footage and determine who broke into my unit in order to press charges. Additionally, there’s an individual listed as my alternate POC that I have never met in my life. Was that hacked and tampered with as well? There’s no sense of urgency on UHauls behalf or common sense that you clearly inform individuals that the unit was burglarized not that is was not just routine maintenance. I thought storing items under a well known company would be great. I was clearly mistaken. Now an investigation is ongoing....
Wait times at this facility are rediculous. They red tagged my unit upon moving out because I left to take a load of things to the apartment leaving the empty unit open for cleaning smh. Upon returning the manager had no idea why the tag was placed.
The lines at the front counter were almost always long so we had to wait 30+ minutes each time. The elevator was especially tiresome. They doors on the elevator were hard to open and close. Nearly every time you had to close doors downstairs, go upstairs and close the door so the elevator will move up to the second floor. The wire mesh over each unit allowed a lot of dust to get into our stuff. The access doors were narrow which made it hard to move large items in and out of the unit. Alarms went off frequently during the day.. One evening when we were in our unit with permission after hours the alarm went off and we had trouble leaving. The price is very expensive.Double what others charge. The rent is not prorated if you leave before your the paid month is up. The auto pay option is convenient. There are plenty of units and sizes available including indoor, outdoor and climate controlled.The staff are very friendly and quick when they help you.

You need more people in the store. Nobody likes waiting in line to spend money. Don't lose sight of the fact that this is America and we have choices and you have competition.
was upset when the storage trying to get was took before our eyes and we could not get it. there was a hump right in front of the door way need a slight ramp for moving on the dollies.
The women from storage renting weworked with was not only professional but kind.There was a couple of customers when we first arrived but she was diligent and took care of everyone in a timely fashion
Will NEVER go there again. Only one person was available for rental AND storage. Hours wasted even with online pre-work reservation. Not Uhaul, UHell. P.S. Same for Two Men and a Truck.

We had nothing but trouble with getting into our unit, there is NOT nearly enough staff for how busy it is, and they staff that y’all have is not helpful. We also had trouble with getting our refunds.

The move in was fine but the managers lied? I put two locks on my storage unit and was told by them (sorry I dont remember the name) to remove one of the locks because it is against the rules
Busy place but seems well kept.
, employees busy hanging out with the homeless that live in the units. Felt very unsafe with scary people living in units!!! The main guy smoking and spoke how he made a machine to read credit cards.

Chipped cement at the entry into the storage facility needs to be repaired. Current condition of cement makes it difficult to push loaded carts in/out of the facility without significant tousling

It was a wonderful experience vary well maintained facility and staff always willing to help. If I ever need a storage again this facility will definitely be my first choice.
The times listed on the website for access only apply to certain storage units, this is not made clear. Although I used Uhaul for moving I was not offered one month free storage as advertised.

I had my car stored for almost 3 years and I had a storage unit for almost 7 years. I’ve never had any problems with either. Very thankful to not have either bill anymore though.
The only thing I didn’t like is there is no pro rated price for move out. I still had to pay a whole month worth of rent for 9 days. As a single mom, I really could have used that money for groceries.

After an issue with our reservation at a different location, Brandon did everything he could to accommodate us, including calling other locations to find us the size of unit that we wanted.

There were several times when my pass card would not work. There were also times when the security alarms were going off even when no one seemed to do nothing.
I was quoted that the entire uhauk ubixxeoukd be 1295 + delivery fee...then it went to 1495...then to 1695... I was like WHAT? So was disappointed to see they changed the price. I'm glad everything

It took FOREVER to check in, had to clarify issue to be approved to lease a truck for not answering my phone 4+ yrs ago.
After hours access should be available to everyone and you shouldn't have to pay extra. Other than that it was a nice storage facility. Everyone was very nice.
This was my first experience with U Haul...and for sure will not be the last,the truck on a 1000 plus mile trip was smooth the air ride made it so. And the storage facility was impressive. Thanks !!

Every time I went, there was some sort of issue with either the swipe card, the facility not being open during their hours, or no one working. 3 people working in the office, wait times were 40mins+

I was charged for delivery more than once. I thought it was included in the price first. I didn't realize I'd be charged that much. The staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful.

The truck that was supposed to bring the pod the driver had a medical emergency. I was given a 1 hour time frame to load the pod. the driver left the pod on a trailer. 5 days late on delivery

U-Haul has been wonderful. They Bent over backwards to make sure we were taken care of.
As far as staff goes I don't think you should be eating at front counter when taking care of customer, and if parking is that important than don't park the big trucks where cars are suspose to park!

We had many financial mix ups but once I had auto payments set up, it was fine. We had things stolen when we had to go through our storage unit when moving from The Springs to Denver. Bad area.

It wasn't clearly explained that there would be a charge for the pod to be delivered to my home and another delivery charge to my second home once it arrived at its destination - about $300 extra!

The facility is nice and clean. I would not recommend to friends because the customer service is poor. The staff is unprofessional and combative with one another and with customers. Disappointing!
The whole experience with U-Haul was excellent. From the faculty to the staff and also the care given to moving my belongings from one state to the other was amazing. You made my move stress free.
I only needed the unit for a week and was charged a month, being told I would be refunded. When I moved out of the unit no refund was made. Calling the manager was pointless and the GM was unhelpful.

They are way to busy to only have 1 person at the front desk. They are always at least 2-3 people waiting. People at front desk are always very nice, but unfairly to busy. They need more help.
