Everyone was very nice and courteous the only thing your large Storage is not very large for the price that you were charging I had a four bedroom living room kitchen I had to purchase two large storage to get all my furniture in

I only needed the truck for 1 day and was charged for 2 which is ridiculous. 400 dollars for 1 day of usage, it was a waste of money. I will NEVER use uhaul again or recommend

The agents that work the desk were making up pricing as they go..online it states a 100 retainer without card information they stated 160 I gave them 180 cash and he only put 160 on the paperwork. When I came back for my change he stated that it will be sent to the card on file but there was no card on file. I used a card with the moving company and had no issues. The recipet from uhaul states I was issued cash. So your agents kept my money after treating me like I was a criminal and like I was going to take the uhaul even though my reservation said I needed it for 10 hours.

Very impressed how clean the facility is given where it is located, the staff was very friendly and kind, Especially Jerold, a little funny a little sassy, you can tell he's been in customer service for while. If nothing changes I plan on being here for while

Jerrold went above and beyond to facilitate my move in. Even though it was some issues due to another uhaul location mistake. I will continue to do business with the 108311 Bissonett location. I can't believe Ms. Susan is still there.

Jerold was simply the best , this place is lucky to have him. Never seen someone handle some many customers with ease, he was working both computers by himself trying to make sure everyone was taken care of. He is the best when it comes to customer service, he comes across genuine and Sincere as if he really wants to help you. I plan on being a repeat customer as long as he's there

I let the young man in office I was moving out on3/2 I asked how many days I had to take things out they checked on computer he said I had till I ok ..i got things our 3/ 6 and I got changed on 9 th because it was automated .hello

The gentleman that helped me with starting the rental and when I returned the truck was great! He was so helpful and kind even though I was hours over my time frame. He's was still courteous and nice throughout the entire process.

People where not rude but they didn't explain anything about the return procedure. I explained to them that I would probably return the truck after hours. The gentleman told me to download the app and follow the instructions, so I did that and the instructions did not indicate where to put the keys so I figured to lock the keys in the truck as they would probably have a spare. Now I'm being charged a extra $100. Not a good feeling for a misunderstanding.

I went through the May flood in 2015 and the Harvey flood in 2017 and in both cases i kept my goods at this facility. I closed my last unit on Sunday Nov.14. The personnel is very helpful and I was always treated with care and respect. I will always recommend this location on Bissonnet. Merci.

The gas was on a different level then the contract showed. I took a picture before hand to show. They don't show you the truck till after you sign. This is the second issue of them trying to charge more for their mistake. So I knew to take pictures of everything.

The reason I only rated the location as "average" is that it wasn't the location I selected 6 weeks in advance and I had to drive 15 miles to pick it up at this location. The original location I selected was only 1 mile from my home.

I initially scheduled with Meyerland location but when I called to ask a few questions the customer service shown was horrible. I cancelled at that location and scheduled at the Bissonet location. When I called to confirm that the truck will be available the gentleman was so polite and helpful and then when I picked up the truck it was a breeze as well as dropping off the truck. I am so beyond thankful with the Bissonet team. Thank you!!

Rude Employees Except one older Gentleman. He was very nice! But two extremely rude ladies one named Melonie. I will never ever rent another Uhaul and I plan to tell as many people as possible how very rude and unprofessional the employees are at this store. They expect you the customer to know the prices they expect you the customer to be there exactly at 9am and they are no even there on time to open there own store. No this was so unexceptable. Will NEVER get another UHUAL will rent a truck or enterprise truck or pay a moving company after there rudeness. However I do again want to say there was one older Gentleman and not the manager he was rude to a very older man like in his 60/70 who went got the truck he was so very nice and helpful and the only one who wanted to work. Its a shame how the others treated him demanding when he was the hardest working. I want my money back for the extra day I was charged because one the lady was late to work and Two i asked if I could use the night drop and she said no but I don't know why?

It was very disrespectful one of the workers in there is very disrespectful she did not check the equipment if y'all go there make sure they check the equipment because you will be possible of something that you didn't to the accuse me and my husband hitting a tree and messing up the top of the truck when she didn't even go over the truck to make sure the trucks didn't have no issues for nothing she just went by what the truck had from what the last person had and she tried to say that we hit the truck now they trying to tell us we have to pay for something that we didn't do so yes I have my lawyer on it they are very poor service they are not the place you need to rent a U-Haul from because you would not be satisfied the truck we had made a whole bunch of noise

I was overcharged i returned the truck with the gas amount and it was clean yet i was charged 84 dollars fees i didn't even know were added plus i didn't surpass the millage either

The experience once someone actually came to the office was great. But they were not in the office for over 10mins and once they saw us waiting in front of the gate initially they were not going to come over until we called out to them.
