My wheel had a slow leak in it and when I mentioned it they brushed it off saying they all do that. When I return it I was told I was to be fined because of light debris such as 2 napkins and straw wrapper. When dropping off my rental no one was available to help. I was told two people were outside available to help one person was outside on his cell phone. I went inside to speak with the man on the register he told me to be patient. After five minutes, No one approached to help me. I chose to self check in the truck. By the time I was done I still was not approached. Other than that I have no issues.Jessica G.
Parking lot was short on space especially around 3pm. Online experience was good and picking up the truck was quick and easy. I'm not a huge fan of the vehicle recovery cost fee of 2,00 $. Overall good first experience.Alexander Z.
It was inconvenient for me because every time I try to use the loading dock the uhaul trucks were always blocking the area. In my opinion they need to park all their trucks away from blocking the loading areas and give their customers space to move their items.rosemary w. | Expérience générale

The battery on the 26' truck was dead and had to be jump started. The coolant and windshield washer fluid were both low. I was annoyed the truck wasn't ready and had to wait while they took care of these problems.PAULETTE M.
Untrained customer service person; very very slow & not familiar with proceedures; two customer service people spending more time talking about their fingernails than assisting customer. I paid for furniture blankets but they were not provided. The back and side windows of the cargo van were so dirty that I had to go to a station to gain visibility for traffic purposes. I don't like the taking of the ids from your phone when you pick up the truck from your cell phone..The rep should do it when you give it to the rep..I understand Covid but your system should be set up in case the customer doesn't have a cell phone. uhaul should scan licenses not the customers. Give customers a more realistic estimate of the price of the equipment, most people can't gage how many miles they will move about the city, even just going from one side of town to the next and the jump in price in the end is overwhelming but the customer now has to pay it because they've already used the truck!SHIRLEAN H.

They sent me on the road with an auto trailer with 4 bald and defective tires. Had a blowout on interstate 95 in Georgia and waited 2,5 hours for repair. Then he only brought 2 tires when I told the dispatcher and repair guy that the trailer needed 4. Then waited 2 more hours for the other 2 to be replaced by a second repairman. Very dangerous blowout and waiting on side of busy I 95 for several hours. NOT HAPPY!PATRICK R.

Truck I reserved and paid for was not available. I had a one way reservation, they only had local trucks available, on my reservation it said that if the truck wasn't in, I'd get 50 $never received it off bill. Furious. I'll use a different rental truck company next time.Richard L.

Also Ensure what the customers order are in the truck I ordered a doll which was not in the truck making my move very difficult.. Both me & my son couldn't get into the uhaul site on our cell phone where it stated to return the truck. It seem the uhaul site wasn't working at all. I took a picture if the odometer & gas just in case & put the keys in the slot.NILDA A.
The turn signal light for my trailer light hookup on my vehicle wouldn't work. The supervisor took time out to come out and check, and found a blown fuse. He fixed it for me, and I was able to take the rental trailer. Above and beyond! 5 stars! Will definitely be renting from here again!William M.

None of the employees working the front desk were wearing masks. There was a customer in line that was not wearing a mask and none of the employees asked him to put one on. There was a sign on the front door saying masks were required but none of the employees were wearing one nor were they enforcing it. I felt very uncomfortable by this. There were no dollys or blankets in the truck when I rented it and wasn't notified. I get to my clients property which was a second floor move without any tools. Had to go buy a dolly because the truck wasn't stocked properlyQUSAAN H.
I was charged for gas and had to spend 45 minutes on two phone calls to get it fixed. I returned the truck with more gas than when I picked it up. This would not be an issue if the truck was checked out full instead of between 1/4 and 1/2. Also, the clerk in the facility did not wear a mask despite signs requiring people to wear masks before entering. I will not return to this facility. Photo avaialbe is requested.WAYNE T.

While I received a confirmation that all my reserved equipment would be available, there were no dollies available when I arrived. That said, the customer service rep was very helpful and I ended up buying a rolling cart for a similar price. This lack of available equipment that I reserved in advance has happened to me twice at UHAUL now.Rachel K.

I did everything on the app, it was amazing. But when I dropped the truck off I was trying to find someone to ask where should I leave the keys, there wasn't nobody outside to help and once I went inside the guy that I presume to be the manager was on the phone. I waited in front of him for 4 minutes before he even look at my face, and then he said that someone outside would help me. I went back outside waited for almost ten minutes nobody showed. I went back inside, very pissed because was just a simple question (where should I leave the keys?) and then he still was on the phone and ignored me, so I decided to go outside again and run on the hole parking lot to ask someone. Then I finally found two workers and one of them told me to leave at the truck. So for me the app was perfect but the customer service was horrible.Marcius D.

Twice I received last minute updates. One of which was overnight, while sleeping, to get up at a specific time to pick up the truck at the Confirmed time, to stay on schedule for a busy day of moving. Being informed last minute that my pick up time was now almost two hours later is honestly just not cool. I was also informed last minute that my drop off location was now across town. Which is just slightly inconvenient when the original drop off location was right down the street from me. I also had trouble with picking up and returning online. This may have been an issue with my personal phone, but when I tried with a family members phone I had the same problem. This comment is geared more towards Uhaul as a whole and not specifically my pick up location. The staff member who helped me was more than pleasant and very accommodating.Anthony B.

Repeatedly told the clerk that I did not want the safemove coverage and also denied coverage on the mobile reservation I made and they still charged me the extra 14 $. After bringing this to their attention they said "We can't help you because our system is down" I left my phone number and was told that I would get a call back as soon as it's fixed. It's now day 2 and I still have not received a call..every time I call, i'm placed on hold for at least half an hour..I was told their system was back up yesterday...I later learned that they charged me the incorrect amount even after promising to call before processing any charge. I found the service to be terrible, dismissive and careless. They clearly care only about new reservations and make no effort on customer retention by resolving billing errors on their end. Instead, I have to waste my time calling them to fix their errors!Edison G.
