When I came to pick up the truck, I was charged an extra $100 which the owner said was a "credit charge" that would go away. It wasn't until after I paid that he told me that was the price for the rental, what a scam.

Morris AEquipment was in terrible condition. The ride was horrible while empty and at I put load on. I had to buy more straps to secure load due to the increased risk with bad ride. I called U-Haul customer service multiple times and they transferred me from one department to the next. It seemed like no one knew how to solve the problem. I must have spoken with at least six different people and still couldn't get the help I needed to exchange or get trailer fixed. In need of a trailer I eventually just decided to deal with it. This was by far the worst experience with U-Haul ever.
Rodney AThe Gentleman I believe his name was Ryan Mobley, was a true professional and was able to manage multiple customers at once and still have great customer service and explain everything. If you can make him a manager do it! He is talent you should you should do everything to keep!

DONNELL JBoth pickup and drop off were a breeze. There was a little bit of a line, but not too bad, the entire pickup process took around 30 minutes. Drop off was super quick; I arrived at 0700 and the person in the front came out and dropped the trailer in the first five minutes. It took a couple hours to get the email confirmation that the trailer had been returned, but the process was easier than I was expecting.

Abbey BOur trailer we rented from U-Haul did its job perfectly. From Columbus,Ga. to San Antonio in spite of the weather with the cold and ice.
MARK DThe van worked well. There was only one small thing that I would change. I wish the barrier between the drivers seat and the cargo area was pushed back a foot or so. There was hardly any way to move the seat back from the steering wheel or to recline the seat.

I HAD TO STOP IN OHIO TO GET A HOTEL ROOM. AT A POINT, I COULD BARELY GET IN AND OUT OF THE TRUCK WITHOUT SEVERE PAIN. I SHOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO MAKE MY TRIP IN NO LESS THAN 15 HRS. I LEFT BAY CITY, MICHIGAN AROUND NOON ON WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 31st. AND DIDN'T MAKE IT TO MY DESTINATION UNTIL AROUND 11:00 A.M. THAT FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 2nd I WAS IN SO MUCH PAIN DOING MY WHOLE INTIRE DRIVE BECAUSE OF THE BAD BRAKES THAT WERE ON THAT TRUCK, AT TIMES IT WAS VERY HARD FOR ME TO CLIMB BACK INTO THE TRUCK. I HAD TO CALL U-HAUL FOR EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE SEVERAL TIMES AND GOT NO HELP FROM THEM IN A REASONABLE TIME LIMIT, BUT I DID GET HELP FROM COMPLETE STRANGERS. I NEED TO HAVE A TALK WITH THE OWNER OF U-HAUL ABOUT ALL THAT I WENT THROUGH DURING MY TRIP FROM MICHIGAN TO GEORGIA, AND NOT TO MENTION THE TWO DIFFERENT TIMES THAT I HAD TO GET A HOTEL ROOM BECAUSE OF MY EXTREME PAIN, ANXIETY, STRESS, DISTRESS, MENTAL ANGUISH AND MUCH MORE.

I had to throw away so much stuff due to the rats/ mice destroying the items. Almost everything smelled like rat urine and this was a inside storage room. Several expensive items were stolen from my storage and the staff, manager, general manager nor the owner did anything! Terrible customer service and terrible ran facility!
